Description
(1)蛋白質、炭水化物及び脂質を含有する経腸栄養組成物であって、組成物1 mL当たりのカロリーが1 kcal未満であり、かつ水分含有量が30質量%以上である前記組成物。
(2)組成物1 mL当たりのカロリーが0.5〜0.9 kcalである(1)記載の組成物。
(3)水分含有量が30〜95質量%である(1)又は(2)に記載の組成物。
(4)さらに、食物繊維を含有する(1)〜(3)のいずれかに記載の組成物。
(5)さらに、ビタミン類及び/又はミネラル類を含有する(1)〜(4)のいずれかに記載の組成物。
(6)流動食である(1)〜(5)のいずれかに記載の組成物。
(7)半固形状又は固形状である(1)〜(6)のいずれかに記載の組成物。
(8)液状である(1)〜(6)のいずれかに記載の組成物。
下記の調製方法により、表1の原材料と配合量で、栄養組成物(カームソリッド300及び400)を調製した。
下記の工程で栄養組成物を調製した。
〔ゼリー化剤、とろみ剤を使用する場合〕
・とろみ剤1g約5円、1日平均15g使用する場合は、75円の経済負担になる。
・また、とろみ剤を混ぜて、使用するときの人件費、混ぜているときの衛生管理など考慮すればさらにコストは嵩む。
〔市販の水分補給ゼリーで500mLの水分補給〕
・アイソトニックゼリー100mL(ニュートリー社)×5本(1本約110円)= 約550円の経済的負担が生じる。

〔試験例1〕
1.試験目的
看護師に半固形流動「 カームソリッド」を、簡易PEG装置を用いて注入し、その操作性を評価することを目的とした。
同意を得た看護師(兵庫県内の病院(病院1)に勤務する看護師34人、奈良県内の病院(病院2)に勤務する看護師20人の合計54人、勤務の経験年数を表3に示す)を対象として、簡易PEG装置を作成し、半固形流動「カームソリッド300kcal」(実施例1で調製)を注入し、フラッシングまで操作させ、その後に、表4に示す項目についてアンケートを行った。
アンケート結果を図1に示す。
Claims (6)
- 水分及び栄養素を補給するための経腸栄養組成物であって、蛋白質、炭水化物及び脂質を含有し、組成物1 mL当たりのカロリーが0.9 kcal未満であり、かつ水分含有量が79質量%以上であり、25℃にて測定した場合の堅さが50〜10,000 N/m2の半固形状又は固形状である前記組成物。
- 組成物1 mL当たりのカロリーが0.5 kcal以上かつ0.9 kcal未満である請求項1記載の組成物。
- 水分含有量が79〜95質量%である請求項1又は2に記載の組成物。
- さらに、食物繊維を含有する請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- さらに、ビタミン類及び/又はミネラル類を含有する請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 流動食である請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の組成物。
