Description
小さなポリウレタンディスペンサーによって発泡体を製造した。ディスペンサーは2つの加圧シリンダーからなり、圧力は調整器によって調節することができる。B側(ポリオール)混合物を予めブレンドし、次いで加圧シリンダーに装入した。A側はMDIからなる。次いで、発泡剤をB側シリンダーに添加し、完全に混合した。静的ミキサーを備えたディスペンスガンにシリンダーを連結した。A側とB側の所望の比を達成することができるように、両方のシリンダーの圧力を調節した。試験した配合物(すべて、ROHに関してISO指数110を有した)はそれぞれ、ルビネート(Rubinate)M(Huntsmanから市販のポリマーメチレンジフェニルジイソシアネート(MDI));ジェフォール(Jeffol)SG−360およびR−425−X(Huntsmanから市販のポリオール);TEAP−265(Carpenter Companyから市販のポリオール)を含有した。テゴスターブ(Tegostab)B8465はEvonik−Degussaから市販の界面活性剤である。ジェフキャット(Jeffcat)TD33AおよびZR−70は、Huntsmanから市販の触媒である。NP9.5は、Huntsmanから市販の相溶化剤である。総発泡レベルは26.0mls/gであった。
表3に示すように、得られた発泡体のKファクター測定(ASTM C518)を10〜130°Fで行った。帯鋸で発泡体スキンを除去して48時間以内に初期Kファクターが測定された。Kファクターが低くなると、断熱値が良くなることが示されている。
Claims (12)
- (a)少なくとも1種類のヒドロフルオロオレフィンを(b)少なくとも1種類のヒドロクロロフルオロオレフィン(HCFO)と併せて含む、熱硬化性発泡体用のポリマー発泡剤組成物。
- 前記ヒドロフルオロオレフィンがHFO−1234zeを含み、かつ前記ヒドロクロロフルオロオレフィンが、HCFO−1233zd、HCFO−1223、HCFO−1233xfおよびその混合物からなる群から選択され、かつさらに前記HFO−1234zeが、ポリマー発泡剤組成物の5重量%以上を占める、請求項1に記載のポリマー発泡剤組成物。
- ヒドロフルオロカーボンをさらに含む、請求項2に記載のポリマー発泡剤組成物。
- 前記ヒドロフルオロカーボンが、ジフルオロメタン(HFC32);1,1,1,2,2−ペンタフルオロエタン(HFC125);1,1,1−トリフルオロエタン(143a);1,1,2,2−テトラフルオロエタン(HFC134);1,1,1,2−テトラフルオロエタン(HFC134a);1,1−ジフルオロエタン(HFC152a);1,1,1,2,3,3,3−ヘプタフルオロプロパン(HFC227ea);1,1,1,3,3−ペンタフルオロプロパン(HFC245fa);1,1,1,3,3−ペンタフルオロブタン(HFC365mfc)および1,1,1,2,2,3,4,5,5,5−デカフルオロペンタン(HFC4310mee)からなる群から選択される、請求項3に記載のポリマー発泡剤組成物。
- テトラフルオロプロペン(HFO1234yf);トリフルオロプロペン(HFO1243zf);テトラフルオロブテン異性体(HFO1354);ペンタフルオロブテン異性体(HFO1345);ヘキサフルオロブテン異性体(HFO1336);ヘプタフルオロブテン異性体(HFO1327);ヘプタフルオロペンテン異性体(HFO1447);オクタフルオロペンテン異性体(HFO1438)およびノナフルオロペンテン異性体(HFO1429)からなる群から選択される第2ヒドロフルオロオレフィンをさらに含む、請求項2に記載のポリマー発泡剤組成物。
- 第2ヒドロフルオロオレフィン(HFO)、ヒドロフルオロカーボン、炭化水素、アルコール、アルデヒド、ケトン、エーテル/ジエーテル、エステル、二酸化炭素およびその混合物からなる群から選択される成分をさらに含む、請求項2に記載のポリマー発泡剤組成物。
- (a)少なくとも1種類のヒドロフルオロオレフィンを(b)少なくとも1種類のヒドロクロロフルオロオレフィン(HCFO)と併せて含む発泡体発泡剤と、ポリマー発泡体成分とを混合することを含む、ポリウレタン発泡体を発泡する方法。

- 前記ポリマー発泡剤組成物が、ヒドロフルオロカーボンをさらに含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記ヒドロフルオロカーボンが、ジフルオロメタン(HFC32);1,1,1,2,2−ペンタフルオロエタン(HFC125);1,1,1−トリフルオロエタン(HFC143a);1,1,2,2−テトラフルオロエタン(HFC134);1,1,1,2−テトラフルオロエタン(HFC134a);1,1−ジフルオロエタン(HFC152a);1,1,1,2,3,3,3−ヘプタフルオロプロパン(HFC227ea);1,1,1,3,3−ペンタフルオロプロパン(HFC245fa);1,1,1,3,3−ペンタフルオロブタン(HFC365mfc)および1,1,1,2,2,3,4,5,5,5−デカフルオロペンタン(HFC4310mee)からなる群から選択される、請求項9に記載の方法。
- テトラフルオロプロペン(HFO1234yf);トリフルオロプロペン(HFO1243zf);テトラフルオロブテン異性体(HFO1354);ペンタフルオロブテン異性体(HFO1345);ヘキサフルオロブテン異性体(HFO1336);ヘプタフルオロブテン異性体(HFO1327);ヘプタフルオロペンテン異性体(HFO1447);オクタフルオロペンテン異性体(HFP1438)およびノナフルオロペンテン異性体(HFP1429)からなる群から選択される第2ヒドロフルオロオレフィンをさらに含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマー発泡剤が、第2ヒドロフルオロオレフィン(HFO)、ヒドロフルオロカーボン、炭化水素、アルコール、アルデヒド、ケトン、エーテル/ジエーテル、エステル、二酸化炭素およびその混合物からなる群から選択される成分をさらに含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
