Claims (6)
- 液圧式ブレーキ装置が組み込まれた車両に用いられるブレーキ液圧保持装置であって、
ブレーキペダルと車輪に設けられたブレーキ装置との間に設けられたブレーキ液通路の途中に配置された電磁開閉弁と、
該ブレーキ液通路に対して該電磁開閉弁に並列に配置された可動遮蔽弁と
を有し、
該可動遮蔽弁は、
ブレーキ液の流れる方向に移動可能な可動弁体と、
該可動弁体の先端部が押圧されることでブレーキ液を遮断する弁座と、
前記可動弁体が前記弁座から離間する方向に前記可動弁体を付勢するバネと
を含み、
前記可動弁体が前記弁座に向かう方向は、前記ブレーキ装置から前記ブレーキペダルにブレーキ液が流れる方向であるブレーキ液圧保持装置。 - 請求項1記載のブレーキ液圧保持装置であって、
前記可動弁体の前記先端部とは反対側の後端部におけるブレーキ液圧の受圧面積は、前記可動弁体の前記先端部が前記弁座に着座している状態において前記先端部におけるブレーキ液圧の受圧面積より大きいブレーキ液圧保持装置。 - 請求項1記載のブレーキ液圧保持装置であって、
前記可動遮蔽弁は、前記弁座に向かう方向と前記弁座から離間する方向のうち少なくとも一方向に前記可動弁体を移動させる電磁駆動部を有するブレーキ液圧保持装置。 - 請求項3記載のブレーキ液圧保持装置であって、
前記電磁駆動部は、
前記可動弁体の前記後端部に接続された可動部材と、
該可動部材に固定され、磁性体により形成されたプランジャと、
該プランジャを駆動する電磁コイルと
を含むブレーキ液圧保持装置。 - 請求項3記載のブレーキ液圧保持装置であって、
前記電磁駆動部は、
前記可動弁体の前記後端部に接続された可動部材と、
該可動部材に固定され、永久磁石により形成されたプランジャと、
前記可動弁体が前記弁座に向けて移動する方向及び前記可動弁体が前記弁座から離間する方向に前記プランジャを駆動する電磁コイルと
を含むブレーキ液圧保持装置。 - 請求項3記載のブレーキ液圧保持装置であって、
前記可動弁体に永久磁石が一体的に組み込まれ、
前記電磁駆動部は、前記永久磁石と、前記可動弁体の周囲に配置された電磁コイルとを含むブレーキ液圧保持装置。
