Claims (5)
- 本体(40)を含む流体給送システム(26)であって、前記本体(40)が、前記本体の下側表面(58)に向けて開口する第1のポケット(42A)及び第2のポケット(42B)を含む、流体給送システム(26)と、
前記第1のポケット(42A)に受け入れられ、第1のプリントヘッド(28A)のノズル開口部(52)へと続く流体通路を有する前記流体給送システム(26)に結合された第1のプリントヘッド(28A)と、
前記第2のポケット(42B)に受け入れられ、第2のプリントヘッド(28B)のノズル開口部(52)へと続く流体通路を有する前記流体供給システム(26)に結合された第2のプリントヘッド(28B)と、
前記第1のポケット(42A)及び前記第2のポケット(42B)とそれぞれ位置を揃えて配置された第1の開口部(56A)及び第2の開口部(56B)を有し、前記第1のプリントヘッド(28A)及び前記第2のプリントヘッド(28B)に電気的に接続されたフレキシブル回路(30)と、
前記フレキシブル回路(30)と前記本体(40)の前記下側表面(58)との間に挟まれた固化粘着ペースト層(34、134)であって、前記固化粘着ペースト層は、前記第1のプリントヘッド(28A)の周囲の少なくとも一部において、前記フレキシブル回路(30)と前記本体(40)の前記下側表面(58)との間に密封シールを形成するとともに、前記第2のプリントヘッド(28B)の周囲の少なくとも一部において、前記フレキシブル回路(30)と前記本体(40)の前記下側表面(58)との間に密閉シールを形成する、固化粘着ペースト層(34、134)と、
前記固化粘着ペースト層(34、134)に隣接し、かつ前記第1のポケット(42A)及び前記第2のポケット(42B)から間隔を空けて、前記本体(40)の前記下側表面(58)の中にまで延びる第1のトレンチであって、前記第1のトレンチが、前記第1のプリントヘッド(28A)と前記第2のプリントヘッド(28B)との間に延び、前記固化粘着ペースト層(34、134)が、前記第1のトレンチの少なくとも一部の中に延び、前記第1のトレンチが、前記固化粘着ペースト層を受け取る、第1のトレンチと、
前記固化粘着ペースト層(34、134)に隣接し、かつ前記第1のポケット(42A)及び前記第2のポケット(42B)から間隔を空けて、前記本体(40)の前記下側表面(58)の中にまで延びる第2のトレンチであって、前記第2のトレンチが、前記第1のプリントヘッド(28A)と前記第2のプリントヘッド(28B)との間において、前記第1のトレンチに対して平行に延びる、第2のトレンチと、
前記第1のトレンチと前記第2のトレンチとの間に配置された床部と
を含み、
前記固化粘着ペースト層は、前記第1のプリントヘッド(28A)と前記第2のプリントヘッド(28B)との間において、前記床部の上に延びる、装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置を製造する方法であって、
前記フレキシブル回路(30)及び前記本体の下側表面の一方の上に粘着ペーストの層(34、134)を形成するステップと、
前記粘着ペーストの層(34、134)を、前記フレキシブル回路(30)及び前記本体の下側表面の他方に対して位置決めするステップと
を含む方法。 - 前記粘着ペーストの層(34、134)は、プリフォームを非ペースト状態からペースト状態へ処理することにより形成される、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記粘着ペーストの層(34、134)は、前記フレキシブル回路(30)及び前記前記本体の下側表面のいずれか一方の上に粘着性ペーストの小球を押出すことにより形成される、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記フレキシブル回路(30)及び前記本体の下側表面の一方の上への前記粘着ペーストの層(34、134)の形成中に、前記粘着ペーストの層(34、134)は、200000センチポイズ以下の粘度を有する、請求項2〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
