Description
a)50〜95質量%の酸化アルミニウム化合物、酸化ケイ素化合物、酸化チタン化合物、又は酸化マグネシウム化合物の少なくとも1種、若しくは炭化ケイ素、若しくは炭素担体、若しくは上記化合物の少なくとも2の混合物及び
b)5〜50質量%の少なくとも1のナノカーボン材料を含有するものが特に開示される。
さらなる態様によれば、製造されるべき炭化水素は、一価不飽和又は多価不飽和脂肪族炭化水素、即ち、3〜20、好ましくは4〜6の炭素原子を有し、1、2、又は複数の二重結合及び/又は三重結合を有する、オレフィン性炭化水素である。
3〜20、好ましくは、3又は4から6の炭素原子を有するアルカン類は、出発物質として用いられ得る。このアルカンは、置換されてなくてもよく、又は、上に定義した置換基を1又はそれ以上有していてもよい。
不飽和炭化水素を製造するためには、好ましくは、出発材料のそれぞれを、本発明に従って、触媒の存在下で酸素含有ガスとともに固定床又は流動床へと導入する。典型的な固定床反応器は、例えば、チューブバンドル反応器へと集められ熱交換媒体に取り囲まれている複数の反応チューブである。反応器は、電気抵抗加熱手段又は着火手段により必要な反応温度へと加熱することもできる。反応チューブは好ましくは垂直に配置されており、反応混合物は、頂部又は底部からそれを通じて流れる。それらは好ましくは熱交換媒体、触媒、出発材料、及び生成物に対して不活性である材料、一般的には鋼を含み、例えば1000〜10000mmの長さ、例えば10〜30mmの内径、及び例えば1〜4mmの壁厚さを有する。
触媒成分をTable1に示された量、例えば100ml〜1000mlの脱イオン水に懸濁させ、1〜18時間撹拌して均一分散液を得た。Table1に示したステアタイト担体に混合物を付与する前に、10〜50gの有機結合剤である50%水性分散液の形態にある酢酸ビニルとラウリン酸ビニルとのコポリマーを懸濁液に添加した。次いで水性懸濁液を流動床内の担体上へと噴霧した。触媒の加熱を380℃〜450℃で24〜32時間、反応器中で直接行った。
酸化脱水素試験を工業スケールでの使用を意図した反応チューブ内で行った。反応チューブの長さは1.2m(充填高さ70cm)であり、直径は26mmであった。反応器の温度を、循環させた塩浴(硝酸カリウム、硝酸ナトリウム、及び亜硝酸ナトリウムの共晶塩素フリー溶融物)を用いて制御した。60gの担持触媒各々を反応器内に配置した。反応温度をTable2のT欄に示す。反応器内に供給された酸素含有ガスの量は60Nm3/hであった。表中の略語EBは、酸素含有ガス中のエチルベンゼンの量を、Nm3/hガス当たりのエチルベンゼンのgに調整した量を表す。全ての実験において時空速度(space-time velocity)は1L/g-1h-1であった。本発明のナノカーボン触媒のスチレンAの純粋収率と、慣用触媒との比較をTable2に示す。
Claims (12)
- 少なくとも1の担体と、前記担体に付与される少なくとも1の層とを含んでなり、前記層が、
a)50〜95質量%の酸化アルミニウム、酸化ケイ素、酸化チタン又は酸化マグネシウム化合物の少なくとも1種、又は炭化ケイ素、又は炭素担体、又はこれらの混合物と、
b)5〜50質量%の少なくとも1のナノカーボン
とを含有する、アルキル芳香族類、アルケン類、又はアルカン類の気相酸化脱水素触媒。 - 該少なくとも1の層が付与される担体が、該触媒により触媒される反応に対して不活性である、請求項1に記載の気相酸化脱水素触媒。
- 該ナノカーボンが少なくとも1の炭素環を含有し、1又はそれを超える環炭素原子が酸素又は窒素のようなヘテロ原子で場合によっては置換されている、請求項1又は2に記載の気相酸化脱水素触媒。
- 該炭素環が6個の環原子を含んでなる、請求項3に記載の気相酸化脱水素触媒。
- 該ナノカーボンが、ナノカーボンチューブ、ナノカーボンフィラメント、ナノカーボンオニオン、及びナノグラファイト、又はこれらの混合物から選択される、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の気相酸化脱水素触媒。
- 該ナノカーボンチューブ及び/又はナノカーボンフィラメントが、チューブの軸に対して平行か、又はチューブの軸に対して垂直か、又はチューブの軸と0゜よりも大きく90゜未満である角度を形成するように配向する壁を有する、請求項5に記載の気相酸化脱水素触媒。
- 元素周期表の亜族から選択されるか又はアルカリ金属から選択される少なくとも1の元素をさらに含んでなることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の気相酸化脱水素触媒。
- 該少なくとも1の元素が、O、S、N、P、Sb、及びBiから選択される、請求項7に記載の気相酸化脱水素触媒。
- 該少なくとも1の元素が、水溶性塩又は有機溶媒に可溶な塩として用いられる、請求項8に記載の気相酸化脱水素触媒。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の気相酸化脱水素触媒の存在下で、接触酸化脱水素によりアルキル芳香族類を気相で反応させることを特徴とする、場合によって置換された不飽和芳香族炭化水素の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の気相酸化脱水素触媒の存在下で、接触酸化脱水素によりアルケン類を気相で反応させることを特徴とする、多価不飽和脂肪族炭化水素の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の気相酸化脱水素触媒の存在下で、接触酸化脱水素によりアルカン類を気相で反応させることを特徴とする、一価不飽和脂肪族炭化水素の製造方法。
