Description
[1]メタクリル基またはアクリル基含有アルコキシシランおよびジルコニウムキレート化合物を含有し、有機チタン化合物を含有せず、25℃における粘度が100〜500Pa・sの無溶剤ヒドロシリル化反応硬化型であることを特徴とする織物被覆用シリコーンゴム組成物、および、さらにエポキシ基含有アルコキシシランを含有する、上記織物被覆用シリコーンゴム組成物;
[2]下記成分からなることを特徴とする上記[1]記載の織物被覆用シリコーンゴム組成物;
(A)1分子中に少なくとも2個のアルケニル基を有し、25℃における粘度が100〜1,000,000mPa・sであるアルケニル基含有オルガノポリシロキサン 100質量部、
(B)オルガノハイドロジェンポリシロキサン [(B)成分中のケイ素原子結合水素原子と(A)成分中のアルケニル基とのモル比が(0.7:1.0)〜(5.0:1.0)となる量]
(C)ヒドロシリル化反応触媒[本組成物を硬化させる量]
(D)補強性シリカ微粉末 0.1〜50質量部、
(E)メタクリル基またはアクリル基含有アルコキシシラン 0.1〜2質量部、および、
(F)ジルコニウムキレート化合物 0.01〜0.5質量部
[3]さらに(G)エポキシ基含有アルコキシシラン((A)成分100質量部に対して0.1〜2質量部)を含むことを特徴とする上記「2]記載の織物被覆用シリコーンゴム組成物;
[4]上記[1]、[2]、[3]に記載の織物被覆用シリコーンゴム組成物で被覆された織物からなる被覆織物;
[5]織物が袋織織物であることを特徴とする上記[4]の被覆織物;
[6]エアバッグ用であることを特徴とする上記[4]または[5]記載の被覆織物;
[7]上記[1]、[2]、[3]に記載の織物被覆用シリコーンゴム組成物を織物上に塗布し、次いで、該組成物を硬化させて織物上にシリコーンゴム被覆層を形成することを特徴とする被覆織物の製造方法;
[8]織物が袋織織物であることを特徴とする上記[7]記載の被覆織物の製造方法;
によって達成される。
(A)アルケニル基含有オルガノポリシロキサンは、本発明組成物の主剤であり、1分子中に少なくとも2個のアルケニル基を有する。(A)成分の分子構造は直鎖状であることが好ましいが、本発明の目的を損なわない範囲で分子鎖の一部が分岐していてもよく、環状、分岐状、網目状、樹脂状の分子構造を有するアルケニル基含有オルガノポリシロキサンとの混合物であってもよい。(A)成分の25℃における粘度は限定されないが、好ましくは、100〜1,000,000mPa・sの範囲内であり、特に好ましくは、300〜100,000mPa・sの範囲内である。組成物の低粘度化と、本発明組成物の硬化後の物理特性とを両立させる点から、(A)成分中のアルケニル基は、2質量%未満であることが好ましく、0.02〜1.9質量%の範囲であることがより好ましい。
以下に本発明を実施例にて説明する。実施例中、部とあるのは質量部のことであり、粘度は25℃における値である。また、Meはメチル基を示し、Viはビニル基を示す。
シリコーンゴム組成物を20MPaの圧力下150℃で5分間プレス加硫して厚さ2mmの硬化ゴム片を得た。このシリコーンゴムの硬さをJIS K6253に規定のタイプAデュロメータにより測定した。また、引張強さ、伸びをJIS K 6251に規定の方法により測定した。また、JIS K 6251に規定の3号ダンベル片を100%伸張したときの応力を100%モジュラスとして測定した。
シリコーンゴム組成物を470デシテックスの経糸密度46本/インチ、緯糸密度46本/インチのナイロン66製袋織織物上に厚さ50μmとなるよう塗布し、170℃の加熱炉中で2分間保持してシリコーンゴム被覆織物を調製した。得られたシリコーンゴム被覆織物を、スコット揉み試験機を用いJISK 6404−6に準じて、荷重1kgfの条件で1、000回の繰返し回数の後、シリコーンゴム被覆層の状態を目視で観察し、全く異常が認められないものを5、筋状の傷が極僅かに認められたものを4、シリコーンゴム被覆層の剥離が部分的に僅かに認められたものを3、シリコーンゴム被覆層の剥離が部分的に認められたものを2、全面に渡って著しい剥離が認められたものを1として評価した。また80℃、95%Rhで10日間放置した後の接着耐久性も同様にして評価した。
上記の方法で得られたシリコーンゴム被覆織物のシリコーンゴム被覆層に黄褐色の変色が認められるかどうか目視で観察した。変色が認められなかった場合を合格、変色が認められた場合を不合格とした。
粘度40,000mPa・sの分子鎖両末端ジメチルビニルシロキシ基封鎖ジメチルポリシロキサン 100部、BET比表面積225m2/gのフュームドシリカ 40部、ヘキサメチルジシラザン 7部、水 2部、粘度20mPa・sの分子鎖両末端ジメチルヒドロキシシロキシ基封鎖ジメチルシロキサン・メチルビニルシロキサン共重合体(ビニル基含有量約10.9質量%)0.2部をロスミキサーに投入し、室温で均一になるまで混合した後、減圧下200℃で2時間加熱処理して流動性のあるシリカマスターバッチ1を調製した。
(1)シリカマスターバッチ
調製例1で調製したシリカマスターバッチ。シリカマスターバッチ 100部あたり、下記a−1 71部、下記ビニルシロキサンオリゴマー 0.1部、(D)成分:フュームドシリカ 29部が含まれる。
(2)A成分
a−1:粘度40,000mPa・sの分子鎖両末端ジメチルビニルシロキシ基封鎖ジメチルポリシロキサン。ビニル基含有量約0.09質量%
a−2:粘度2,000mPa・sの分子鎖両末端ジメチルビニルシロキシ基封鎖ジメチルポリシロキサン。ビニル基含有量約0.23質量%
a−3:粘度350mPa・sの分子鎖両末端ジメチルビニルシロキシ基封鎖ジメチルシロキサン・メチルビニルシロキサン共重合体。ビニル基含有量約1.17質量%
(3)B成分
b−1:動粘度5.5mm2/sの分子鎖両末端トリメチルシロキシ基封鎖ジメチルシロキサン・メチルハイドロジェンシロキサン共重合体。ケイ素原子結合水素原子含有量約0.73質量%
b−2:動粘度9.5mm2/sの分子鎖両末端ジメチルハイドロジェンシロキシ基封鎖ジメチルポリシロキサン。ケイ素原子結合水素原子含有量約0.16質量%
(4)C成分
白金系触媒:白金の1,3−ジビニルテトラメチルジシロキサン錯体の1,3−ジビニルテトラメチルジシロキサン溶液。白金金属含有量約4000ppm。
(5)接着付与剤
表1に示した成分の配合量で各成分を均一に混合して接着付与剤AD−1〜10を調製した。表1に示した略号と成分の内容は下記である。
(E)成分
E:3−メタクリロキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン
(F)成分
f−1:ジルコニウムテトラアセチルアセトネート (商品名:オルガチックスZC−150、松本製薬工業株式会社より購入)
f−2:テトラキス(エチルトリフルオロアセチルアセテート)ジルコニウム
(G)成分
G:3−グリシドキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン
その他有機金属
m−1:酢酸ジルコニウム (商品名:オルガチックスZB−115、松本製薬工業株式会社より購入)
m−2:アルミニウムコンプレックス (商品名:オルガチックスAL135、松本製薬工業株式会社より購入)
m−3:チタンラクテート (商品名:オルガチックスTC−310、松本製薬工業株式会社より購入)
m−4:テトライソプロピルチタネート (商品名:オルガチックスTA−10、松本製薬工業株式会社より購入)
(6)添加剤
硬化遅延剤:3,5−ジメチル−1−オクチン−3−オール。
シリコーンレジン:(Me3SiO1/2)n(Me2ViSiO1/2)m(SiO4/2)rで示され、数平均分子量が4300、ビニル基含有量約1.9質量%、(n+m)/r=0.71であるオルガノポリシロキサン。
環状シロキサンオリゴマー:粘度3.5mPa・sの環状メチルビニルポリシロキサン。ビニル基含有量約30.7質量%
ビニルシロキサンオリゴマー:粘度20mPa・sの分子鎖両末端ジメチルヒドロキシシロキシ基封鎖ジメチルシロキサン・メチルビニルシロキサン共重合体。ビニル基含有量約10.9質量%
表2に示した成分の配合量で各成分を均一に混合してシリコーンゴム組成物を調製した。各シリコーンゴム組成物の物理的特性、接着力、シリコーンゴム被覆平織り織物の接着耐久性測定結果、シリコーンゴム被覆袋織織物の接着耐久性測定結果を上記方法で測定し、表2に示した。
実施例1において接着付与剤AD−1 1.2部を表1に示したAD−81.7部に変えた他は同様にしてシリコーンゴム組成物を調製した。各シリコーンゴム組成物のシリコーンゴム被覆袋織織物の接着耐久性測定結果を上記方法で測定し、表1に示した。
実施例1において(E)接着付与剤AD−1 1.2部を表1に示したAD−2〜AD−10に変え、それぞれの配合量を表3に記載の配合量とした他は同様にしてシリコーンゴム組成物を調製した。各シリコーンゴム組成物のシリコーンゴム被覆袋織織物の接着耐久性測定結果を上記方法で測定し、表3に示した。
Claims (9)
- メタクリル基またはアクリル基含有アルコキシシランおよびジルコニウムキレート化合物を含有し、有機チタン化合物を含有せず、25℃における粘度が100〜500Pa・sの無溶剤ヒドロシリル化反応硬化型であることを特徴とする織物被覆用シリコーンゴム組成物。
- メタクリル基またはアクリル基含有アルコキシシラン、ジルコニウムキレート化合物およびエポキシ基含有アルコキシシランを含有し、有機チタン化合物を含有せず、25℃における粘度が100〜500Pa・sの無溶剤ヒドロシリル化反応硬化型であることを特徴とする織物被覆用シリコーンゴム組成物。
- 下記成分からなることを特徴とする請求項2記載の織物被覆用シリコーンゴム組成物。
(A)1分子中に少なくとも2個のアルケニル基を有し、25℃における粘度が100〜1,000,000mPa・sであるアルケニル基含有オルガノポリシロキサン 100質量部、
(B)オルガノハイドロジェンポリシロキサン [(B)成分中のケイ素原子結合水素原子と(A)成分中のアルケニル基とのモル比が(0.7:1.0)〜(5.0:1.0)となる量]、
(C)ヒドロシリル化反応触媒[本組成物を硬化させる量]、
(D)補強性シリカ微粉末 0.1〜50質量部、
(E)メタクリル基またはアクリル基含有アルコキシシラン 0.1〜2質量部、および
(F)ジルコニウムキレート化合物 0.01〜0.5質量部 - さらに(G)エポキシ基含有アルコキシシラン((A)成分100質量部に対して0.1〜2質量部)を含むことを特徴とする請求項3記載の織物被覆用シリコーンゴム組成物。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の織物被覆用シリコーンゴム組成物で被覆された織物からなる被覆織物。
- 織物が袋織織物であることを特徴とする請求項5記載の被覆織物。
- エアバッグ用であることを特徴とする請求項5または請求項6記載の被覆織物。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の織物被覆用シリコーンゴム組成物を織物上に塗布し、該組成物を硬化させて織物上にシリコーンゴム被覆層を形成することを特徴とする被覆織物の製造方法。
- 織物が袋織織物であることを特徴とする請求項8記載の被覆織物の製造方法。
