Description
フロログルシン、
4,6−ジメチル−2,4,6−トリ−(4−ヒドロキシフェニル)−ヘプテン−2、
4,6−ジメチル−2,4,6−トリ−(4−ヒドロキシフェニル)−ヘプタン、
1,3,5−トリ−(4−ヒドロキシフェニル)−ベンゼン、
1,1,1−トリ−(4−ヒドロキシフェニル)−エタン、
トリ−(4−ヒドロキシフェニル)−フェニルメタン、
2,2−ビス−[4,4−ビス−(4−ヒドロキシフェニル)−シクロヘキシル]−プロパン、
2,4−ビス−(4−ヒドロキシフェニル−イソプロピル)−フェノール、
テトラ−(4−ヒドロキシフェニル)−メタン
である。
蛍光粒子の含量の分析を、ジクロロメタン(LiChrosolv;Merck:1.06044 K33506244 430)(700ml)中に溶解された関係するポリカーボネートサンプル(50g)の、孔径5μmかつ厚さ1mmのTeflonフィルター膜(Bohlender GmbH,D−97847,Gruensfeld)を通る濾過によって行う。フィルターディスクを真空の下で乾燥し、カバーによって周囲のダストから保護する。濾過後、ドイツのZeiss AG製のAxion 2蛍光顕微鏡を使用してフィルター表面を調査(スキャン)する。励起波長400〜440nm、スキャン1回あたりの照明時間40ミリ秒および総合倍率25倍を使用する。蛍光粒子を検出し、画像処理ソフトウェア(Zeiss AG製のKS 300 3.0)を使用してデータを評価する。特徴的な色を有する粒子のみをカウントする。すなわち別の粒子、例えばダストは考慮に入れない(HISカラーモデルによって決定する。上記参照。)。蛍光粒子の検出に関するカラーパラメータを、光ディスク中のフローディストーションにおいて見つかる粒子のパラメータと同等になるように設定する。フィルターの表面を、コンピュータで制御された対物レンズテーブル(Zeiss AG)を使用して自動的にスキャンする。
上記ポリカーボネートを押出機中で溶融する(上記参照。)。個々の加熱ゾーンの加熱システムを305℃(ゾーン1)、310℃(ゾーン2)および315℃(ゾーン3)に設定する。最初に、この押出機を処理量6kg/時間において3分間パージする。次に、処理量を1.2kg/時間に減らし、この押出機をこの処理量において15分間パージする。このダイプレートにおけるポリマー溶融物の温度は約295〜305℃である。サンプルをポリマー溶融物から取り出す。
ダイプレートの上流で溶融物フィルターを使用したこと以外、例1における試験を行った。この目的のために、支持ガーゼが取り除かれた薄層ステンレススチールフィルターを使用した(平均厚30μm;ワイヤー径約10μm)。すなわち、直径41.2mmの円形断片が切り取られたフィルター膜のみを使用した。このフィルターにおける孔サイズは25μmであった。ポリマーの流れの方向で、最初にこのフィルター膜、次に支持ガーゼ(メッシュサイズ0.5×1.2mm2のエキスパンドメタル)、次にメッシュサイズ1.2mm2のワイヤーガーゼを備える支持リングおよび次に2.2mmの孔を備える穿孔プレートを取り付けた。最後に、ダイプレートを取り付け、キャップナットを用いて適当な位置に固定する。活性濾過領域の直径は30mmである。この配置の使用は、フィルターが支持されること、すなわちダメージを受けないこと、および覆いが達成されることを確実にする。
溶融物フィルターをダイプレートに挿入したこと以外、例1における試験を行った。この目的のために、材料番号1.4571の材料から作られるステンレススチール不織構造体を使用した。この不織構造体は、二つの層からなっていた。溶融物の流れの方向に、順序は、最初に厚さ0.15mmの低密度層であった。低密度層の孔サイズは平均で30μmであった。高密度層が低密度層に隣接し、厚さ0.15mmであった。高密度層の孔サイズは平均で約10μmであった。金属ファイバーの直径は約5〜7μmであった。フィルターの厚さは全体で約0.3mmであった。不織フィルター構造体の直径は28.4mmであった。不織フィルター構造体は、ポリマー溶融物の流れの方向の順序で第一の層である。これに続いて、支持ガーゼ(メッシュサイズ0.5×1.2mm2のエキスパンドメタル)、次にメッシュサイズ1.2mmのワイヤーガーゼを備える支持リングおよび次に2.2mmの孔を備える穿孔シートを取り付ける。最後に、ダイシートを取り付け、キャップナットで適当な位置に固定する。この配置の使用は、フィルターが支持されること、すなわちダメージを受けないこと、と覆いが達成されることを確実にする。活性濾過領域の直径は19mmである。ポリマーグラニュールを上記条件下で溶融する。25分後(溶融物フィルターの挿入時間から起算する。)にサンプルをポリマー溶融物から取り出す。不織フィルター構造体の上流の圧力は55〜60barである。
溶融物フィルターをダイプレートに挿入したこと以外、例1における試験を行った。金属不織構造体は、例3において記述される構造体と同じ構造を有していた。しかしながら、不織フィルター構造体の直径は41.2mmであった。活性濾過領域の直径は30mmであった。ポリマーグラニュールを上記条件の下で溶融する。25分後(溶融物フィルターの挿入時間から起算する。)に第一のサンプルを取り出し、第二のサンプルを更に25分後に取り出す。不織フィルター構造体の上流の圧力は20〜25barである。
溶融物フィルターを最初に空気循環炉中で350℃において24時間状態調節すること以外、例1における試験を行う。フィルターを例4に記述される方法で挿入する。ポリマーグラニュールを上記条件の下で溶融する。3時間後にサンプルを取り出す。
Claims (10)
- 平均分子量(重量平均)14,000〜30,000g/モルのポリカーボネートの溶融物を、少なくとも一つの層が厚さ0.05〜0.2mmであり、孔サイズが1〜10μmである二以上の層からなる、厚さ5mm〜0.1mmの不織金属フィルター構造体少なくとも一つを通して濾過することを特徴とし、該不織金属フィルター構造体が酸化性雰囲気において熱で前処理されることを特徴とする、ポリカーボネート溶融物の濾過方法。
- 2〜10の層が使用される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 該不織金属フィルター構造体の厚さが1mm〜0.2mmである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 該厚さ0.05〜0.2mmの層が直径1〜20μmのワイヤーからなる、請求項
1に記載の方法。 - 低密度層の厚さが0.05〜0.3mmである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 該低密度層の孔サイズが20〜60μmである、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 濾過が圧力5〜35barかつ温度220〜400℃において行われる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 該不織金属フィルター構造体がステンレススチール製である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 該不織金属フィルター構造体が酸化性雰囲気において温度300〜400℃で4〜35時間前処理される、請求項8に記載の方法。
- ポリカーボネート中の蛍光粒子を取り除くための、請求項1に記載の方法。
