Description
Claims (8)
- 厚さ方向に間隔を置いて密閉空間を有する一対の板ガラスのうち一側の板ガラスに前記密閉空間内の気体を外部に排出できる排気口を形成する方法において、
前記一側の板ガラスに排気ホールを形成すること;
前記排気ホールの上部に排気管形態の密封用成形材を垂直に挿入すること;
前記板ガラス間の気体を外部に排出すること;
前記密封用成形材を加熱して前記密封用成形材を流動状態で形成した後、前記密封用成形材が崩れながら前記密封用成形材によって前記排気ホールを閉鎖させること;及び
前記排気ホール内に残留する前記密封用成形材を固体化して密閉性を確保することを含むガラスパネルの排気口の形成方法。 - 前記排気管形態の密封用成形材の外径は5mm以下に形成され、内径は1mm以上に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のガラスパネルの排気口の形成方法。
- 前記排気ホールの断面は、上部に傾斜面を有する漏斗状に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のガラスパネルの排気口の形成方法。
- 前記排気ホールの傾斜面は階段状に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のガラスパネルの排気口の形成方法。
- 前記排気ホールの最大直径は、前記排気管形態の密封用成形材の外径を基準にして0.5mm以上大きく形成され、前記排気ホールの最小直径は、前記排気管形態の密封用成形材の外径を基準にして0.5mm以上小さく形成されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のガラスパネルの排気口の形成方法。
- 前記密封用成形材の軟化点が前記板ガラスの軟化点より100℃以上低い物質を使用することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のガラスパネルの排気口の形成方法。
- 前記密封用成形材は、前記板ガラスに接触する部分の成形材の軟化点が前記板ガラスに接触しない部分の成形材の軟化点より低い物質が結合されてなる異種構造であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のガラスパネルの排気口の形成方法。
- 請求項1〜請求項7のうちいずれか一つの方法で製造され、
非突出型の平面状排気口を有することを特徴とするガラスパネル製品。
