Claims (4)
- ビード部に埋設されたビードコアと、前記ビードコアのタイヤ径方向外側に配置されたゴムフィラーと、前記ビードコアの回りで内側から外側に巻き上げられたカーカスプライと、前記ビードコアの回りで巻き上げられて前記カーカスプライの外側に配置されたチェーファとを備え、
前記ゴムフィラーが、前記ビードコアを包囲する断面丸型の下部フィラーと、その下部フィラーのタイヤ径方向外側に配置され、前記下部フィラーよりもゴム硬度が低い上部フィラーとを有する空気入りラジアルタイヤにおいて、
前記チェーファが金属コードを含んでなるとともに、前記カーカスプライの巻き上げ端が、前記下部フィラーの上端及び前記チェーファの巻き上げ端よりもタイヤ径方向外側に配置されていて、
前記カーカスプライの巻き上げ端を挟み込むようにして、前記上部フィラーよりもゴム硬度の高いゴムパッドが設けられ、そのゴムパッドが、前記カーカスプライの巻き上げ部の内側に接しつつ前記下部フィラーの上端よりもタイヤ径方向内側に延びていて、
前記下部フィラーの上端から前記ゴムパッドまでのタイヤ軸方向距離として測定される厚みT1と、前記下部フィラーの上端から前記カーカスプライの巻き上げ部までのタイヤ軸方向距離として測定される厚みT2とが、0.05<(T2−T1)/T2<0.5の関係を満たすことを特徴とする空気入りラジアルタイヤ。 - ビード部に埋設されたビードコアと、前記ビードコアのタイヤ径方向外側に配置されたゴムフィラーと、前記ビードコアの回りで内側から外側に巻き上げられたカーカスプライと、前記ビードコアの回りで巻き上げられて前記カーカスプライの外側に配置されたチェーファとを備え、
前記ゴムフィラーが、前記ビードコアを包囲する断面丸型の下部フィラーと、その下部フィラーのタイヤ径方向外側に配置され、前記下部フィラーよりもゴム硬度が低い上部フィラーとを有する空気入りラジアルタイヤにおいて、
前記チェーファが金属コードを含んでなるとともに、前記カーカスプライの巻き上げ端が、前記下部フィラーの上端及び前記チェーファの巻き上げ端よりもタイヤ径方向外側に配置されていて、
前記カーカスプライの巻き上げ端を挟み込むようにして、前記上部フィラーよりもゴム硬度の高いゴムパッドが設けられ、そのゴムパッドが、前記カーカスプライの巻き上げ部の内側に接しつつ前記下部フィラーの上端よりもタイヤ径方向内側に延びていて、
前記ゴムパッドが、前記カーカスプライの巻き上げ部の内側で、タイヤ径方向内側に向けて厚みを増しつつ前記下部フィラーに接することを特徴とする空気入りラジアルタイヤ。 - 前記下部フィラーのゴム硬度が85〜95、前記上部フィラーのゴム硬度が56〜66、前記ゴムパッドのゴム硬度が68〜78である請求項1又は2に記載の空気入りラジアルタイヤ。
- リム基準径を基準として、前記カーカスプライの巻き上げ高さに対する前記下部フィラーの上端の高さの比と、前記カーカスプライの巻き上げ高さに対する前記チェーファの巻き上げ高さの比とが、それぞれ0.5〜0.8である請求項1〜3いずれか1項に記載の空気入りラジアルタイヤ。
