Claims (3)
- 電線リールから繰り出された電線をその長手方向に沿って移動させる移動手段と、
前記電線リールと前記移動手段との間に配され、千鳥状に並べられた複数のローラ間に前記電線を通すことにより該電線の曲がり癖を矯正する矯正手段と、
前記矯正手段の上流に配された回転規制手段と、
を有し、
前記回転規制手段が、
互いに近付く方向に付勢され、互いの間に前記電線を挟む一対のローラと、
前記一対のローラの上流に配されると共にその長手方向が前記一対のローラの対向方向と平行な向きで配され、前記電線の外表面に当接することにより該電線を位置決めするガイド棒と、
を有している
ことを特徴とする電線送り出し装置。 - 請求項1に記載された電線送り出し装置と、
前記矯正手段の下流に配されたジョイント検知部と、
前記電線の移動量を測定する測定手段と、
前記測定手段の下流に配され、前記測定手段が測定した移動量に基づいて前記電線を所定の長さに切断する切断手段と、
装置全体の制御を行う制御手段と、
を有していることを特徴とする電線検尺切断装置。 - 前記回転規制手段が、回転自在に設けられ、その先端部に前記一対のローラのうちの一方を回転自在に取り付けた支持部と、前記支持部の後端部に取り付けられ、前記電線の移動方向と平行な巻きばねと、を有し、かつ、前記支持部が前記ガイド棒に対して傾斜している
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電線送り出し装置。
