Claims (9)
- 構成部品(11、7、6.1)を、少なくとも1つのボルト(9)を用い且つ少なくとも1つのナット(10)を用いて接合するとともに、ウエッジング手段(8)がナット(10)の偶発的な回転を防止するために設けられる、自己ロック式ボルト締めファスナであって、
孔(12)が、一方の構成部品(11、6.1)に設けられ、ウエッジング手段として作用する偏心要素(8)を収容するためのレセプタクル孔(7.2)が、他方の構成部品(7)に設けられ、ボルト(9)が、一方の構成部品(11、6.1)の孔および偏心要素(8)の孔(8.1)を貫通し、且つナット(10)を用いて締め付け可能であり、偏心要素(8)が、ナット(10)が締め付けられたときに、ボルト(9)の周りで回転し、その偏心性のために、偏心要素自体をレセプタクル孔(7.2)に押し込み、押し込まれた偏心要素(8)が、ナット(10)の偶発的なゆるみまたは偶発的な脱落を防止することを特徴とする、ボルト締めファスナ。 - 偏心要素(8)の孔(8.1)が、偏心の対称の軸(M)から距離(d)だけオフセットしており、偏心の対称の軸(M)が、レセプタクル孔(7.2)の対称の軸と位置合わせされていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のボルト締めファスナ。
- 偏心要素(8)が、半円筒の形態を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のボルト締めファスナ。
- 偏心要素(8)が、レセプタクル孔(7.2)の周囲に支えられるフランジ(8.2)を一端に有していることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のボルト締めファスナ。
- 横材(11)をトラス(6)に接合するための、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のボルト締めファスナ(1)。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも1つのボルト締めファスナを有する、エスカレータまたは動く歩道。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも1つのボルト締めファスナを有する、エレベータ。
- エスカレータまたは動く歩道の構成部品を接合するための、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のボルト締めファスナの使用方法。
- エレベータ、架空索道、ケーブルカー、巻き上げ装置、または機械の構成部品を接合するための、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のボルト締めファスナの使用方法。
