Abstract
本发明涉及一种螺丝固定件,其中托架(7)与横梁(11)连接在一起。在横梁(11)上设置有一个在垂直向上的长孔(12)和设置有一个在横向上的长孔(12)。螺钉(9)的方形肩(9.1)穿入长孔(12)内和避免螺钉(9)的扭转。托架(7)具有凸起(7.1),所述凸起用于对托架(7)在横梁(11)上定心。另外在托架(7)上设置有穿孔(7.2)。起着楔件作用的偏心轮(8)的直径与穿孔(7.2)的略大的直径适配,或偏心轮(8)穿入穿孔(7.2)内。在旋固螺母(10)时偏心轮(8)围绕螺钉(9)旋转和通过其偏心被楔固在穿孔(7.2)内。被楔固的偏心轮(8)可避免螺母(10)被意外的松开或旋松。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种自锁螺丝固定件,用于利用至少一个螺钉和利用至少一个螺母对构件进行连接,设置有防扭楔件。
背景技术
在DE10060963A1中披露了一种具有楔件的螺丝固定件,其中楔件起着防扭作用。利用螺钉对两个构件固定连接。螺帽贴靠在一个设置在构件上的埋头孔的基面上。埋头孔的轴对应于螺钉轴被偏移一个偏心度。楔件贴靠在螺帽和埋头孔的内面上。在螺钉松动时楔件将被更紧地锁紧在螺帽与壁面之间,其中螺钉被固定保持和对震动和横向应力不敏感。
这种已知装置的缺点在于,需要一个与螺丝孔偏心的埋头孔。另外具有限位面的闸块形式的楔件和螺钉非常昂贵
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种自锁螺丝固定件,所述螺丝固定件安装简便,其中克服了已知装置中存在的缺点。
实现本发明目的的技术方案如下:
自锁螺丝固定件,用于利用至少一个螺钉和利用至少一个螺母对构件进行连接,设置有防扭楔件,其中在一个构件上设置有一个孔和在另一个构件上设置有一个用于容纳作为楔件的偏心件的穿孔,其中所述螺钉穿过构件上的孔和偏心件上的孔和利用螺母旋固。
电梯,具有所述的螺丝固定件。
所述螺丝固定件用于连接自动扶梯或移动步道的构件。
所述螺丝固定件用于连接电梯、缆车或输送装置或机械的构件。
根据本发明的进一步设计,偏心件上的孔对偏心件的对称轴线偏移一个距离,其中偏心件对称轴线与穿孔的对称轴线吻合。
根据本发明的进一步设计,偏心件基本具有半圆柱的形状。
根据本发明的进一步设计,偏心件的一端上具有轮缘,所述轮缘支撑在穿孔的边缘上。
本发明的螺丝固定件用于将横梁与桁架连接。
本发明的优点主要在于,采用本发明的偏心固定件,需要的部件很少、安装简便、可以节省宝贵的作业时间。可以省去附加的钻孔作业或具有限位面的型面配合的楔件。
与具有楔件的螺丝连接相比,本发明的偏心固定件的制作更为简便、费用低廉和不复杂。其优点还在于,安装或拆卸更为简便和采用的部件很少,所以经济。因此缩短了自动扶梯的安装作业和安装过程。

具体实施方式
图1示出具有轨件5和桁架6的自动扶梯或移动步道的上面的端部3。轨件5包括用于驱动梯阶件或板件的链带的驱动轮5.1、用于驱动扶手的驱动轮5.2和用于对梯阶轮或板轮进行导向的导轨5.3。
轨件5利用螺丝固定件与桁架6连接。托架7起着轨件5与桁架6之间的连接部分的作用。托架7利用螺钉9、螺母10和偏心件8与轨件5或与具有长孔12的横梁11或与桁架6的具有长孔6.2的支架连接。由此形成的自锁的型面配合的连接构成紧凑持久的和具有充足量度的松紧配合连接。因此不必采用附加的焊接作业或铆接作业。在旋固螺钉9和螺母10时,偏心件8扭转和在穿孔7.2内型面配合和固定。
采用本发明的固定件可以节省宝贵的作业时间。所述固定件制作较为简单、费用更为低廉、更为方便和不复杂。可以省去焊接、不必采用敲渣锤和钢丝刷进行清整、不必钻孔和不必打入配合销。
也可以采用螺钉9和偏心轮8和螺母10如上所述对自动扶梯或移动步道的其它构件(例如梳板或护栏)进行连接。
图2以分解图示出本发明的螺丝固定件,所述螺丝固定件将托架7与横梁11连接。在横梁11上竖置一个长孔12和横置一个长孔12。所述长孔12也可以倾斜设置。螺钉9的方形肩9.1穿入长孔12内和防止螺钉9扭转。螺帽9.2贴靠在长孔12和横梁11上。托架7具有凸起7.1,所述凸起起着托架7在横梁11上定中心的作用。另外在在托架7上设置有穿孔7.2。起着楔件作用的偏心件8(以下称作偏心轮8)与具有略大的直径的穿孔7.2适配或偏心轮8与穿孔7.2适配。在托架7的窄侧设置有另外的穿孔7.2,所述穿孔用于托架7与支架6.1连接。
图3示出套装在横梁11上的托架7,其中穿孔7.2对准长孔12。
图4示出在横梁11上已经安装好的托架7。偏心轮8被嵌装在穿孔7.2内。螺钉9穿入长孔12和偏心的孔8.1或偏心轮8的孔。将螺母10旋在螺钉9上和旋紧。在对螺母旋紧时,偏心轮8在穿孔7.2内被摩擦配合和型面配合扭转。利用对应于螺钉9的偏心轮8的偏心率或对应于穿孔7.2的孔8.1的偏心率实现自锁的的螺丝固定。
图5示出角形的托架7,所述托架由具有凸起7.1的第一翼缘7.3和第二翼缘7.4构成。在第一翼缘7.3上设置有用于与横梁螺丝固定的两个穿孔7.2和在第二横梁7.4上设置有与支架6.1螺丝固定的三个穿孔7.2。如上所述,托架7、螺钉9、偏心轮8和螺母10构成与横梁11或与桁架6的支架6.1的自锁螺丝固定件。
图6示出偏心轮8的细节。偏心轮8基本具有半圆柱体形状,所述半圆柱体在一端具有起着限位件作用的轮缘8.2,其中其壳体或外表面起着滑动面8.3的作用,所述滑动面在插入穿孔7.2内或在穿孔内扭转时进行滑动。所述轮缘8.2可以防止偏心轮8落入穿孔7.2或穿过穿孔7.2或轮缘8.2支撑在穿孔7.2的边缘上。用M线表示偏心轮的对称轴线。偏心孔8.1的中心对应于偏心轮对称轴线M偏移距离d,其中偏心轮的对称轴线M与穿孔7.2的对称轴线吻合。在旋紧螺母10时起着楔件作用的偏心轮8围绕螺钉9旋转和利用其偏心率楔固在穿孔7.2内。被楔固的偏心轮8避免螺母10出现不允许的松开或旋开。
可以仅用螺钉9、偏心轮8和螺母10将横梁11或支架6.1与托架7连接。也可以不采用托架7将横梁11和支架6.1直接连接。所述穿孔7.2设置在两个支架上的一个支架上。
除了自动扶梯或移动步道外,本发明的螺丝固定件也适用于在其它的装置(例如电梯、缆车或输送装置或机械结构的装置)中对构件的连接。
Claims (3)
1.一种用于连接第一和第二构件的自锁定螺丝固定件,所述第一和第二构件分别具有长孔和穿孔,所述自锁定螺丝固定件具有螺钉、用于螺钉的匹配的螺母,和配合在穿孔中的偏心件,偏心件具有用于穿过螺钉的孔和滑动面,所述滑动面在插入穿孔并在穿孔中扭转时在穿孔中滑动,所述偏心件具有半圆柱的形状。
2.根据权利要求1所述的固定件,其中所述螺钉具有方形肩部,用于在方形肩部穿过长孔延伸时限制螺钉旋转。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的固定件,其中偏心件具有与放入偏心件的穿孔的对称轴吻合的对称轴,偏心件的孔偏离偏心件的对称轴。
