Description
これは、歯先に補強部を設けることなく、チッピングを起こさずに、切り屑がスムーズに排出されるように提案されたものである。
また、歯底から歯先までの寸法(歯高)は、4.5mmで一定とした。
・チップカーラーの半径r
ピッチの10%±0.5mmより、各ピッチの平均ピッチ55.4÷5=11.1mm
11.1×0.1=1.1mm,1.1−0.1=1.0mmで各歯同一とした。
・チップカーラーの扇角γ
90°±25°より、95°に設定。
・チップカーラー円弧と歯底側から伸びる円弧あるいは直線部との交点から歯先までの寸法h(2r×1.1)±20%より、2×1.0×1.1=2.2mm、
2.2×1.05(5%)=2.3mmと設定した。
帯鋸盤:(株)アマダ製 HFA400S
鋸刃案内部:最大スパン(400mm)
鋸刃寸法:帯幅41mm,帯厚1.3mm,鋸刃長さ4995mm
鋸刃の回転速度:80m/min
上記実験条件で鋸刃を空転させ、鋸刃の胴部が破断するまでの時間を計測した。
さらに、比較鋸刃および実施例2の破断位置は、全て歯底直線部が0mmであったのに対し、実施例3では、歯底直線部が小さい位置で破断は発生しているが、歯底部に0.2mm以上の直線部を設けることによって、さらに破断までの時間が長くなった。(1.50H→1.84H)
これより、本発明の実施形態に係る帯鋸刃の明確な効果が実証されるといえる。

Claims (3)
- 直歯及び左右のアサリ歯の複数の鋸歯を備えると共に各鋸歯間にガレット部を備えた帯鋸刃であって、ワークの切削時に生じた切り屑を、当該切り屑が前記ガレット部の底部に接触する前に小さく巻いた状態に形成するために、扇角が90°±25°の範囲の円弧状部に形成したチップカーラー部を前記各鋸歯におけるスクイ面に備え、前記チップカーラー部と前記ガレット部の底部との間に、前記ガレット底部の後部側を形成する凹状曲面の半径を大きくするために、前記チップカーラー部の端部よりも帯鋸刃の進行方向の反対側へ窪んだ凹部を備えており、前記チップカーラー部の半径rは、当該チップカーラー部が含まれるピッチ又は帯鋸刃のピッチの平均値の10%±0.5mmであることを特徴とする帯鋸刃。
- 直歯及び左右のアサリ歯の複数の鋸歯を備えると共に各鋸歯間にガレット部を備えた帯鋸刃であって、ワークの切削時に生じた切り屑を、当該切り屑が前記ガレット部の底部に接触する前に小さく巻いた状態に形成するために、扇角が90°±25°の範囲の円弧状部に形成したチップカーラー部を前記各鋸歯におけるスクイ面に備え、前記チップカーラー部と前記ガレット部の底部との間に、前記切り屑と非接触状態を保持する切り屑非接触面を平面又は凸曲面に形成して設け、この切り屑非接触面と前記ガレット底部との間に、前記ガレット底部の後部側を形成する凹状曲面の半径を大きくするために、前記切り屑非接触面よりも帯鋸刃の進行方向の反対側へ窪んだ凹部を備えており、前記チップカーラー部の半径rは、当該チップカーラー部が含まれるピッチ又は帯鋸刃のピッチの平均値の10%±0.5mmであることを特徴とする帯鋸刃。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の帯鋸刃において、前記チップカーラー部の前記ガレット底部側の端部から歯先までの寸法hは、前記チップカーラー部の半径rに対して、(2r×1.1)±20%の範囲であることを特徴とする帯鋸刃。
