Claims (3)
- フィブリル化された第1繊維と、第1繊維とは異なる第2繊維と、を含むセパレータ紙を準備する工程と、
陽極部材と陰極部材とを前記セパレータ紙を介して巻回することで巻取り素子を形成する工程と、
前記巻取り素子を形成した後、前記セパレータ紙の前記第1繊維および前記第2繊維のうち前記第1繊維が炭化、溶解または分解せず、前記第2繊維が炭化、溶解または分解する温度に加熱することにより、前記セパレータ紙の密度を低減させる工程と、
導電性高分子からなる固体電解質層を形成しうる液状組成物を準備する工程と、
前記セパレータ紙の密度を低減させた巻取り素子に、前記液状組成物を含浸させ、該液状組成物を保持した状態で乾燥させることによって、固体電解質層を形成する工程と
を有する、電解コンデンサの製造方法。 - 前記導電性高分子がポリチオフェン又はその誘導体からなる請求項1に記載の電解コンデンサの製造方法。
- 前記セパレータ紙は、前記第1繊維の含有率が10−90%である請求項1または2に記載の電解コンデンサの製造方法。
