Claims (4)
- 内燃機関を循環する冷媒へ廃熱を付与して、前記冷媒を蒸気化する内燃機関の本体と、
前記本体の下流において、前記冷媒を気相冷媒と液相冷媒とに分離する気液分離器と、
前記気液分離器の下流において、前記気相冷媒および前記液相冷媒へ内燃機関の廃熱を付与する過熱器と、
前記過熱器の下流において、前記冷媒が受けとった廃熱のエネルギーを回収する廃熱回収機と、
前記気液分離器と前記過熱器とを接続し、前記気液分離器において分離された液相の前記冷媒が流通する液相冷媒通路上に設けられた制御弁と、
前記気液分離器内の液相冷媒の量を検出する冷媒量検出器と、
前記過熱器内の気相冷媒の温度を検出する温度検出器と、
前記本体へ前記冷媒を供給する冷媒供給部の異常を検出する冷媒供給異常検出部と、
前記冷媒供給異常検出部において異常が検出されないとき、前記気液分離器内の液相冷媒量と前記過熱器内の気相冷媒の温度とに基づいて、前記制御弁の異常を検出する制御弁異常検出部と、
を備えたことを特徴とするランキンサイクルシステムの異常検出装置。 - 前記制御弁異常検出部は、前記気液分離器内の液相冷媒の量が所定範囲外であり、前記過熱器内の気相冷媒の温度が所定範囲外であるとき、前記制御弁の異常を検出する請求項1記載のランキンサイクルシステムの異常検出装置。
- 前記制御弁異常検出部は、前記気液分離器内の液相冷媒の量が第1閾値未満であり、前記過熱器内の気相冷媒の温度が第2閾値未満であるとき、前記制御弁が開弁状態で固着していることを検出する請求項2記載のランキンサイクルシステムの異常判定装置。
- 前記制御弁異常検出部は、前記気液分離器内の液相冷媒の量が第3閾値より多く、前記過熱器内の気相冷媒の温度が第4閾値より高いとき、前記制御弁が閉弁状態で固着していることを検出する請求項2または3記載のランキンサイクルシステムの異常検出装置。
