Description
長年の実験に基づき、本発明者らは、重量%で下記の化学組成を有する鋼鉄によって、上記の問題を最小限にすることに今や成功した。
0〜1.5%Si
0〜1.8%Mn
1.5〜3.5%Cr
0.3〜0.9%(Mo+W/2)
0.4〜0.8%(V+N/2)
残りは鉄および不可避の不純物。
下記の実施した実験の説明において、添付の図面が参照されるであろう。
以下の工程により、50kgの重量を有する実験室規模のインゴットの形態で3種の合金を作成した。1270℃にて60×60mmの寸法に鍛造する。850℃/2時間で軟化焼鈍しをし(soft annealing)、10℃/時間で600℃まで冷却し、その後空気中で放冷する。

- 質量%で下記の化学組成
0.38〜0.44%C
0.5〜1.5%Si
1%<Mn≦1.8%
1.5〜3.5%Cr
0.5〜0.7%Mo
0.5〜0.7%V
0.5〜0.9%(Mo+W/2)
(Mo+Cr)<3.5%
Al≦0.05%、または、0.3〜1.0%Al
を有し、
残りが鉄と不可避の不純物である
ことを特徴とする、熱間加工用鋼鉄。 - Cの含有量が質量%で0.40〜0.44%Cであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の鋼鉄。
- Siの含有量が質量%で0.5〜1.2%であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の鋼鉄。
- Mnの含有量が質量%で1.0〜1.35%であることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の鋼鉄。
- Crの含有量が質量%で2.2〜2.8%であることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の鋼鉄。
- Moの含有量を基準としたCrの含有量が、質量%で%Cr(Crの百分率)/%Mo(Moの百分率)>3となるようなものであることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の鋼鉄。
- Vの含有量が0.5〜0.6質量%であることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の鋼鉄。
- 0.05質量%以下のAlを含有することを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の鋼鉄。
- Alの含有量が質量%で0.7%であることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の鋼鉄。
- 200℃で26W/m℃を超える熱伝導性を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の熱間加工用鋼鉄。
