Description
30、第3電磁開閉弁31、第1一方向弁32および第2一方向弁33が、アルミニウム合金等の軽金属の鋳造成形によって直方体状に形成される基体77に配設されるとともに、基体77からの第1電磁開閉弁28、第2電磁開閉弁29、第3電磁開閉弁31、第1一方向弁32および第2一方向弁33からの突出部が、カプラ部78aを一体に有する合成樹脂製のカバー78で覆われて成るものであり、第1〜第3圧力センサ34〜36も前記基体77に配設され、基体77からの第1〜第3圧力センサ34〜36の突出部も前記カバー78で覆われる。

Claims (3)
- ブレーキ操作子(16)の操作量を検出する操作量検出手段(34)と、前記ブレーキ操作子(16)の操作とは無関係に液圧を発生し得る液圧発生手段(17R)と、該液圧発生手段(17R)の出力液圧を調圧して車輪ブレーキ(BR)に作用せしめるべく前記液圧発生手段(17R)および車輪ブレーキ(BR)間に介設される調圧ユニット(18R)と、前記操作量検出手段(34)の検出値に基づいて前記調圧ユニット(18R)の作動を制御する制御ユニット(39)とを備え、車体フレーム(F)に搭載されるエンジン本体(51)の後方に調圧ユニット(18R)が配置される自動二輪車において、
前記車体フレーム(F)の一部を構成するとともに乗車用シート(68)を支持する左右一対のシートレール(49)の一方に第1支持部材(154)が取付けられ、また、前記両シートレール(49)間を結ぶクロスメンバ(155)に第2支持部材(159)が取付けられ、
平面視では両シートレール(49)間に配置される前記液圧発生手段(17R)と、前記第1支持部材(154)との間に、その間を連結する左右方向に弾性変形可能な第1弾性部材(156a)と、同じくその間を連結する前後方向に弾性変形可能な第2弾性部材(156b)とが相互に前後方向に間隔をおいて介装され、
前記液圧発生手段(17R)に固定される取付け部材(160)と、前記第2支持部材(159)との間に、その間を連結する左右方向に弾性変形可能な第3弾性部材(156c)が、前記第1,第2弾性部材(156a,156b)とは左右方向に間隔をおいて介装され、
前記液圧発生手段(17R)は、前記第1〜第3弾性部材(156a,156b,156c)を介して、前記一方のシートレール(49)上の前記第1支持部材(154)と、前記クロスメンバ(155)上の前記第2支持部材(159)とに、その両部材(154,159)間に跨って浮動支持されることを特徴とする自動二輪車。 - 後輪(WR)を軸支して前記車体フレーム(F)に揺動可能に支承されるスイングアーム(62)と、該スイングアーム(62)および車体フレーム(F)間に設けられるリンク機構(63)の一部を構成するリンク部材(64)との間にクッションユニット(65)が設けられ、該クッションユニット(65)の減衰力を調整するようにして前記液圧発生手段(17R)の後方に配置されるサブタンク(168)が、前記シートレール(49)に支持されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の自動二輪車。
- 前記サブタンク(168)を支持するサブタンク支持部材(169)が、ピリオンステップ(71)との共締めで前記シートレール(49)に固定されることを特徴とする請求項2記載の自動二輪車。
