Description
図21を併せて参照して、後輪用液圧発生手段17Rのシリンダ体20には一対のねじ部材161,161で前記取付け部材160が固着されており、該取付け部材160に前記マウントゴム156が装着される。またマウントゴム156に対応した位置で第2支持部材159にはウエルドナット162が固着される。而してマウントゴム156には、外側方に張り出す鍔部163aを一端に有するカラー163が前記鍔部163aを第2支持部材159に当接させるようにして挿通される。また前記カラー163を第2支持部材159との間に挟むようにして該カラー163の他端にワッシャ164が当接され、ワッシャ164およびカラー163に挿通されるボルト165が前記ウエルドナット162に螺合される。

Claims (4)
- ブレーキ操作子(15)の操作量を検出する操作量検出手段(34)と、前記ブレーキ操作子(15)の操作に応じて液圧を発生し得る液圧発生手段(17F)と、該液圧発生手段(17F)の出力液圧を調圧して車輪ブレーキ(BF)に作用せしめるべく前記液圧発生手段(17F)および車輪ブレーキ(BF)間に介設される調圧ユニット(18F)と、前記操作量検出手段(34)の検出値に基づいて前記調圧ユニット(18F)の作動を制御する制御ユニット(39)とを備える自動二輪車用ブレーキ装置において、
車体フレーム(F)に搭載されるエンジン本体(51)のシリンダヘッド(52)の前面に接続されて該シリンダヘッド(52)から下方に延出される排気管(59)と、前記エンジン本体(51)との間に、前記液圧発生手段(17F)が配置されることを特徴とする自動二輪車用ブレーキ装置。 - 前記車体フレーム(F)が前端に有するヘッドパイプ(45)から後下がりに延びて前記車体フレーム(F)の一部を構成するフレーム部材(46)に、前記液圧発生手段(17F)が支持手段(93)を介して取付けられ、前記支持手段(93)が、前記フレーム部材(46)に取付けられて前記液圧発生手段(17F)の後方を左右方向に延びる第1支持枠(94)と、前記液圧発生手段(17F)を前方から囲むようにして第1支持枠(94)に取付けられる第2支持枠(95)とを有して枠状に構成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の自動二輪車用ブレーキ装置。
- 前記エンジン本体(51)の前方で前記車体フレーム(F)に支持されるラジエータ(61)の後方斜め下に前記液圧発生手段(17F)が配置されることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の自動二輪車用ブレーキ装置。
- 前記エンジン本体(51)は、クランクケース(53)と、該クランクケース(53)から前上がりに傾斜して立ち上がるシリンダブロック(54)と、そのシリンダブロック(54)の上部に結合される前記シリンダヘッド(52)とを備え、前記排気管(59)は、前記シリンダヘッド(52)の前面から前下がりに延びる傾斜部(59a)と、該傾斜部(59a)の下部から前記エンジン本体(51)の下方側に彎曲した彎曲部(59b)とを有し、その排気管(59)と前記エンジン本体(51)の前面との間に側面視三角形状の空間が形成され、その空間に前記液圧発生手段(17F)が配置されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の自動二輪車用ブレーキ装置。
