図21を併せて参照して、後輪用液圧発生手段17Rのシリンダ体20には一対のねじ部材161,161で前記取付け部材160が固着されており、該取付け部材160に前記マウントゴム156が装着される。またマウントゴム156に対応した位置で第2支持部材159にはウエルドナット162が固着される。而してマウントゴム156には、外側方に張り出す鍔部163aを一端に有するカラー163が前記鍔部163aを第2支持部材159に当接させるようにして挿通される。また前記カラー163を第2支持部材159との間に挟むようにして該カラー163の他端にワッシャ164が当接され、ワッシャ164およびカラー163に挿通されるボルト165が前記ウエルドナット162に螺合される。

Claims (2)
- ブレーキ操作子(15)の操作量を検出する操作量検出手段(34)と、前記ブレーキ操作子(15)の操作とは無関係に液圧を発生し得る液圧発生手段(17F)と、該液圧発生手段(17F)の出力液圧を調圧して車輪ブレーキ(BF)に作用せしめるべく前記液圧発生手段(71F)および車輪ブレーキ(BF)間に介設される調圧ユニット(18F)と、前記操作量検出手段(34)の検出値に基づいて前記調圧ユニット(18F)の作動を制御する制御ユニット(39)とを備える自動二輪車用ブレーキ装置において、
車体フレーム(F)がヘッドパイプ(45)とそのヘッドパイプ(45)から後下がりに延びる左右一対のメインフレーム(46)とを備えると共に、そのメインフレーム(46)に搭載されるエンジン本体(51)のシリンダヘッド(52)に接続されて該シリンダヘッド(52)から上方に延出される吸気装置(57)の後方、かつ前記エンジン本体(51)の上方に配置される燃料タンク(55)および前記エンジン本体(51)間に前記調圧ユニット(18F)が配置され、
車体フレーム(F)に取付けられる支持手段(83)に前記調圧ユニット(18F)が、該調圧ユニット(18F)を上下から挟む各々ゴム製の上ケース部材(81)及び下ケース部材(80)から成る弾性ケース(79)を介して浮動支持されると共に、それら上ケース部材(81)及び下ケース部材(80)の各内面には、前記調圧ユニット(18F)に各々当接する複数の突部(80a,81a)が、それら突部(80a,81a)の周辺で上ケース部材(81)及び下ケース部材(80)の各内面と調圧ユニット(18F)との間に隙間が形成されるようにして一体に形成され、
前記支持手段(83)が、前記調圧ユニット(18F)の下部の略全周を覆うとともに前記調圧ユニット(18F)を下方から支持するために前記車体フレーム(F)に取付けられる下部枠体(84)と、その下部枠体(84)に締結されて前記調圧ユニット(18F)に上方から当接する上部枠体(85)とで枠状に構成されていて、それら下部枠体(84)および上部枠体(85)間に前記弾性ケース(79)を介して前記調圧ユニット(18F)が挟持され、
前記弾性ケース(79)は、車両平面視で、一方の前記メインフレーム(46)の、車両後方に向かって車幅方向内側に傾斜して延びる傾斜フレーム部分(46a)の外側縁よりも内側に在って、その傾斜フレーム部分(46a)に該弾性ケース(79)の外側面が沿うように配置されることを特徴とする自動二輪車用ブレーキ装置。 - 前記液圧発生手段(17F)が前記エンジン本体(51)の前方に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の自動二輪車用ブレーキ装置。
