Description
図21を併せて参照して、後輪用液圧発生手段17Rのシリンダ体20には一対のねじ部材161,161で前記取付け部材160が固着されており、該取付け部材160に前記マウントゴム156が装着される。またマウントゴム156に対応した位置で第2支持部材159にはウエルドナット162が固着される。而してマウントゴム156には、外側方に張り出す鍔部163aを一端に有するカラー163が前記鍔部163aを第2支持部材159に当接させるようにして挿通される。また前記カラー163を第2支持部材159との間に挟むようにして該カラー163の他端にワッシャ164が当接され、ワッシャ164およびカラー163に挿通されるボルト165が前記ウエルドナット162に螺合される。

Claims (2)
- ブレーキ操作子(16)の操作量を検出する操作量検出手段(34)と、前記ブレーキ操作子(16)の操作とは無関係に液圧を発生し得る液圧発生手段(17R)と、該液圧発生手段(17R)の出力液圧を調圧して車輪ブレーキ(BR)に作用せしめるべく前記液圧発生手段(17R)および車輪ブレーキ(BR)間に介設される調圧ユニット(18R)と、前記操作量検出手段(34)の検出値に基づいて前記調圧ユニット(18R)の作動を制御する制御ユニット(39)とを備え、前記調圧ユニット(18R)が車体フレーム(F)に搭載されるエンジン本体(51)の後方に配置される自動二輪車用ブレーキ装置において、
車体フレーム(F)に搭載されるエンジン本体(51)の左右両側に配置される一対のフレーム部材(47)と、それらのフレーム部材(47)とともに前記車体フレーム(F)の一部を構成するようにして前記エンジン本体(51)の後方で前記両フレーム部材(47)間を連結するクロスメンバ(131)とに、前後方向に弾性変形可能な複数の第1弾性部材(132,133,134)を介して支持部材(130)が浮動支持され、
前記支持部材(130)は、前記調圧ユニット(18R)に上方から対向する支持部材主部(130a)と、前記調圧ユニット(18R)の左右両側に配置されるようにして前記支持部材主部(130a)から垂下される左右一対の支持腕部(130e,130f)とを有していて、この支持部材(130)から前記調圧ユニット(18R)が吊り下げ支持されるように、前記調圧ユニット(18R)の上部が上下方向に弾性変形可能な第2弾性部材(147a)を介して前記支持部材主部(130a)に浮動支持され、且つ前記調圧ユニット(18R)の左右両側が左右方向に弾性変形可能な第3弾性部材(147b,147c)を介して前記左右一対の支持腕部(130e,130f)の各々に浮動支持されることを特徴とする自動二輪車用ブレーキ装置。 - 後輪(WR)を軸支して前記車体フレーム(F)に揺動可能に支承されるスイングアーム(62)と、該スイングアーム(62)および車体フレーム(F)間に設けられるリンク機構(63)の一部を構成するリンク部材(64)との間に設けられるクッションユニット(95)の上端部および前記エンジン本体(51)間に、前記調圧ユニット(18R)が配置されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の自動二輪車用ブレーキ装置。
