Description
合計が100重量%になるような以下の化学分析を与える焼結ビーズであって、
ZrO2+HfO2:78〜85%、
CeO2: :15%以上、
Al2O3 :0.1%超、
添加剤 :0.1%超、
不純物 :1%未満、
前記添加剤は、MnO、MnO2、Fe2O3、CuO、TiO2、Y2O3、Sb2O3、ZnO、及び、その混合物から選択される焼結ビーズによって達成される。
(1)アルミナ(Al2O3)の含有量は、0.2重量%より大きく、及び/又は1重量%未満である。
(2)添加剤の含有量は、0.3重量%より大きく、及び/又は0.8重量%未満である。
(3)アルミナと添加剤の総量は、0.6重量%より大きく、好ましくは0.7重量%より大きい。
(4)添加剤は、MnO及び/又はFe2O3である。
(5)CeO2の含有量は、20重量%以下である。
(6)添加剤の割合とアルミナの割合との比は、0.5より大きく、及び/又は2未満である。
(7)それは、好ましくは0.7より大きく、及び/又は1.5未満であり、より好ましくは実質的に1である。
(1)その乾物の重量に対して0から10重量%の濃度で存在する分散剤、
(2)その乾物の重量に対して0から3重量%の濃度で存在する粘度安定剤または解膠剤、

(1)分散剤または解膠剤:ポリメタクリル酸ナトリウム及びポリメタクリル酸アンモニウムの族、ポリアクリル酸ナトリウム及びポリアクリル酸アンモニウムの族、ポリアクリル酸(ナトリウム塩またはアンモニウム塩)または他の高分子電解質の族、クエン酸、例えばアンモニウムの族、リン酸ナトリウムの族、及び、カルボン酸エステルの族、
(2)表面張力の調整剤:特定の脂肪族アルコールなどの有機溶媒、
(3)ゲル化剤:天然糖類の族の特定の成分。
表1の組成は、16.5%のCeO2と、1%未満の含有量の不純物と、残部である100%までのZrO2+HfO2を含む。
Claims (16)
- 合計が100重量%になるような以下の化学分析を与える焼結ビーズであって、
ZrO2+HfO2:78〜85%、
CeO2:15%以上、
Al2O3:0.1%超、
添加剤:0.1%超、
不純物:1%未満、
0.5≦添加剤/Al2O3≦2、
前記添加剤は、MnO、MnO2、Fe2O3、CuO、Sb2O3、ZnO、及び、それらの混合物から選択される焼結ビーズ。 - 前記アルミナ(Al2O3)の含有量は、0.2重量%より大きく、1重量%未満であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の焼結ビーズ。
- 前記添加剤の含有量は、0.3重量%より大きく、0.8重量%未満であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の焼結ビーズ。
- 前記アルミナと前記添加剤の総量は、0.6重量%より大きいことを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の焼結ビーズ。
- 前記アルミナと前記添加剤の総量は、0.7重量%より大きいことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の焼結ビーズ。
- 前記添加剤の割合と前記アルミナの割合との比は、0.5より大きく、2未満であることを特徴とする請求項1から5の何れか一項に記載の焼結ビーズ。
- 前記添加剤の割合と前記アルミナの割合との比は、0.7より大きく、1.5未満であることを特徴とする請求項1から6の何れか一項に記載の焼結ビーズ。
- 前記添加剤の割合と前記アルミナの割合との比は、実質的に1であることを特徴とする請求項1から7の何れか一項に記載の焼結ビーズ。
- 前記添加剤は、MnO、Fe2O3 及びそれらの混合物から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1から8の何れか一項に記載の焼結ビーズ。
- 前記CeO2の含有量は、20重量%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1から9の何れか一項に記載の焼結ビーズ。
- 前記ビーズの直径は、0.5mmから2.5mmの範囲にある、請求項1から10の何れか一項に記載の焼結ビーズ。
- 前記添加剤は、MnO、MnO2、Fe2O3、CuO、Sb2O3、ZnO、及び、それらの混合物から選択される、請求項1から11の何れか一項に記載の焼結ビーズ。
- 前記ビーズは、ジルコニアのソース、CeO2のソース及びアルミナのソースを含む混合物を焼結することによって得られる、請求項1から12の何れか一項に記載の焼結ビーズ。
- 前記ビーズは、ZrO2+HfO2、CeO2及びAl2O3、並びに、酸化物であるMnO、MnO2、Fe2O3、CuO、Sb2O3及びZnOの1つ以上の粉末を含む水性懸濁液から得られる、請求項1から13の何れか一項に記載の焼結ビーズ。
- 請求項1から14の何れか一項に記載のビーズの混合物の研磨機における使用。
- マイクログラインディングまたは微細分散における、請求項15に記載の使用。
