Claims (3)
- 凸部の先端に成形面を各々持つ第1及び第2型と、
前記凸部を対向方向からそれぞれ挿入するためのガイド穴を有し前記第1及び第2型を前記ガイド穴の軸方向に相対移動自在に支持する胴型と、
前記胴型を保持するホルダーと、
前記第1及び第2型の凸部を前記ガイド穴に挿入しながら加圧する加圧手段と、
前記第1及び第2型の成形面を持つ側の反対側の面にそれぞれ取り付けられ、前記ガイド穴に対して前記凸部を挿入するときに生じる水平方向の誤差と角度方向の誤差とを修正する位置決め誤差修正機構を備えた可動型支持部と、を備え、
前記可動型支持部は、前記第1及び第2型の前記反対側の面にそれぞれ取り付けられる第1プレートと、第2プレートと、これら前記第1及び第2プレートを自由移動自在に連結し前記第1及び第2プレートのうちのいずれか一方に対して他方の揺動運動及び並進運動を許容する、少なくとも3本の弾性体と、で構成されていることを特徴とするプレス装置。 - 前記ホルダーを前記加圧手段の加圧方向に移動させ、前記ガイド穴を前記第1又は第2型の凸部に嵌合させる移動手段を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載のプレス装置。
- 前記加圧手段は前記第1及び第2型のうちのいずれか一方の型側に設けられた第2プレートに取り付けられ、
前記第1及び第2型のうちの他方の型を支持し、前記他方の型側に設けられた第2プレートに取り付けられたベースを有し、
前記移動手段は前記ホルダーを前記他方の型に向けて移動することを特徴とする請求項2記載のプレス装置。
