− アミノ酸(たとえばアルギニン)
特別な免疫強化および創傷治癒促進の、特に下腿潰瘍(Ulcus cruris)についての効果、ならびに糖尿病患者におけるインスリン必要量の低減、活力増強およびパーキンソン病患者の状態の改善のための効果が、本発明にしたがって得られる調製物を用いて行なわれる臨床研究の枠組の中で観察されている。そのため、これらの症状は、消化障害の治療に加えて、確かに本発明の際立った見地を構成する。
この場合においては、ピューレ濃縮物(食料品条令によると、2:1の濃度以上のものが濃縮物と呼ばれる)をガラス瓶の中に充填し、それに続き低温滅菌した。
ピューレ濃縮物はスティックパック(各20ml)に分けて充填され、溶接され、それに続き低温滅菌もされた。または、高温状態で無菌で直ちに充填された。
樹上成熟して摘み取られたパパイヤ果実を皮むきおよび種取りし、それに続き30分〜5時間少なくとも2倍の体積の水溶液で煮沸した。その後、乾燥された果実を少なくとも30分かけて酸素含有雰囲気下で冷却し、裏漉しし、クエン酸を添加した。この研究のために、調製物はガラス容器に充填し、低温滅菌した。開放後はガラス容器を冷蔵庫に保管した。
この研究においては、主に動くことのできない老人センターの患者または居住者40人が採用された。全員が医師による慢性便秘の診断を受けてた。全員が一日一回ないし少なくとも週3回緩下薬を摂取していた。95%以上がマクロゴール(Movicol(登録商標))を摂取していた。

− 現在のモルヒネ治療
前記判定基準を満たした患者もしくは居住者40人が本研究に採用された。
いわゆる補栄養剤、すなわち本発明にしたがって調製されたパパイヤパルプ形態(=CARICOL(登録商標))を用いて、老人部門の患者または居住者(不動状態、多発罹病状態)40人について実施したこの予測研究により、緩下薬の介入なしの排便習慣の改善に及ぼす重大な効果が証明できた。特に指摘しておくべきことは、いわゆるアレキサンダー注射(この場合、用量は非常に正確に守ることができる)によって調整物が投与されたPEGプローブを有する女性患者における便秘率の経過についてである:予備段階 1.38、第1検査段階 0.4、第2検査段階 0。
本発明にかかわるパパイヤピューレは、消化工程の−特に下痢、便秘(慢性便秘も含む)、膨満または過敏性腸症候群症における−調節または改善をする。
年金生活者用アパートの養護ステーションにおける患者または居住者10人−その大部分が下痢を患っている−が適応観察により採用された。

段階1:カリコール(登録商標)の1倍の濃度で一日の用量40ml(これは2×2匙の量に相当する)。摂取はそれぞれ朝と昼の食事直前に行われた。
参加する各居住者の氏名、年齢、性別、手術、診断および進行中の薬物療法といったような既往データが特別なデータシートにリストアップされた。
0=排便なし
I=通常の排便
+=少量の排便
〜=液状
§=軟便状
H=硬い
予備段階の初期において、軟便/液便の平均割合は4日/週であり、普通便の平均割合は2.5日/週であった。
老人患者の場合、治療の中断後、排便が再び元の形態に戻る傾向がある。
いわゆる補栄養剤、すなわち本発明にしたがって調製されたパパイヤパルプ形態(カリコール(登録商標))を用いて老人部門の患者または居住者10人(多発罹病状態、部分的に不動状態)について実施されたこの適用観察により、慢性下痢の排便習慣の改善に対する顕著な効果を示すことができた。
大部分は動くことができない老人部門の患者18人がこの研究に採用された。全員が医師による便秘の診断を受けており、毎日ないし週に数回緩下薬を摂取していた。

Claims (11)
- カリカ・パパイヤ果実からのピューレ調製物の製造方法であって、
− 果実または粉砕された果実を、標準圧力で少なくとも2時間、少なくとも2倍の体積の水溶液を用いて煮沸する工程、
− 煮沸された果実または粉砕された果実を、酸素含有雰囲気下に少なくとも30分の時間にわたって冷却する工程、
− 均質なピューレが得られるまで、冷却された果実または粉砕された果実を粉砕、混合および裏漉しする工程
からなることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記果実または粉砕された果実が裏漉しされている請求項1記載の方法。
- 冷却が少なくとも5時間実施されることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の方法。
- ピューレの製造時に、クエン酸が添加されることを特徴とする請求項1、2または3記載の方法。
- クエン酸が、ピューレのpH値が3.5〜5.0になる量で添加されることを特徴とする請求項4記載の方法。
- クエン酸が、ピューレのpH値が3.8〜4.4になる量で添加されることを特徴とする請求項5記載の方法。
- カリカ・パパイヤ果実が煮沸前に皮むきおよび種取りされることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 得られたピューレが低温滅菌されることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の方法。
- カリカ・パパイヤ果実が半熟ないし成熟であることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 消化障害の治療剤の製造のための請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の方法により得られるカリカ・パパイヤ果実からなるピューレ調製物の使用。
- 消化障害が慢性便秘、膨満および過敏性腸症候群からなる群より選択されることを特徴とする請求項10記載の使用。
