Description
等価直列抵抗(ESR)、静電容量、および散逸率:
等価直列抵抗およびインピーダンスを、Keithley3330精密LCZメーターおよびKelvin導線をバイアス0ボルトおよび信号1ボルトで用いて測定した。動作周波数は100kHzであった。静電容量および散逸率を、Keithley3330精密LCZメーターおよびKelvin導線をバイアス2ボルトおよび信号1ボルトで用いて測定した。動作周波数は120Hzであり、温度は23℃±2℃であった。
漏れ電流:
漏れ電流(DCL)を、イギリス所在のMantracourt Electronics LTD製のMC190漏れ試験セットを用いて測定した。MC190試験は、10秒後、25℃の温度および特定の定格電圧で漏れ電流を測定した。
重合溶液から形成された導電性ポリマー層を有するタンタルコンデンサを形成する能力を実証した。具体的には、50,000μFV/gタンタル粉末をプレスしてペレットにし、焼結することによって、多孔質電極体を形成した。前記ペレットをリン酸の水中電解質中でアノード酸化させた後、水/エチレングリコール電解質中でシェル形成することによって、誘電体層を形成した。98重量部の水中に1重量部のポリビニルアルコールと1重量部のメチルメタクリレートとを含む溶液から、前記多孔質電極体に保護接着剤層を付与した。前記溶液は、70℃まで徐々に加熱することによって形成した。この溶液にアノードペレットを浸漬し、100℃の温度で15分間乾燥させた。
50,000μFV/gタンタル粉末をプレスしてペレットにし、焼結することによって、多孔質電極体を形成した。前記ペレットをリン酸の水中電解質中でアノード酸化させた後、水/エチレングリコール電解質中でシェル形成した。前記多孔質電極体に、1重量部の3,4−エチレンジオキシチオフェン(Baytron(登録商標)M、H.C.Starck GmbH)と、20重量部のブタノール中鉄(III)トシレート(Baytron(登録商標)CB40、H.C.Starck GmbH)と、12重量部のエタノールとを含む溶液を被覆した。前記溶液を、誘電体がプレコートされたアノードペレットに含浸させた。前記アノードペレットをこの溶液に浸漬し、5℃で冷まし、乾いた空気中に保持した後、周囲温度および60%の相対湿度において1時間重合させた。前記アノードペレットを、合計6回、前記重合溶液に浸漬および重合させることによって、導電性ポリマー層を形成した。
Claims (20)
- アノードと、
前記アノードの上に位置する誘電体層と、
前記誘電体層の上に位置する固体電解質層と、
前記固体電解質層の上に位置するバリヤー層とを含む固体電解コンデンサにおいて、
前記バリヤー層は、バリヤーポリマーから形成される三次元架橋網目構造を含み、
前記架橋網目構造は、多官能架橋剤を含み、
前記多官能架橋剤は、窒素含有ポリマーであり、
前記窒素含有ポリマーは、ポリアルキレンイミンである、
ことを特徴とする固体電解コンデンサ。 - 前記バリヤーポリマーは、少なくとも2つのヒドロキシル基、アルコキシ基、またはそれらの組み合わせを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の固体電解コンデンサ。
- 前記バリヤーポリマーは、ポリウレタンであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の固体電解コンデンサ。
- 前記バリヤーポリマーは、ポリエステルであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の固体電解コンデンサ。
- 前記窒素含有ポリマーは、ポリエチレンイミンであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の固体電解コンデンサ。
- 前記固体電解質層の上に位置する金属層を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の固体電解コンデンサ。
- 前記バリヤー層は、前記金属層の上に位置することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の固体電解コンデンサ。
- 前記金属層は、前記バリヤー層の上に位置することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の固体電解コンデンサ。
- 前記誘電体層と前記固体電解質層との間に保護接着剤層を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の固体電解コンデンサ。
- 前記固体電解質層は、導電性ポリマーを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の固体電解コンデンサ。
- 前記アノードは、バルブ金属を含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の固体電解コンデンサ。
- 前記アノードは、タンタルまたは酸化ニオブを含有することを特徴とする請求項11に記載の固体電解コンデンサ。
- 85℃の温度および85%の相対湿度において1,000時間エイジングされた後、100kHzの動作周波数において約1,000ミリオーム以下の等価直列抵抗を示すことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の固体電解コンデンサ。
- 85℃の温度および85%の相対湿度において1,000時間エイジングされた後、100kHzの動作周波数において約500ミリオーム以下の等価直列抵抗を示すことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の固体電解コンデンサ。
- バルブ金属を含有するアノードと、
前記アノードの上に位置する誘電体層と、
前記誘電体層の上に位置する導電性ポリマー層と、
前記導電性ポリマー層の上に位置するバリヤー層とを含む固体電解コンデンサにおいて、
前記コンデンサは、85℃の温度および85%の相対湿度において1,000時間エイジングされた後、100kHzの動作周波数において約1,000ミリオーム以下の等価直列抵抗を示し、
前記バリヤー層は、バリヤーポリマーから形成される三次元架橋網目構造を含み、
前記架橋網目構造は、窒素含有多官能架橋剤を含み、
前記架橋剤は、ポリアルキレンイミンを含む、
ことを特徴とする固体電解コンデンサ。 - 85℃の温度および85%の相対湿度において1,000時間エイジングされた後、100kHzの動作周波数において約500ミリオーム以下の等価直列抵抗を示すことを特徴とする請求項15に記載の固体電解コンデンサ。
- 前記導電性ポリマー層の上に位置する金属層を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項15に記載の固体電解コンデンサ。
- 前記バリヤー層は、前記金属層の上に位置することを特徴とする請求項17に記載の固体電解コンデンサ。
- 前記金属層は、前記バリヤー層の上に位置することを特徴とする請求項17に記載の固体電解コンデンサ。
- 前記アノードは、タンタルまたは酸化ニオブを含有することを特徴とする請求項15に記載の固体電解コンデンサ。
