Description
Claims (16)
- 容器(1)を有し、ツール・ホルダ(20)に部品を収容するシステムであって、前記ツール・ホルダ(20)は第1の端部(21)及び第2の端部(22)を有し、
前記ツール・ホルダ(20)の前記第1の端部(21)が工作機械に固定されるようになされ、前記第2の端部(22)が刃先を取り付けるようになされ、前記ツール・ホルダ(20)が空洞壁によって囲まれる内部の空洞(23)を備え、
前記空洞(23)が前記容器(1)を収容し、前記容器が少なくとも中央の部分(2)及び末端の部分(3、4)を備え、前記末端の部分(3、4)が前記中央の部分(2)に連結されるとともに、前記末端の部分の少なくともいずれか一方が蓋を形成して解放可能に前記中央の部分に連結され、
前記中央の部分(2)が、前記ツール・ホルダ(20)の中の前記空洞壁と接触するようになされた少なくとも1つの接触領域(5)、及び、冷却媒体と接触するようになされた少なくとも1つの間隙領域(6)を有する外面を備え、
前記空洞(23)の一方の端部が冷却媒体用の供給部に連結するようになされ、前記空洞(23)のもう一方の端部が冷却媒体用の出口に連結され、前記空洞(23)が前記容器(1)を装着するための開口(25)を有し、前記冷却媒体を送るための少なくとも1つの間隙が前記容器(1)と前記空洞壁の間に形成され、前記容器(1)が前記部品を収容するようになっていることを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記間隙が、前記容器(1)の少なくとも1つの凹所として形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記間隙が、前記空洞壁の少なくとも1つの凹所として形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記間隙が、前記空洞壁の少なくとも1つの凹所として形成されるとともに、前記容器の少なくとも1つの凹所として形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- ツール・ホルダ(20)の中の空洞壁を使用して空洞(23)に装着するための容器(1)であって、
前記容器が少なくとも中央の部分(2)及び末端の部分(3、4)を備え、前記末端の部分(3、4)が前記中央の部分(2)に連結され、
前記中央の部分(2)が、前記ツール・ホルダ(20)の中の前記空洞壁と接触するようになされた少なくとも1つの接触領域(5)、及び、前記容器(1)を有する前記ツール・ホルダ(20)が使用される場合に冷却媒体と接触するようになされた少なくとも1つの間隙領域(6)を有する外面を備え、
前記末端の部分の少なくともいずれか一方が蓋を形成して解放可能に前記中央の部分に連結されることを特徴とする容器(1)。 - 前記中央の部分が、円滑な表面を備え、前記空洞壁の中に凹所を備える空洞(23)に装着されるようになっている、請求項5に記載の容器(1)。
- 冷却媒体と接触するようになされた前記少なくとも1つの前記間隙領域が、前記中央の部分(2)の外面と前記ツール・ホルダ(20)の前記空洞壁の間に間隙を形成するようになっている、請求項5に記載の容器(1)。
- 前記中央の部分(2)が、外部の実質的に円筒形の部分であって、前記円筒形の部分に沿って配置された、いくつかの隆起を備える部分を備え、これらの隆起が前記ツール・ホルダ(20)の前記空洞壁と接触する前記接触領域(5)を形成し、前記隆起の間の前記間隙領域(6)が前記容器(1)と前記ツール・ホルダ(20)の間に前記冷却媒体を前方に送る間隙を形成するようになされた、請求項7に記載の容器(1)。
- 前記実質的に円筒形の部分が、中心軸を規定し、前記隆起が前記中心軸に平行に延出する稜部として形成される、請求項8に記載の容器(1)。
- 前記実質的に円筒形の部分が、中心軸を規定し、前記隆起が前記中心軸の周囲に螺旋状又は渦巻き状に延出する稜部として形成される、請求項8に記載の容器(1)。
- 前記中央の部分(2)が実質的に円筒形の空洞を有し、一方の前記末端の部分(3)が前記中央の部分(2)と一体になっている、請求項5に記載の容器(1)。
- 前記中央の部分(2)が実質的に円筒形の空洞を有し、前記末端の部分(4、4)の両方が前記中央の部分(2)に解放可能に連結される、請求項5に記載の容器(1)。
- 前記末端の部分(4)が、前記中央の部分(2)に前記末端の部分(4)を装着することにより前記中央の部分(2)が伸びるように、前記中央の部分(2)にプレス嵌めによって適合され、解放可能に連結された末端部分となっている、請求項11又は請求項12に記載の容器(1)。
- 前記容器(1)の前記末端の部分(3、4)のうちの少なくとも1つが、前記ツール・ホルダ(20)の中の前記空洞と接触するための面取りされた区画を備える、請求項5に記載の容器(1)。
- 前記ツール・ホルダ(20)と関連するパラメータを測定する1つ又はいくつかのセンサを収容する、請求項5から請求項14までのいずれか一項に記載の容器(1)の使用。
- 減衰システム(8)を収容する、請求項5から請求項14までのいずれか一項に記載の容器(1)の使用。
