Claims (18)
- 熱交換器(1)の部材の作製(A)、組立て(B)、及び所定の温度条件下で行うロウ付け(C)を有する熱交換器の製造方法であって、前記組立て(B)及びロウ付け(C)の前に、フィン(6)のみに被膜(102)を形成する表面処理操作(A101, A114)を有し、前記被膜(102)が、(i) 前記フィン(6)の表面に前記被膜(102)を形成させる機能を有する膜形成溶媒と、(ii) 親水性付与剤及び/又は抗菌剤からなり、これらのいずれか又は両方による特性を、作動中の熱交換器に付与する活性剤と、(iii) 前記被膜(102)に、硬質ロウ付けの温度条件に対して耐熱性を付与することができる熱保護剤とを含有する混合物からなることを特徴とする熱交換器の製法。
- 前記膜形成溶媒がキシレン及び1-メトキシ-2-プロピルアセテートの混合物からなる請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記熱保護剤が、アルミニウム青銅及び/又はケイ素系結合剤を含有するものである請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 前記熱保護剤が、アルミニウム青銅とケイ素系結合剤との混合物からなる請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記熱交換器の部材が、少なくとも1個のヘッダ(2)、流体循環用の流路(4)、及びこの流路(4)と接触する前記フィン(6)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記作製(A)が、前記各フィン(6)について、表面処理工程(A101)及び前記フィン(6)の形成工程(A104)を含むものであることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記表面処理(A101)を浸漬によって行うことを特徴とする請求項6記載の方法。
- 前記表面処理(A101)を噴霧によって行うことを特徴とする請求項6記載の方法。
- 前記表面処理(A101)をコーティングによって行うことを特徴とする請求項6記載の方法。
- 前記作製(A)が乾燥工程(A102, A115)を含むことを特徴とする請求項6〜9のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記ロウ付け(C)が、制御された雰囲気中、400℃以上〜630℃以下の温度で行われる硬質ロウ付けであることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記ロウ付け(C)が、真空内で行われる硬質ロウ付けであることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の方法によって製造されたものであって、前記フィン(6)のみが、前記表面処理(A101, A114)されていることを特徴とする熱交換器。
- 前記部材が、少なくとも1個のヘッダ(2)、流体循環用の流路(4)、及び前記流路(4)と接触する前記フィン(6)を含み、表面処理(A101, A114)が、前記フィン(6)の材料のみについて行われていることを特徴とする請求項13記載の熱交換器。
- 前記流路が管(4)であることを特徴とする請求項14記載の熱交換器。
- 前記流路がプレート(12)であることを特徴とする請求項14記載の熱交換器。
- 前記部材がアルミニウム合金製であることを特徴とする請求項13〜16のいずれかに記載の熱交換器。
- 熱交換器が、空調回路用の蒸発器(10)である請求項13〜17のいずれかに記載の熱交換器。
