Description
本発明においては、拡径部の寸法(特にL1)と吸音材の寸法(特にL0)を調整して、吸音材3が周方向に圧縮された状態で拡径部21内に収容されるようにしたので、吸音材3が、拡径部21の内周面に向かって押し付けられるようになり、吸音材3が自己保持される効果が生ずる。この効果によって、吸音材を保持する保持部材を廃止したり、簡略化したりできる。

Claims (4)
- 合成樹脂製のダクト本体と、ダクト本体が径方向に拡径されて形成された拡径部内に収容保持された弾力性を有する樹脂発泡体からなる吸音材とを有する吸音ダクトであって、
吸音材は、その少なくとも一方の面に凹凸を有するとともに無負荷状態で略平板状に形成され、かつ、
凹凸が形成された面がダクト拡径部の内周面と対向し接触するように、略円筒状に曲げられて拡径部内に収容されるとともに、
その弾力性によって自己保持性を有するように、拡径部の周方向に圧縮された状態で収容保持されていることを特徴とする吸音ダクト。 - 吸音材は、その少なくとも一方の面に凹凸を有するかわりに、吸音材の当該面に切り込みが入れられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吸音ダクト
- 吸音材は、その両側端部をつき合わせて円筒状とされたことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の吸音ダクト。
- 吸音材は、その両側端部を互いに接着して円筒状とされたことを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれかに記載の吸音ダクト。
