Claims (8)
- 乳酸菌、酵母菌、納豆菌からなる発酵菌を天然甘味料からなる培養液で培養して、液状の組成物を作り出す培養工程と、
経口投与可能な植物を乾燥して微粉末に粉砕する粉砕工程と、
前記培養工程で作り出された液状の組成物を、前記粉砕工程で粉砕された微粉末に被覆して顆粒状に加工する顆粒化工程とを備えたことを特徴とする
顆粒状経口食品の製造方法。 - 前記顆粒化工程で顆粒化された顆粒状の経口食品を原料として所望する加工食品に加工する食品化工程を備えたことを特徴とする
請求項1に記載の顆粒状経口食品の製造方法。 - 前記顆粒化工程で顆粒化された顆粒状の経口食品を粉末状に粉砕する顆粒粉砕工程を備えたことを特徴とする
請求項1に記載の顆粒状経口食品の製造方法。 - 前記培養液の主成分を、有機栽培の農産物から抽出された黒糖、或いは、ステビア草から抽出されたステビア甘味料からなる天然甘味料で構成したことを特徴とする
請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の顆粒状経口食品の製造方法。 - 前記経口投与可能な植物を、遠赤外線の照射により所定の水分量に乾燥することを特徴とする
請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の顆粒状経口食品の製造方法。 - 乳酸菌、酵母菌、納豆菌からなる発酵菌を、天然甘味料からなる培養液で培養して作り出した液状の組成物を、粉砕処理された経口投与可能な植物の微粉末に被覆して顆粒状に加工したことを特徴とする
顆粒状経口食品。 - 前記培養液の主成分を、有機栽培の農産物から抽出された黒糖、或いは、ステビア草から抽出されたステビア甘味料からなる天然甘味料で構成したことを特徴とする
