本发明涉及一种固体饮料、其制备方法及应用,尤其涉及一种含有西红花的固体饮料、其制备方法及应用。
背景技术
近年来,随着人们生活节奏的不断加快、工作压力的增加,亚健康问题日益突出,严重影响现代人的生活质量。目前,市场上固体饮料种类繁多,常见的有酸梅粉、菊花晶、速溶茶粉、茅根精等。企业在产品开发时,主要关注消费者口味需求,往往忽视了固体饮料本身的营养保健功能。通过配方研究,开发出功能固体饮料,不仅具有传统饮料的解渴及营养作用,而且能够对消费者身体健康带来切实的益处和功效,将成为解决亚健康问题的一种有效方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种含西红花的固体饮料,通过添加一定比例的西红花得到一种具有保健功能的固体饮料,使消费者在食用固体饮料的同时,还能享受到舒缓压力、改善睡眠、调理胃肠的保健功效。
本发明的另一目的在于提供所述含西红花的固体饮料的制备方法。
为达到上述目的,本发明首先提供了一种含西红花的固体饮料,其中,该固体饮料由主料和辅料组成,所述主料为西红花,玫瑰茄,茉莉花,茶氨酸,γ-氨基丁酸,维生素C,白砂糖或木糖醇,天然甜味剂,酸味剂中的一种或几种。
其中天然甜味剂为罗汉果、甘草、甜菊糖中的一种或几种。
其中酸味剂为乌梅、沙棘、山楂、柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠中的一种或几种。
本发明含西红花的固体饮料可以加入制备固体饮料时所需的常规辅料,包括但不限于粘合剂、润滑剂、崩解剂、抗氧化剂。
经过发明人大量摸索总结得出,各组分用量在下述重量范围内具有较好的保健功效。
一种含西红花的固体饮料,其原料由以下重量份的组分组成:白砂糖或木糖醇100~2500份,天然甜味剂0~500份,酸味剂0~600份,茶氨酸0~50份,γ-氨基丁酸0~20份,西红花2~100份,玫瑰茄0~100份,茉莉花0~100份,枸杞0~50份,维生素C 2~50份,辅料50~550份。
优选配比:以重量份计,白砂糖或木糖醇100~2500份,天然甜味剂10~500份,酸味剂0~600份,茶氨酸5~40份,γ-氨基丁酸1~18份,西红花3~70份,玫瑰茄10~80份,茉莉花10~80份,枸杞4~40份,维生素C 2~12份,辅料60~450份。
进一步优选,以重量份计,白砂糖或木糖醇100~2500份,天然甜味剂10~350份,酸味剂0~600份,茶氨酸10~30份,γ-氨基丁酸3~16份,西红花5~30份,玫瑰茄15~70份,茉莉花15~60份,枸杞6~30份,维生素C 2~12份,辅料80~350份。
本次发明的主要组份作用如下:
西红花,又名藏红花、番红花,是鸢尾科番红花属植物,主要药用部位为花柱,具有活血化瘀、凉血解毒、解郁安神、美容养颜之功效。西红花主要成分有藏红花苷、藏红花酸、β-谷甾醇、熊果酸、亚油酸、亚麻酸、β-胡萝卜素等,《本草纲目》记载“其主治心忧郁积,气闷不散,活血;久服令人心喜,又治惊悸”。临床实验研究证实西红花对治疗抑郁症、焦虑症、强迫症等精神卫生类疾病、神经退行性疾病、学习记忆障碍、心血管疾病、动脉粥样硬化、高血脂、糖尿病、高血压、胃溃疡、脂肪肝、癫痫、惊厥等方面均显示出潜在的药用价值,是一种在新药研发和食品加工领域具有广阔前景的天然植物原料。现代药理学实验发现西红花能清除自由基,消除因内分泌失调引发的皮肤色斑,有美容祛斑,美肤护肤的功效。
玫瑰茄,味酸、性寒,具有清热解暑、利尿降压、养颜消斑、解毒、解酒等功效。现代研究表明玫瑰茄含有类黄酮素、原儿茶酸、花青素、异黄酮素以及丰富的氨基酸、维生素、糖类、有机酸、无机盐等化学成分,能降低胆固醇和甘油三脂、抑制低密度脂蛋白的氧化、抑制血小板的凝集、降低血栓的形成、减少动脉粥状硬化,可有效地预防心血管疾病的发生。此外玫瑰茄还有保肝、抗癌的作用。因此玫瑰茄是一种很好的天然保健食品。
茶氨酸(L-Theanine,CAS:3081-61-6)化学名为谷氨酸γ-乙基酰胺,是茶叶中所特有的成分,占茶叶干物质总量的1%-2%,其纯品具有焦糖香味和类似于味精那样的鲜爽味。中国的《神农本草经》中早有记载:“茶茗久服,令人有力、悦志”。这明确指出饮茶可以使人精神愉悦,身体健康,这种感觉正是茶叶中特有的茶氨酸成分所发挥的作用。现代药理学实验证实茶氨酸具有保护神经细胞、镇静、抗抑郁、降血脂、提高注意力等功效。2014年7月18日国家卫生计生委已经颁布了关于批准茶叶茶氨酸为新食品原料的公告。
γ-氨基丁酸(γ-aminobutyric acid,简称GABA,CAS:56-12-2)是一种天然存在的非蛋白质氨基酸,是哺乳动物中枢神经系统中重要的抑制性神经传达物质,约50%的中枢神经突出部位以GABA为递质。在人体大脑皮质、海马、丘脑、基底神经节和小脑中起着重要作用,并对机体的多种功能具有调节作用。现代生理活性有调节血压、促进睡眠、增强记忆力、抗焦虑、增进脑活力等多种功效。2009年9月27日,我国卫生部批准γ-氨基丁酸为新资源食品。
枸杞,含有丰富的天然胡萝卜素、维生素、枸杞蛋白多糖、甜菜碱、亚油酸以及铁、磷、钙等营养成分,有补虚安神、明目祛风、滋肾润肺以及护肝抗肿瘤等作用。《神农本草经》记载:“枸杞久服能坚筋骨、耐寒暑,轻身不老,乃中药中之上品。”《本草纲目》记载“枸杞子甘平而润,性滋补,能补肾、润肺、生精、益气,此乃平补之药”。在卫生部公布的药食两用的名单中,枸杞名列榜首。现已有很多研究表明枸杞多糖具有促进免疫、抗衰老、抗肿瘤、清除自由基、抗疲劳、抗辐射、保肝、生殖功能保护和改善等作用。枸杞中所含的枸杞多糖、β-胡萝卜素都是强力的抗氧化剂,再加上枸杞所含的微量元素硒和维生素E的协同作用,组成了强大的抗氧化部队;另外,维生素A可维持上皮组织的生长与分化,防止皮肤干燥和毛囊角化,从而起到美容养颜、滋润肌肤的作用。
茉莉花,有理气开郁、辟秽和中的功效,并对痢疾、腹痛、结膜炎及疮毒等具有很好的消炎解毒的作用。常饮茉莉花,有清肝明目、生津止渴、祛痰治痢、通便利水、祛风解表、疗瘘、坚齿、益气力、降血压、强心、防龋防辐射损伤、抗癌、抗衰老之功效,使人延年益寿、身心健康。
对于固体饮料而言,口感风味仍是消费者在选择购买时的主要因素,因此,本发明还通过加入适当的维生素C和甜味剂、酸味剂进行调配,提升固体饮料的口味和口感,不但丰富了固体饮料的风味,也增加了饮料的营养成分。
上述酸味剂包括乌梅、沙棘、山楂、柠檬酸(CAS 77-92-9)、柠檬酸钠(CAS 6132-04-3)中的一种或几种。乌梅能促进皮肤细胞新陈代谢,有美肌美发效果;尚有促进激素分泌物活性,从而达到抗衰老的作用。乌梅有增加食欲,促进消化,刺激唾液腺、胃腺分泌消化液的作用;亦有显著的整肠作用,促进肠蠕动,消除炎症;同时又有收缩肠壁的作用,因而可以用于治疗腹泻。
山楂含有大量的维生素C与微量元素,能够扩张血管,降低血压、血糖,改善和促进胆固醇排泄而降低血脂,预防高血脂的发生,其所含有的黄酮类与维生素C、胡萝卜素等物质能够阻断并减少自由基的生成,可增强机体的免疫力,延缓衰老,防癌抗癌。
沙棘果实中含有异鼠李素及其糖甙、槲皮素、山柰酚等7种黄桐物质,具有止咳、平喘祛痰、扩张冠状血管、降低胆固醇的效能。沙棘中SOD活性成分丰富,每克沙棘鲜果SOD含量达到2746个酶单位,其含量是人参的4倍。它可以阻断因体内物质过氧化产生的自由基,而这种自由基与人体衰老、疾病的发生密切相关。
上述天然甜味剂包括甜菊糖、罗汉果、甘草中的一种或几种。本发明中白砂糖、甜菊糖(CAS 57817-89-7)或木糖醇(CAS 87-99-0)都能够起到增加甜味的作用,经过发明人进行大量摸索,发现采用单一甜味剂在同西红花、玫瑰茄、茉莉花、茶氨酸、γ-氨基丁酸、枸杞组合后显得单调,不够醇厚,优选多种天然甜味剂与白砂糖等复合,口感更好。
优选的,所述天然甜味剂为罗汉果、甘草二者的混合物;进一步优选的,所述天然甜味剂由罗汉果30~100重量份、甘草15~60重量份组成。
罗汉果,是国家首批批准的药食两用材料之一,其主要功效是能止咳化痰。果实营养价值很高,含丰富的维生素C以及糖甙、果糖、葡萄糖、蛋白质、脂类等。
甘草(Radix Glycyrrhizae)为豆科植物甘草Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.胀果甘草Glycyrrhiza inflata Bat.或光果甘草Glycyrrhiza glabra L.的干燥根及根茎。性味与归经:甘,平。归心、肺、脾、胃经。功能与主治:补脾益气,清热解毒,祛痰止咳,缓急止痛,调和诸药。用于脾胃虚弱,倦怠乏力,心悸气短,咳嗽痰多,脘腹、四肢挛急疼痛,痈肿疮毒,缓解药物毒性、烈性。可在本发明的含西红花的固体饮料中进一步添加食品级辅助添加剂,从而制成用于解决亚健康问题的固体饮料。根据需要,可将所述固体饮料制成粉剂固体饮料、颗粒剂固体饮料或片剂固体饮料等形式。
适用于本发明含西红花的固体饮料中的食品级辅助添加剂包括但不限于粘合剂、润滑剂、崩解剂、抗氧化剂、pH调节剂等中的一种或几种。
上述粘合剂包括但不限于羟丙基纤维素、玉米淀粉、预胶化淀粉、改性玉米淀粉、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、羟丙基甲基纤维素、乳糖、阿拉伯胶、乙基纤维素、醋酸纤维素、聚乙二醇等。
上述润滑剂包括但不限于硬脂酸镁、硬脂酸锌、硬脂酸钙、滑石粉、硬脂酸、胶体二氧化硅、棕榈酸、微粉硅胶等。
上述崩解剂包括但不限于交联羧甲基纤维素钠、交联聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、淀粉、马铃薯淀粉、预胶化淀粉、玉米淀粉、淀粉羟乙酸钠、微晶纤维素、赤藓糖醇、羟丙基纤维素等。
上述抗氧化剂包括但不限于抗丁羟茴醚(BHA)、丁羟甲苯(BHT)、没食子酸丙酯(PG)、抗坏血酸、α-生育酚等。
所述pH调节剂选自碱性化合物或酸性化合物中的一种或几种。
本发明所述含西红花的固体饮料可以为粉剂固体饮料、颗粒剂固体饮料或片剂固体饮料等。
本发明含西红花的固体饮料的制备方法,选自如下几种制备方法之一:
(1)制备粉剂固体饮料:按照配方量称取天然甜味剂、酸味剂、西红花、玫瑰茄、茉莉花、枸杞,粉碎,加入50~90℃的热水中浸提0.5~2h,制取混合水提液,过滤,滤液浓缩制成浓缩液,加入辅料混匀后,经喷雾干燥制得混合干粉,过筛;按配方的重量份数称取茶氨酸、γ-氨基丁酸、白砂糖或木糖醇,与上述混合干粉混匀,制成西红花粉剂固体饮料。
(2)制备颗粒剂固体饮料:按照配方量称取天然甜味剂、酸味剂、西红花、玫瑰茄、茉莉花、枸杞,粉碎,加入50~90℃的热水中浸提0.5~2h,制备混合水提液,过滤,浓缩制成浓缩液,真空干燥成浓缩膏;按配方的重量份数称取茶氨酸、γ-氨基丁酸、白砂糖或木糖醇、辅料与上述浓缩膏混匀后制成软材,过筛形成湿颗粒,真空干燥后成西红花颗粒剂固体饮料。
(3)制备片剂固体饮料:按照配方量称取天然甜味剂、酸味剂、西红花、玫瑰茄、茉莉花、枸杞,粉碎,加入50~90℃的热水中浸提0.5~2h,制备混合水提液,过滤,浓缩制成浓缩液,真空干燥成浓缩膏;按配方的重量份数称取茶氨酸、γ-氨基丁酸、白砂糖或木糖醇、抗氧化剂与上述浓缩膏混合,加入碱性化合物进行混合;混合后加入部分的润滑剂,并制粒,干燥;再加入酸性化合物和填充剂,进行干混;干混后,加入剩下的润滑剂湿混,并制粒;冷风挥干;加入粘合剂,混匀,压片即得西红花片剂固体饮料。
方法(3)中所述碱性化合物为碳酸氢钠、碳酸钠中的一种或两种,酸性化合物为柠檬酸、酒石酸、苹果酸、富马酸中的一种或任意几种的组合,润滑剂为硬脂酸镁、滑石粉或微粉硅胶。填充剂为淀粉、糊精、赤藓糖醇、蔗糖中的一种或任意几种的组合。粘合剂为羟丙甲纤维素、聚乙二醇中的一种或组合物。
以上所述过筛的目数大于16目。
本发明提供的含西红花的固体饮料及其制备方法,能够较好的保留原料的有效成分,由于加入罗汉果、甘草、乌梅、沙棘、山楂、柠檬等天然甜味剂和酸味剂,所以固体饮料具有独特风味、口感好,同时有舒缓压力、改善睡眠、调理胃肠的功能,另外固体饮料具有品种多样、便于携带、易于保存的优点。长期饮用西红花固体饮料可以降低血压、调节血脂和血糖,清除体内自由基,增强机体免疫力,抵抗疲劳,延缓衰老。
本发明还提供了所述的含西红花固体饮料在制备用于调理亚健康的保健饮料中的用途。

2、本发明具有改善睡眠,提升睡眠质量的功能。
3、本发明具有促进肠胃肠蠕动,促进消化,改善便秘问题。

下面结合具体实例来进一步描述本发明,这些实例仅是示范性的,并不对本发明的范围构成任何限制。
在以下实施例中,所有原料和试剂采用市售产品,其中茶氨酸购自上海诺德生物实业有限公司、γ-氨基丁酸购自天津世纪天龙生物有限公司;西红花购自上海市药材有限公司;玫瑰茄、茉莉花、枸杞购自上海雷允上药业有限公司。
实施例1
按照重量比例算,原料的重量份数为:
白砂糖1200份,罗汉果50份,甘草25份,乌梅250份,茶氨酸25份,γ-氨基丁酸5份,西红花20份,玫瑰茄25份,茉莉花50份,枸杞10份,维生素C 10份,淀粉160份。
制备过程:按上述配方的重量份数称取西红花、玫瑰茄、茉莉花、罗汉果、甘草、乌梅、枸杞,粉碎,加入80℃热水中浸提1h,制取混合水提液,过滤,浓缩制成浓缩液,按比例加入160份淀粉混匀后,经喷雾干燥制得混合干粉,过80目筛;将白砂糖磨成细粉。按上述重量份数称取茶氨酸、γ-氨基丁酸、维生素C、白砂糖细粉与上述混合干粉充分混匀,分装,即制成粉剂固体饮料。
实施例2
按照重量比例算,原料的重量份数为:
木糖醇1600份,罗汉果30份,甘草15份,山楂200份,茶氨酸25份,γ-氨基丁酸10份,西红花12.5份,玫瑰茄50份,茉莉花37.5份,枸杞15份,维生素C 6份,淀粉100份。
制备过程:按上述配方的重量份数称取西红花、玫瑰茄、茉莉花、罗汉果,甘草、山楂、枸杞,粉碎,在50℃水中浸提2h,制取混合水提液,过滤,浓缩制成浓缩液,真空干燥成浓缩膏。按重量份数称取1600份木糖醇,25份茶氨酸,10份γ-氨基丁酸,6份维生素C和100份淀粉加入上述浓缩膏中混匀制成软材,过40目筛制成湿颗粒,真空干燥后成颗粒剂固体饮料。
实施例3
按照重量比例算,原料的重量份数为:
白砂糖100份,甜菊糖5份,罗汉果10份,甘草6份,沙棘100份,茶氨酸25份,γ-氨基丁酸5份,西红花7.5份,玫瑰茄20份,茉莉花40份,枸杞8份,维生素C 12份,碳酸氢钠150份,柠檬酸100份,聚乙二醇600020份,硬脂酸镁10份,赤藓糖醇100份。
制备过程:按照上述重量份数称取西红花、玫瑰茄、茉莉花、罗汉果、甘草、沙棘、枸杞,粉碎,加入至90℃水中浸提0.5h,制取混合水提液,过滤,浓缩制成浓缩液,干燥成浓缩膏。将白砂糖磨成细粉,按重量份数与上述浓缩膏、甜菊糖、茶氨酸、γ-氨基丁酸、维生素C和碳酸氢钠进行干混;干混后加入5份硬脂酸镁湿混,并制粒;再加入柠檬酸和赤藓糖醇,进行干混;干混后,加入剩下的硬脂酸镁湿混,并制粒;冷风挥干;加入聚乙二醇6000,混匀,压片即得片剂固体饮料。
实施例4
按照重量比例算,原料的重量份数为:
白砂糖1500份,乌梅250份,茶氨酸25份,γ-氨基丁酸5份,西红花20份,玫瑰茄25份,茉莉花50份,枸杞10份,维生素C 8份,淀粉150份。
制备过程:按照上述原料重量份数称取西红花、玫瑰茄、茉莉花、乌梅、枸杞,粉碎,加入80℃的热水中浸提1h,制备混合水提液,过滤,浓缩制成浓缩液,加入150份淀粉混匀后,经喷雾干燥制得混合干粉,过80目筛。将白砂糖磨成细粉,按配方中重量份数称取,与茶氨酸、γ-氨基丁酸、维生素C与上述混合干粉充分混匀,再分装,制成粉剂固体饮料。
实施例5
按照重量比例算,原料的重量份数为:
白砂糖1000份,乌梅100份,茶氨酸30份,西红花5份,玫瑰茄20份,枸杞20份,维生素C 2份,糊精200份。
制备过程:按重量比例称取西红花、枸杞、玫瑰茄和乌梅,粉碎,加入80℃热水中浸提1h,制取混合水提液,过滤,浓缩制成浓缩液,加入200份糊精混匀后,经喷雾干燥制得混合干粉,过80目筛。将白砂糖磨成细粉,按重量份数称取,与茶氨酸、维生素C、上述混合干粉充分混匀,再分装,制成粉剂固体饮料。
实施例6
按照重量比例算,原料的重量份数为:
白砂糖1200份,乌梅250份,茶氨酸25份,γ-氨基丁酸5份,西红花20份,玫瑰茄25份,茉莉花50份,枸杞10份,维生素C 10份,淀粉160份。
制备过程:按上述配方的重量份数称取西红花、玫瑰茄、茉莉花、乌梅、枸杞,粉碎,加入80℃热水中浸提1h,制取混合水提液,过滤,浓缩制成浓缩液,按比例加入160份淀粉混匀后,经喷雾干燥制得混合干粉,过80目筛。将白砂糖磨成细粉,按上述重量份数称取,与茶氨酸、γ-氨基丁酸、维生素C、上述混合干粉充分混匀,分装,即制成粉剂固体饮料。
对照例1
按照重量比例算,原料的重量份数为:
白砂糖1200份,罗汉果50份,甘草25份,乌梅250份,茶氨酸25份,γ-氨基丁酸5份,玫瑰茄25份,茉莉花50份,枸杞10份,维生素C 10份,淀粉160份。
制备过程:按上述配方的重量份数称取玫瑰茄、茉莉花、罗汉果、甘草、乌梅、枸杞,粉碎,加入80℃热水中浸提1h,制取混合水提液,过滤,浓缩制成浓缩液,按比例加入160份淀粉混匀后,经喷雾干燥制得混合干粉,过80目筛。将白砂糖磨成细粉,按上述重量份数称取,与茶氨酸、γ-氨基丁酸、维生素C、上述混合干粉充分混匀,分装,即制成粉剂固体饮料。
测试例1
对本发明实施例1、实施例6和对照例1的饮用效果进行调查:
1)调查方式:
饮用人群:普通人群(25~50岁)100位,其中40人饮用实施例1饮料,30人饮用对照例1饮料,30人饮用实施例6的饮料;
饮用方式:每人每天2袋,5g/袋(冲泡服用);
饮用时间:4个月;
评价指标:效果明显:心情/情绪状态:饮用后感觉心情舒畅、身体放松;睡眠状态:入睡时间缩短、睡眠质量提高;便秘/消化状态:消化良好,通便顺畅;饮料口感:口味醇厚,花香清新,酸甜可口。效果一般:心情/情绪状态:饮用后心情好转,身体略微放松;睡眠状态:睡眠有所改善;便秘/消化状态:消化一般,便秘有所改观;饮料口感:口味较淡,花香太浓,酸甜适宜。基本无效:饮用后对情绪、睡眠、便秘的状态的调整均不显著,口味单一、无明显花香,偏酸或偏甜。

由对比表1和表2可见,含西红花的固体饮料总体有效率在90%以上,而不含西红花的固体饮料总体有效率在80%以下,说明含西红花的固体饮料具有显著的放松心情,改善睡眠、调理胃肠的功效。含西红花的固体饮料对饮用者的情绪调节,以及饮料的口感变化具有显著地影响,与不含西红花固体饮料比较,显效率上升近40%。
由对比表1和表3可见,实施例1中,添加了罗汉果和甘草两种天然甜味剂,与白砂糖复配,使得饮料甜味更加自然,口感更加醇厚,更好地迎合不同消费者的口味。并且,天然甜味剂同茶氨酸、γ-氨基丁酸、玫瑰茄、茉莉花、枸杞的复配能够更好的加强含西红花的固体饮料的放松心情,改善睡眠、调理胃肠的功效。
具体实例1:张女士,35岁,高级白领,工作压力大,长期失眠,并伴有轻微忧郁。使用实施例2的固体饮料,每日早晚各冲服1袋(5g/袋),一个月后,失眠次数减少,每日心情抑郁状态缓解,工作效率提高。
具体实例2:钱女士,44岁,部门高管,经常出差,熬夜加班,脸颊长有雀斑。实施例3的固体饮料,每日早晚各口含1片(5g/片),每片2个月后,脸部雀斑明显减退。
具体实例3:葛先生,38岁,软件编程工程师,久坐办公,饮食不规律,轻微便秘,长期消化不良。使用实施例4的固体饮料,每日早中晚各冲服1次,每次一剂(5g/剂),半个月后,排泄正常,饮食消化改善。

Claims (12)
1.一种含西红花的固体饮料,其特征在于,其原料由以下重量份的组分组成:白砂糖或木糖醇100~2500份,天然甜味剂0~500份,酸味剂0~600份,茶氨酸0~50份,γ-氨基丁酸0~20份,西红花2~100份,玫瑰茄0~100份,茉莉花0~100份,枸杞0~50份,维生素C 2~50份,辅料50~550份。
2.如权利要求1所述含西红花的固体饮料,其特征在于,其原料由以下重量份的组分组成:白砂糖或木糖醇100~2500份,天然甜味剂10~500份,酸味剂0~600份,茶氨酸5~40份、γ-氨基丁酸1~18份,西红花3~70份,玫瑰茄10~80份,茉莉花10~80份,枸杞4~40份,维生素C 2~12份,辅料60~450份。
3.如权利要求1所述含西红花的固体饮料,其特征在于,其原料由以下重量份的组分组成:白砂糖或木糖醇100~2500份,天然甜味剂10~350份,酸味剂0~600份,茶氨酸10~30份,γ-氨基丁酸3~16份,西红花5~30份,玫瑰茄15~70份,茉莉花15~60份,枸杞6~30份,维生素C 2~12份,辅料80~350份。
4.如权利要求1所述含西红花的固体饮料,其特征在于,所述的天然甜味剂为罗汉果、甘草、甜菊糖中的一种或几种。
5.如权利要求1所述含西红花的固体饮料,其特征在于,所述的酸味剂为乌梅、沙棘、山楂、柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠中的一种或几种。
6.如权利要求1所述含西红花的固体饮料,其特征在于,所述的辅料为粘合剂、润滑剂、崩解剂、抗氧化剂、pH调节剂中的一种或几种,所述粘合剂为羟丙基纤维素、玉米淀粉、预胶化淀粉、改性玉米淀粉、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、羟丙基甲基纤维素、乳糖、阿拉伯胶、乙基纤维素、醋酸纤维素、聚乙二醇中的一种或几种;所述润滑剂为硬脂酸镁、硬脂酸锌、硬脂酸钙、滑石粉、硬脂酸、胶体二氧化硅、棕榈酸、微粉硅胶中的一种或几种;所述崩解剂为交联羧甲基纤维素钠、交联聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、淀粉、马铃薯淀粉、预胶化淀粉、玉米淀粉、淀粉羟乙酸钠、微晶纤维素、赤藓糖醇、羟丙基纤维素中的一种或几种;所述抗氧化剂为抗丁羟茴醚、丁羟甲苯、没食子酸丙酯、抗坏血酸、α-生育酚、维生素C中的一种或几种;所述pH调节剂选自碱性化合物或酸性化合物中的一种或几种。
7.如权利要求1-6中任一项所述的含西红花的固体饮料,其特征在于,其为颗粒剂,片剂或粉剂。
8.如权利要求7所述的含西红花的固体饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,按照配方量称取天然甜味剂、酸味剂、西红花、玫瑰茄、茉莉花、枸杞,粉碎,加入50~90℃的热水中浸提0.5~2h,制备混合水提液,过滤,浓缩制成浓缩液,真空干燥成浓缩膏;按配方的重量份数称取茶氨酸、γ-氨基丁酸、白砂糖或木糖醇、辅料与上述浓缩膏混匀后制成软材,过筛形成湿颗粒,真空干燥后成颗粒剂固体饮料。
9.如权利要求7所述的含西红花的固体饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,按照配方量称取天然甜味剂、酸味剂、西红花、玫瑰茄、茉莉花、枸杞,粉碎,加入50~90℃的热水中浸提0.5~2h,制取混合水提液,过滤,滤液浓缩制成浓缩液,加入辅料混匀后,经喷雾干燥制得混合干粉,过筛;按配方的重量份数称取茶氨酸、γ-氨基丁酸、白砂糖或木糖醇,与上述混合干粉混匀,制成粉剂固体饮料。
10.如权利要求7所述的含西红花的固体饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,按照配方量称取天然甜味剂、酸味剂、西红花、玫瑰茄、茉莉花、枸杞,粉碎,加入50~90℃的热水中浸提0.5~2h,制备混合水提液,过滤,浓缩制成浓缩液,真空干燥成浓缩膏;按配方的重量份数称取茶氨酸、γ-氨基丁酸、白砂糖或木糖醇、抗氧化剂与上述浓缩膏进行混合,加入碱性化合物混合;混合后加入部分的润滑剂,并制粒,干燥;再加入酸性化合物和填充剂,进行干混;干混后,加入剩下的润滑剂湿混,并制粒;冷风挥干;加入粘合剂,混匀,压片即得片剂固体饮料。
11.权利要求1-6中任一项所述的含西红花的固体饮料在制备用于调理亚健康的保健饮料中的用途。
12.如权利要求11所述的含西红花的固体饮料在制备用于调理亚健康的保健饮料中的用途,其特征在于,所述调理亚健康的保健饮料为具有至少如下一种功能的保健饮料:(1)舒缓压力,调节情绪;(2)改善睡眠,提升睡眠质量;(3)促进胃肠蠕动,促进消化,改善便秘;(4)美容护肤,祛除色斑。
