一种鲍鱼泡腾片生产方法,其特征是以小分子鲍鱼粉为主要原料,加以酸性化合物、碱源、水溶性淀粉、调味剂,先将小分子鲍鱼粉与酸性化合物混合,再以浓度85%乙醇进行制粒,制粒后在40℃烘箱中干燥至水分在3.0%左右,然后与粉碎后的碱源、水溶性淀粉、调味剂进行超微混合,再送入压片机压制成泡腾片,其组分的重量百分比为:小分子鲍鱼粉40-60%、酸性化合物25-45%、碱源5-15%、水溶性淀粉3-7%、调味剂1-5%。
所述的小分子鲍鱼粉是以鲜鲍鱼肉、鲜无花果、鲜木瓜、生姜为原料,经洗净、绞碎后加水进行磨浆,磨浆至浓度20-30%,用50%柠檬酸溶液调PH值至4.5-5.0,在90℃条件下杀菌5-10分钟,冷却至47℃,加入0.01-0.05%的木瓜蛋白酶,在47-57℃条件下恒温酶解3-5小时,再升温至90℃灭酶,再经超滤、浓缩、喷雾干燥制成,其组分的重量百分比为:鲜鲍鱼肉40-60%、鲜无花果20-40%、鲜木瓜10-30%、生姜1-3%。

所述的鲜无花果、鲜木瓜、生姜采收当年产的原料并清洗干净。
所述的超滤是将降解处理后的浆液采用超滤膜技术截留分子量段在5000以下。
所述的酸性化合物选以柠檬酸粉,市场均有所售。
所述的碱源是将碳酸钠用5%PEG6000熔融后包裹后送入烘箱,在40℃条件下干燥后粉碎过80目筛制取。
所述的调味剂是以异麦芽低聚糖、甜菊甙粉混合制成,其组分的重量百分比为:异麦芽低聚糖60-80%、甜菊甙粉20-40%。
本发明中所采用的各组分的主要功能:
所采用的鲍鱼营养丰富,含蛋白质、脂肪、糖类及人体必需的碘、钙、磷、铁及多种维生素等,鲍鱼有滋阴、平衡血压和滋补养颜的食疗功效,鲍鱼的肉中还含有一种被称为“鲍素”的成分,能够抑制癌细胞的生长,所以具有抗癌的功效,鲍鱼壳可入药,俗称石决明,,古书上又叫它千里光,有明目的功效,还有清肝泄热、滋阴壮阳之疗效。
所采用的无花果是一种高营养、高药用的一种新型食疗保健型水果,其果实柔软味甜、营养丰富,具有健胃、清畅、治疗腹泻、消肿解毒、疗咽治痔、明目生津之功效;
所采用的木瓜中的木瓜酶对乳腺发育很有助益,同时可强化荷尔蒙生理代谢平衡,淡化已生成的色斑,且具有行气活血的功效,让皮肤变得光洁、柔嫩、细腻、皱纹减少、面色红润,对人体有促进新成代谢和抗衰老的作用;
所采用的生姜归肺、脾、胃经,具有解表散寒、温中止呕、化痰止咳的功效,用于风寒感冒、胃寒呕吐、寒痰咳嗽。

本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明所采用的组方科学,方中所配伍的各组分相辅相成,诸药合用共奏营养保健功效,产品对女性美肤秀发尤为有益,且具有补肾、滋阴、壮阳、益精、养血、润燥之功效,对提高机体免疫力、抗肿瘤、对肝脏的保护作用效果显著。
2、本发明泡腾片对口腔粘膜无刺激作用,亦未出现局部皮肤过敏反应或全身性过敏反应,使用安全,又由于组分中使用的异麦芽低聚糖则能高效增殖肠道内有益菌。
3、本发明泡腾片剂型适宜,服用前在水中发生酸碱反应,崩解迅速,有利于提高药物生物利用度,色香味可以灵活调节。
4、本发明制作方法简便,适合大规模工业化生产,在制备小分子鲍鱼粉的过程中,所采用的生物酶解技术,有利于功能性成分释放,同时完全保留了鲜鲍鱼肉、鲜无花果、鲜木瓜、生姜的维生素、微量元素和牛磺酸等营养成份,使鲍鱼在人体摄入后比单一氨基酸或蛋白质吸收更快,更容易被肌体吸收,在人体代谢方面有着更重要的生物活性,而使用的外援酶极少,加入木瓜蛋白酶仅为0.01-0.05%。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
实施例1
采收鲜鲍鱼经去壳、去内脏、清洗干净制取鲍鱼肉,备用;
采收当年产的鲜无花果、鲜木瓜、生姜并清洗干净,备用;
采收合格的碳酸氢钠、柠檬酸粉、水溶性淀粉、异麦芽低聚糖、甜菊甙粉,备用;
称取上述的鲜鲍鱼肉、鲜无花果、鲜木瓜、生姜为原料,按照鲜鲍鱼肉50%、鲜无花果30%、鲜木瓜19%、生姜1%的比例,经洗净、绞碎后加水进行磨浆,磨浆至浓度20%,用50%柠檬酸溶液调PH值至5.0,在90℃条件下杀菌10分钟,冷却至47℃,加入0.05%的木瓜蛋白酶,在53℃条件下恒温酶解4小时,再升温至90℃灭酶,再将降解处理后的浆液采用超滤膜技术截留分子量段在5000以下,然后经浓缩、喷雾干燥制成小分子鲍鱼粉,备用。
采收称取上述的异麦芽低聚糖、甜菊甙粉,按照异麦芽低聚糖75%、甜菊甙粉25%的比例混合制成调味剂,备用。
称取上述制取的小分子鲍鱼粉51公斤、酸性化合物25公斤、碱源17公斤、水溶性淀粉5公斤、调味剂2公斤,先将小分子鲍鱼粉与酸性化合物混合,再以浓度85%乙醇进行制粒,制粒后在40℃烘箱中干燥至水分在3.0%左右,然后与粉碎后的碱源、水溶性淀粉、调味剂进行超微混合,再送入压片机压制成本发明泡腾片。
实施例2
采收鲜鲍鱼经去壳、去内脏、清洗干净制取鲍鱼肉,备用;
采收当年产的鲜无花果、鲜木瓜、生姜并清洗干净,备用;
采收合格的碳酸氢钠、柠檬酸粉、水溶性淀粉、异麦芽低聚糖、甜菊甙粉,备用;
称取上述的鲜鲍鱼肉、鲜无花果、鲜木瓜、生姜为原料,按照鲜鲍鱼肉51%、鲜无花果29%、鲜木瓜18%、生姜2%的比例,经洗净、绞碎后加水进行磨浆,磨浆至浓度23%,用50%柠檬酸溶液调PH值至5.0,在90℃条件下杀菌10分钟,冷却至47℃,加入0.03%的木瓜蛋白酶,在53℃条件下恒温酶解4小时,再升温至90℃灭酶,再将降解处理后的浆液采用超滤膜技术截留分子量段在5000以下,然后经浓缩、喷雾干燥制成小分子鲍鱼粉,备用。
采收称取上述的异麦芽低聚糖、甜菊甙粉,按照异麦芽低聚糖75%、甜菊甙粉25%的比例混合制成调味剂,备用。
称取上述制取的小分子鲍鱼粉102公斤、酸性化合物51公斤、碱源33公斤、水溶性淀粉10公斤、调味剂4公斤,先将小分子鲍鱼粉与酸性化合物混合,再以浓度85%乙醇进行制粒,制粒后在40℃烘箱中干燥至水分在3.0%左右,然后与粉碎后的碱源、水溶性淀粉、调味剂进行超微混合,再送入压片机压制成本发明泡腾片。
实施例3
采收鲜鲍鱼经去壳、去内脏、清洗干净制取鲍鱼肉,备用;
采收当年产的鲜无花果、鲜木瓜、生姜并清洗干净,备用;
采收合格的碳酸氢钠、柠檬酸粉、水溶性淀粉、异麦芽低聚糖、甜菊甙粉,备用;
称取上述的鲜鲍鱼肉、鲜无花果、鲜木瓜、生姜为原料,按照鲜鲍鱼肉54%、鲜无花果27%、鲜木瓜18%、生姜1%的比例,经洗净、绞碎后加水进行磨浆,磨浆至浓度20%,用50%柠檬酸溶液调PH值至5.0,在90℃条件下杀菌10分钟,冷却至47℃,加入0.02%的木瓜蛋白酶,在53℃条件下恒温酶解4小时,再升温至90℃灭酶,再将降解处理后的浆液采用超滤膜技术截留分子量段在5000以下,然后经浓缩、喷雾干燥制成小分子鲍鱼粉,备用。
采收称取上述的异麦芽低聚糖、甜菊甙粉,按照异麦芽低聚糖75%、甜菊甙粉25%的比例混合制成调味剂,备用。
称取上述制取的小分子鲍鱼粉155公斤、酸性化合物75公斤、碱源51公斤、水溶性淀粉15公斤、调味剂6公斤,先将小分子鲍鱼粉与酸性化合物混合,再以浓度85%乙醇进行制粒,制粒后在40℃烘箱中干燥至水分在3.0%左右,然后与粉碎后的碱源、水溶性淀粉、调味剂进行超微混合,再送入压片机压制成本发明泡腾片。
Claims (3)
1.一种鲍鱼泡腾片生产方法,其特征是以小分子鲍鱼粉为主要原料,加以酸性化合物、碱源、水溶性淀粉、调味剂,先将小分子鲍鱼粉与酸性化合物混合,再以浓度85%乙醇进行制粒,制粒后在40℃烘箱中干燥至水分在3.0%左右,然后与粉碎后的碱源、水溶性淀粉、调味剂进行超微混合,再送入压片机压制成泡腾片,其组分的重量百分比为:小分子鲍鱼粉40-60%、酸性化合物25-45%、碱源5-15%、水溶性淀粉3-7%、调味剂1-5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种鲍鱼泡腾片生产方法,其特征在于所述的小分子鲍鱼粉是以鲜鲍鱼肉、鲜无花果、鲜木瓜、生姜为原料,经洗净、绞碎后加水进行磨浆,磨浆至浓度20-30%,用50%柠檬酸溶液调PH值至4.5-5.0,在90℃条件下杀菌5-10分钟,冷却至47℃,加入0.01-0.05%的木瓜蛋白酶,在47-57℃条件下恒温酶解3-5小时,再升温至90℃灭酶,再经超滤、浓缩、喷雾干燥制成,其组分的重量百分比为:鲜鲍鱼肉40-60%、鲜无花果20-40%、鲜木瓜10-30%、生姜1-3%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种鲍鱼泡腾片生产方法,其特征在于所述的所述的超滤是将降解处理后的浆液采用超滤膜技术截留分子量段在5000以下。
