本发明公开一种芒果泡腾片及其制备方法,包括以下重量份数的原料:芒果粉50-80份;麦芽糊精5-15份;卡拉胶3-10份;柠檬酸25-40份;碳酸钠10-25份;甜味剂1-3.5份;润滑剂1.5-3.5份;制备方法为:首先制备芒果粉末,再制备酸粒和碱粒,最后制备芒果泡腾片。通过本发明制备得到的芒果泡腾片为芒果新产品,该产品的开发为芒果的深加工开辟了一个新途径,增加了芒果的利用率,促进芒果加工利用。芒果泡腾片在冷水中即可迅速崩解,利于吸收,水呈黄褐色,具有芒果特殊的香气,口味甘甜,无涩味,感官优良、口味独特,较其它剂型携带服用方便得多。此工艺、配方制作的芒果泡腾片不易吸潮、外观不变形,崩解后无明显沉淀。

技术领域
本发明属于食品领域,具体涉及一种芒果泡腾片及其制备方法。
背景技术
泡腾片是含有泡腾崩解剂的一种片剂。泡腾崩解剂通常是有机酸和碳酸盐、碳酸氢盐的混合物;泡腾片本身干燥不含水分,泡腾崩解剂中的两种物质未电离不能发生反应;但当泡腾片放入水中之后,两种物质发生酸碱反应,产生大量气泡(二氧化碳),使片剂迅速崩解和融化,有时崩解产生的气泡还会使片剂在水中上下翻滚,加速其崩解和融化。气泡对补充维生素本身没什么帮助,不过它可以帮助泡腾片中的成分更快地分散和溶解,成为较为均匀的液体。泡腾片剂有如下的优点:
1、泡腾片剂崩解快速、服用方便、起效迅速。2、生物利用度高,能提高临床疗效。3、特别适用于儿童、老年人以及吞服药丸困难的患者。4、经过调味后的泡腾片,口味更佳,良药不再苦口,使病人更乐于接受。

发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种以芒果粉为主要原料制备的泡腾片产品,增加了芒果资源的转化途径,最大程度提高其资源的营养保健附加值,并提供其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种芒果泡腾片,包括以下重量份数的原料:
芒果粉50-80份;麦芽糊精5-15份;卡拉胶3-10份;柠檬酸25-40份;碳酸钠10-25份;甜味剂1-3.5份;润滑剂1.5-3.5份。
上述芒果泡腾片的制备方法,包括以下加工步骤:
(1)、芒果粉末制备:新鲜成熟芒果经过选果清洗、消毒杀菌、去皮去核、打浆后得到芒果原浆,在所得的芒果原浆中添加占芒果原浆总重量的0.02%~0.05%的抗坏血酸、占芒果原浆总重量的2%的β-环状糊精及占芒果原浆总重量的10%的麦芽糊精进行喷雾干燥或真空冷冻干燥,即得到原料粉末,干燥存放备用;
(2)、酸粒、碱粒制备:1)辅料柠檬酸、碳酸钠及甜味剂粉碎,过100目筛备用;2)酸粒制备:将芒果粉25-40重量份、柠檬酸25-40重量份、甜味剂0.5-2.0重量份混合制成;3)碱粒制备:将芒果粉25-40重量份、碳酸钠10-25重量份、甜味剂0.5-1.5重量份混合制成;
(3)、芒果泡腾片的制备:将上述制备得到的酸粒、碱粒、3-10重量份卡拉胶和5-15重量份麦芽糊精混合,然后加入体积浓度为60~70%(含体积浓度为5%的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮)酒精,酒精加入量以刚好能润湿物料即可,进行常规湿法制粒,过20目筛,然后于45℃下干燥,至水分重量含量达到4~6%,过60目筛,混入1.5-3.5重量份润滑剂后压片,制成芒果泡腾片。
所述的甜味剂为阿巴斯甜。
所述的润滑剂为硬脂酸镁。
与现有技术相比,本发明的积极效果是:
1、通过本发明制备得到的芒果泡腾片为芒果新产品,该产品的开发为芒果的深加工开辟了一个新途径,增加了芒果的利用率,促进芒果加工利用,延长了芒果产业链。芒果泡腾片在冷水中即可迅速崩解,利于吸收,水呈黄褐色,具有芒果特殊的香气,口味甘甜,无涩味,感官优良、口味独特,较其它剂型携带服用方便得多。此工艺、配方制作的芒果泡腾片不易吸潮、外观不变形,崩解后无明显沉淀。
2、本发明所得产品保留了芒果原有的营养成分,具有益胃生津、止渴降逆、降低胆固醇等多重营养保健功效保健;而且芒果含有的胡萝卜素,能益眼、润泽皮肤,芒果泡腾片口感柔和、果香浓郁、酸甜可口。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种芒果泡腾片,包括以下重量份数的原料:
芒果粉50份;麦芽糊精5份;卡拉胶3份;柠檬酸25份;碳酸钠10份;甜味剂1份;润滑剂1.5份。
上述芒果泡腾片的制备方法,包括以下加工步骤:
(1)、芒果粉末制备:新鲜成熟芒果经过选果清洗、消毒杀菌、去皮去核、打浆后得到芒果原浆,在所得的芒果原浆中添加占芒果原浆总重量的0.02%的抗坏血酸、占芒果原浆总重量的2%的β-环状糊精及占芒果原浆总重量的10%的麦芽糊精进行喷雾干燥或真空冷冻干燥,即得到原料粉末,干燥存放备用;
(2)、酸粒、碱粒制备:1)辅料柠檬酸、碳酸钠及甜味剂粉碎,过100目筛备用;2)酸粒制备:将芒果粉25重量份、柠檬酸25重量份、甜味剂0.5重量份混合制成;3)碱粒制备:将芒果粉25重量份、碳酸钠10重量份、甜味剂0.5重量份混合制成;
(3)、芒果泡腾片的制备:将上述制备得到的酸粒、碱粒、3重量份卡拉胶和5重量份麦芽糊精混合,然后加入体积浓度为60~70%(含体积浓度为5%的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮)酒精,酒精加入量以刚好能润湿物料即可,进行常规湿法制粒,过20目筛,然后于45℃下干燥,至水分重量含量达到4~6%,过60目筛,混入1.5重量份润滑剂后压片,制成芒果泡腾片。
所述的甜味剂为阿巴斯甜。
所述的润滑剂为硬脂酸镁。
实施例2
一种芒果泡腾片,包括以下重量份数的原料:
芒果粉60份;麦芽糊精10份;卡拉胶8份;柠檬酸32份;碳酸钠20份;甜味剂2.5份;润滑剂2份。
上述芒果泡腾片的制备方法,包括以下加工步骤:
(1)、芒果粉末制备:新鲜成熟芒果经过选果清洗、消毒杀菌、去皮去核、打浆后得到芒果原浆,在所得的芒果原浆中添加占芒果原浆总重量的0.04%的抗坏血酸、占芒果原浆总重量的2%的β-环状糊精及占芒果原浆总重量的10%的麦芽糊精进行喷雾干燥或真空冷冻干燥,即得到原料粉末,干燥存放备用;
(2)、酸粒、碱粒制备:1)辅料柠檬酸、碳酸钠及甜味剂粉碎,过100目筛备用;2)酸粒制备:将芒果粉30重量份、柠檬酸32重量份、甜味剂1.5重量份混合制成;3)碱粒制备:将芒果粉30重量份、碳酸钠20重量份、甜味剂1重量份混合制成;
(3)、芒果泡腾片的制备:将上述制备得到的酸粒、碱粒、8重量份卡拉胶和10重量份麦芽糊精混合,然后加入体积浓度为60~70%(含体积浓度为5%的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮)酒精,酒精加入量以刚好能润湿物料即可,进行常规湿法制粒,过20目筛,然后于45℃下干燥,至水分重量含量达到4~6%,过60目筛,混入2重量份润滑剂后压片,制成芒果泡腾片。
所述的甜味剂为阿巴斯甜。

上述芒果泡腾片的制备方法,包括以下加工步骤:
(1)、芒果粉末制备:新鲜成熟芒果经过选果清洗、消毒杀菌、去皮去核、打浆后得到芒果原浆,在所得的芒果原浆中添加占芒果原浆总重量的0.05%的抗坏血酸、占芒果原浆总重量的2%的β-环状糊精及占芒果原浆总重量的10%的麦芽糊精进行喷雾干燥或真空冷冻干燥,即得到原料粉末,干燥存放备用;
(2)、酸粒、碱粒制备:1)辅料柠檬酸、碳酸钠及甜味剂粉碎,过100目筛备用;2)酸粒制备:将芒果粉40重量份、柠檬酸40重量份、甜味剂2.0重量份混合制成;3)碱粒制备:将芒果粉40重量份、碳酸钠25重量份、甜味剂1.5重量份混合制成;
(3)、芒果泡腾片的制备:将上述制备得到的酸粒、碱粒、10重量份卡拉胶和15重量份麦芽糊精混合,然后加入体积浓度为60~70%(含体积浓度为5%的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮)酒精,酒精加入量以刚好能润湿物料即可,进行常规湿法制粒,过20目筛,然后于45℃下干燥,至水分重量含量达到4~6%,过60目筛,混入3.5重量份润滑剂后压片,制成芒果泡腾片。
所述的甜味剂为阿巴斯甜。
所述的润滑剂为硬脂酸镁。
Claims (4)
1.一种芒果泡腾片,其特征在于:包括以下重量份数的原料:芒果粉50-80份;麦芽糊精5-15份;卡拉胶3-10份;柠檬酸25-40份;碳酸钠10-25份;甜味剂1-3.5份;润滑剂1.5-3.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的芒果泡腾片,其特征在于:该泡腾片的制备包括以下加工步骤:
(1)芒果粉末制备:新鲜成熟芒果经过选果清洗、消毒杀菌、去皮去核、打浆后得到芒果原浆,在所得的芒果原浆中添加占芒果原浆总重量的0.02%~0.05%的抗坏血酸、占芒果原浆总重量的2%的β-环状糊精及占芒果原浆总重量的10%的麦芽糊精进行喷雾干燥或真空冷冻干燥,即得到原料粉末,干燥存放备用;
(2)酸粒、碱粒制备:1)辅料柠檬酸、碳酸钠及甜味剂粉碎,过100目筛备用;2)酸粒制备:将芒果粉25-40重量份、柠檬酸25-40重量份、甜味剂0.5-2.0重量份混合制成;3)碱粒制备:将芒果粉25-40重量份、碳酸钠10-25重量份、甜味剂0.5-1.5重量份混合制成;
(3)芒果泡腾片的制备:将上述制备得到的酸粒、碱粒、3-10重量份卡拉胶和5-15重量份麦芽糊精混合,然后加入体积浓度为60~70%的酒精,酒精加入量以刚好能润湿物料即可,该酒精还含体积浓度为5%的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,进行常规湿法制粒,过20目筛,然后于45℃下干燥,至水分重量含量达到4~6%,过60目筛,混入1.5-3.5重量份润滑剂后压片,制成芒果泡腾片。
3.根据权利要求1-2所述的芒果泡腾片,其特征在于:所述的甜味剂为阿巴斯甜。
4.根据权利要求1-2所述的芒果泡腾片,其特征在于:所述的润滑剂为硬脂酸镁。
