背景技术
咽喉部常见疾病,主要以咽和喉的干燥、疼痛、声音嘶哑、甚或失声,或喉痒、干咳少痰,或吞咽困难,或咽喉部有异物感为主要表现,可由致病微生物感染、外物刺激(烟酒、粉尘、化学气体等)、发音不当等引发。近年来,由于工作压力和生活节奏的不断加快,患病人数居高不下,给人们带来很大的烦恼和不便,如果不及时治疗,病情恶化,甚至造成生命危险。多数清咽润喉的治疗药物,其效果不理想,口感差,有些中药还需蒸煮,耗时耗力。
发明内容
本发明的目的旨在针对上述背景技术所存在的不足,提供一种纯天然植物制成的清咽润喉组合物,具有组方简单、疗效显著、副作用小、口感好和食用方便等特点,同时还具有消炎解毒,化痰止咳,清咽润喉,生津止咳,保健,美容等功效,以满足市场对于该类产品的要求。

本发明所述的清咽润喉组合物,包括以下原料和重量份数:
青梅 10—40份
青橄榄 10—30份
荸荠 5—15份
白萝卜 5—10份
本发明所述的清咽润喉组合物,在所述的原料中还加入蜂蜜、白砂糖、高麦芽糖中的一种或几种,蜂蜜、白砂糖、高麦芽糖中的一种或几种的用量分别是1—3份。
以上所述青梅,拉丁名Vatica mangachapoi Blanco,属龙脑香科,青梅果形近圆形,果皮色泽为浅黄绿色,色泽均匀,二级品的果皮色泽允许少量红晕;国内同类产品一般是果形椭圆形,果皮浅青绿色,成熟果黄色,向阳面具有红晕,呈淡赤褐色至深红色,果肉淡黄色,单果重平均28克,果肉厚、核小,可食率>89%,果肉细脆,香气醇厚,风味独特,酸中带甜,国内同类产品味微苦或微涩。青梅含可溶性固形物7.0%,总酸量>4.3%,富含多种微量元素、氨基酸、微生素C。鲜食有生津止渴、增进食欲、杀菌解毒、净化血液、增强肝脏功能、预防高血压和脑溢血及抑制多种肿瘤等功效。青梅中含有人体物质代谢不可缺少的柠檬酸,还有枸椽酸、单宁酸、酒石酸、苹果酸、苦味酸等,有多种氨基酸,都有利于人体蛋白质的合成和代谢。青梅中所含的维生素B19有较好的防癌作用。青梅不仅营养丰富而且还是一种良好的药材,据李时珍的本草纲目明确记载,“梅”花开于冬而熟于夏,得木之全气。味最酸,有下气、安心、止咳止嗽、止痛止伤寒烦热,止冷热痢疾,消肿解毒之功效,可治三十二种疾病。据《神农本草》记载,梅的果、花、叶、枝、根在医药上都有良好的功效,梅性味甘平,对肝、脾、肺、大肠有收敛生津的作用,梅果生食能生津止渴、开胃解郁,盐梅能解热祛风寒,乌梅干有治肺气燥咳、伤寒、下痢、虚痨、酒毒及胃噎嗝等功效,果汁可治肠炎和痢疾。
以上所述的青橄榄,又名青果,拉丁名为Canavium album Raeuseh,是橄榄科植物橄榄的果实。主产福建、四川、广东、云南、广西。秋季果实成熟时采收、干燥。果实纺锤形,两端钝尖,长2.5~4cm,直径1~1.5cm。表面棕黄色或黑褐色,有不规则皱纹。果肉灰棕色或棕褐色,质硬。果核梭形,暗红棕色,具纵棱;内分3室,各有种子1粒。果肉味涩,久嚼微甜。青橄榄味甘涩酸,性平,入肺、胃经,具有清肺利咽、生津、解毒、开胃降气等;对治疗慢性咽炎,声音嘶哑,嗓子痛喉咙干痛肿痛痒有异物感,扁桃体炎,咳嗽 喉咙痰多有很好的效果,现还广泛应用于降血压血糖血脂,对软化血管有一定的功效;果肉含有丰富的营养物,鲜食有益人体健康,特别是含钙较多,对儿童骨骼发育有帮助;适应于治咽喉肿痛,咳嗽吐血。
以上所述的荸荠,又称乌芋、地栗、地梨、马蹄、红慈姑、苾荠、通天草,属莎草科荸荠属,生长在池沼中,地上的深绿色茎丛生,地下的球茎可供食用。球茎扁圆形,表面光滑有光泽,老熟后呈深栗壳钯或枣红色,有环节3~5圈,并有短鸟嘴状顶芽及侧芽,肉为白色、质地脆嫩,多汁而甜。因它形如马蹄,人们也称它马蹄。其外表像栗子、不仅是形状,连性味、成分、功用都与栗子相似,又因它是在泥中结果,所以又有“地栗”之称。荸荠皮色紫黑,肉质洁白,味甜多汁,清脆可口,自古有地下雪梨之美誉,北方人视之为江南人参。荸荠既可作为水果,又可算作蔬菜,是大众喜爱的时令之品。荸荠是寒性食物,有清热泻火的良好功效。既可清热生津,又可补充营养,最宜用于发烧病人。它具有凉血解毒、利尿通便、化湿祛痰、消食除胀等功效。马蹄属于生冷食物,对脾肾虚寒和有血淤的人来说不太适合。荸荠中含的磷是根茎类蔬菜中较高的,能促进人体生长发育和维持生理功能的需要,对牙齿骨骼的发育有很大好处,同时可促进体内的糖、脂肪、蛋白质三大物质的代谢,调节酸碱平衡,因此荸荠适于儿童食用。英国在对荸荠的研究中发现一种“荸荠英”,这种物质对黄金色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、产气杆菌及绿脓杆菌均有一定的抑制作用,对降低血压也有一定效果。这种物质还对癌肿有防治作用。荸荠质嫩多津,可治疗热病津伤口渴之症,对糖尿病尿多者,有一定的辅助治疗作用。荸荠水煎汤汁能利尿排淋,对于小便淋沥涩通者有一定治疗作用,可作为尿路感染患者的食疗佳品。近年研究发现荸荠含有一种抗病毒物质可抑制流脑,流感病毒,能用于预防流脑及流感的传播。 荸荠不但营养丰富而且尚有极高的药用价值。据化学测定,荸荠含有蛋白质1.5%,脂肪0.1%,糖类18%,淀粉26%,粗纤维3.5%左右。据清代医学专著《本草求真》记载,它“味甘性寒”,具有“破积攻坚、止血、止痢、解毒、发痘、清色醒酒”之功效。《本草纲目》认为,荸荠能“消渴、温中益气,下丹石,消风毒,除胸中实热。”作粉食能“明耳目,消黄疸,开胃下食,能解毒。疗膈气,消食化铜。治血崩,消蛊毒。”
以上所述的白萝卜,拉丁名Lepidium Meyenii,属十字花科萝卜属二年生植物。是一种常见的蔬菜,生食熟食均可,其味略带辛辣味。现代研究认为,白萝卜含芥子油、淀粉酶和粗纤维,具有促进消化,增强食欲,加快胃肠蠕动和止咳化痰的作用。中医理论也认为该品味辛甘,性凉,入肺胃经,为食疗佳品,可以治疗或辅助治疗多种疾病,本草纲目称之为“蔬中最有利者”。所以,白萝卜在临床实践中有一定的药用价值。萝卜味甘、辛、性凉,入肝、胃、肺、大肠经;具有清热生津、凉血止血、下气宽中、消食化滞、开胃健脾、顺气化痰的功效。对急慢性咽炎都有很好的治疗作用,可以缓解咽痛、咽干这些症状,但实际上对于小孩也管用,临床发现,有些小孩经常隔几个月就感冒、发烧,完了咽痛,实际上按中医看来就是一个肺胃热、毒壅在咽喉,西医往往说是慢性咽炎、慢性扁桃体炎,这时候经常服用白萝卜,也可以清利咽喉把热毒散开,治好这个病。萝卜含有能诱导人体自身产生干扰素的多种微量元素,可增强机体免疫力,并能抑制癌细胞的生长,对防癌,抗癌有重要意义。常吃萝卜可降低血脂、软化血管、稳定血压,预防冠心病、动脉硬化、胆石症等疾病。同时白萝卜还有美容作用,因为它含有丰富的维生素A、维生素C等各种维生素,特别是维生素C的含量是根茎的4倍以上。维生素C能防止皮肤的老化,阻止黑色色斑的形成,保持皮肤的白嫩。除了维生素,白萝卜中的膳食纤维含量是非常可观的,尤其是叶子中含有的植物纤维更是丰富。这些植物纤维可以促进肠胃的蠕动,消除便秘,起到排毒的作用,从而改善皮肤粗糙、粉刺等情况。
本发明清咽润喉组合物及其制备方法包括提取、絮凝、喷雾干燥、包装和辐照,具体制备过程如下:
1)提取:将新鲜的青梅和青橄榄去核与去皮洗净的荸荠和白萝卜混合打成浆液,过滤后,得到滤液后加入蜂蜜备用;
2)絮凝:将上述得到的滤液加入壳聚糖澄清剂,利用絮凝作用,得到纯度高的提取物;
3)喷雾干燥:将步骤(2)得到的提取物送入喷雾干燥制成粉末;
4)包装:用塑料薄膜材料,真空包装得到组合物产品;
5)辐照:将包装好的提取物进行辐照杀菌,存放阴凉干燥的仓库中。
本发明清咽润喉组合物及其制备方法包括备料、粉碎、包装及辐照,其具体步骤过程如下:
1)备料:将去核的青梅和青橄榄与去皮洗净的荸荠和白萝卜分别烘干或晒干备用;

5)待步骤(4)中浓缩液冷却后压片,包装。
6)辐照:将包装好的提取物进行辐照杀菌,存放阴凉干燥的仓库中。
本发明所述的清咽润喉组合物,可制备成胶囊、冲剂和含片等产品,用量为:胶囊500mg/粒,冲剂4.5g加纯净水10—30ml,含片1.8g/片。
本发明的清咽润喉组合物及其制备方法的有益效果是:

第二步,将上述得到的滤液加入壳聚糖澄清剂,利用絮凝作用,得到纯度高的提取物。
第三步,将以上获得的提取液进行喷雾干燥、包装和辐照得到产品。
实施例2:
清咽润喉组合物组方:青梅40份,青橄榄30份,荸荠10份,白萝卜5份。
第一步,将去核的青梅和青橄榄与去皮洗净的荸荠和白萝卜分别烘干或晒干备用。
第二步:将以上所得的原料分别打成粉末,混匀备用。

实施例3:
清咽润喉组合物组方:青梅40份,青橄榄30份,荸荠15份,白萝卜10份。
第一步,将新鲜的青梅和青橄榄去核,荸荠和白萝卜去皮洗净后加水煎煮,取滤液浓缩成稠膏,备用。
第二步,将水、白砂糖、高麦芽糖浆的热溶液加入上述提取物,搅拌均匀,过滤。
第三步,将以上获得的将糖液加热至大部分水分蒸发,真空浓缩。
第四步,待以上获得的浓缩液冷却后压片,包装,包装好后进行辐照杀菌,存放阴凉干燥的仓库中。
以下是本发明清咽润喉组合物的应用试验:
一、抗炎试验:大小鼠试验表明本发明具有良好的抗炎消肿作用。
(1)小鼠耳肿胀法:以生理盐水为阴性对照组、地塞米松为阳性对照组,本发明产品为试验组进行试验,结果表明:本发明产品对小鼠二甲苯致耳部炎症有明显的抑制作用,抑制率为39.8%,和阴性对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。
(2)大鼠足容积法:以生理盐水为阴性对照组、地塞米松为阳性对照组、本发明产品为试验组进行试验,结果表明:本发明产品服后45min时,对大鼠蛋清性足肿就有非常明显的抑制作用,该抑制作用持续时间长达2小时以上,和阴性对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。
二、自愿者应用的人体试验:
应用实例:
1.韦某,女,壮族,30岁,在某学校从事教学工作,由于长时间讲课,运动较少,并且身体抵抗力差,经常咽喉肿痛,经服用本发明的清咽润喉组合物,每天3次,每次1包,服用10天后,免疫力得到明显提升,说话声音洪亮有力,很少出现咽喉肿痛情况。
2. 李某,女,55岁,退休。因年老体弱,内分泌失调,经常感到口干舌燥,经常上火,经服用本发明清咽润喉组合物,每次1包,一天3次,20天后,口干舌燥症状消失,偶尔吃性热燥食物也没事。
3.张某,女,20岁。广西南宁市衡阳路人,学生。由于长期受冷,喜欢吃辛辣香脆食物,脸上总会长青春痘,经服用本发明清咽润喉组合物,每次1包,一天3次,2个月后,脸上青春痘消失,脸色红润,很少长新的青春痘了。

1.一种清咽润喉组合物,其特征在于该组合物的原料按以下重量份数构成:
青梅 10—40份
青橄榄 10—30份
荸荠 5—15份
白萝卜 5—10份
根据权利要求1所述的清咽润喉组合物,其特征在于所述的组合物中还包括辅料蜂蜜、白砂糖、高麦芽糖中的一种或几种,所述辅料的用量是1—3份。
2.根据权利要求1或2所述的清咽润喉组合物的制备方法,包括提取、絮凝、喷雾干燥、包装和辐照,其具体制备过程如下:
1)提取:将新鲜的青梅和青橄榄去核与去皮洗净的荸荠和白萝卜混合打成浆液,过滤后,得到滤液后加入蜂蜜备用;
2)絮凝:将上述得到的滤液加入壳聚糖澄清剂,利用絮凝作用,得到纯度高的提取物;
3)喷雾干燥:将步骤(2)得到的提取物送入喷雾干燥制成粉末;

3.根据权利要求1或2所述的清咽润喉组合物的制备方法,包括备料、粉碎、包装及辐照,其具体步骤过程如下:
1)备料:将去核的青梅和青橄榄与去皮洗净的荸荠和白萝卜分别烘干或晒干备用;
2)粉碎:将步骤(1)所得的原料分别打成粉末,混匀备用;
3)包装:将上述获得的粉末装入不透气的铝箔袋,装盒,得到产品;
4)辐照:将包装好的提取物进行辐照杀菌,存放阴凉干燥的仓库中。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的清咽润喉组合物的制备方法,包括备料、浓缩、过滤、真空浓缩、包装及辐照,其具体步骤过程如下:
1)将新鲜的青梅和青橄榄去核,荸荠和白萝卜去皮洗净;
2)将步骤(1)所得原料加水煎煮,取滤液浓缩成稠膏,备用;
3)将水、白砂糖、高麦芽糖浆的热溶液加入步骤(2)中的提取物,搅拌均匀,过滤;
4)将糖液加热至大部分水分蒸发,真空浓缩;
5)待步骤(4)中浓缩液冷却后压片,包装。
5.6)辐照:将包装好的提取物进行辐照杀菌,存放阴凉干燥的仓库中。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的清咽润喉组合物,可制备成胶囊、冲剂和含片等产品,用量为:胶囊500mg/粒,冲剂4.5g加纯净水10—30ml,含片1.8g/片。
