本发明提供一种调节血糖的面条及其制备方法,所述面条包括:菊芋6份,茅草根2份,菊苣7份,桑叶3份,牛蒡8.5份,南瓜1份,大蒜1.5份,鸡腿菇3份,青钱柳4份,地瓜叶1份,山药4份,胡萝卜粉1.5份,豆粉9.5份,麸子7.5份,食用胶3.5份,苦荞粉37份。本发明的面条由纯优质荞麦和多种食药同源的菊芋、菊苣、牛蒡、鸡腿菇等食品加工而成,经不同的糖尿病人食用试验,效果非常显著。病人每天早饭食用本面条(可以添加蔬菜),坚持一周以上,测试食用本品前后的空腹血糖,下降0.3~0.5左右。坚持食用6个月,能够适当减量胰岛素。

糖尿病是一种由于机体胰岛素分泌缺陷所导致、以高血糖为主要特征的代谢性疾病。持续高血糖与长期代谢紊乱等可导致全身组织器官,特别是对眼、肾、心血管及神经系统的损害及其功能障碍和衰竭,严重者可引起失水,电解质紊乱和酸碱平衡失调等急性病发症和高渗昏迷,给患者的生理和心理都造成极大的危害。此外,无论是什么情况的糖尿病都需要长期的治疗,这个也给患者家属带了沉重的经济负担。
目前生活中人们常常都是以大米、面食作为日常生活中的主食,然而糖尿病患者往往因为害怕血糖升高而常须节食,使他们常常连饭都吃不饱,饱受着饥饿的痛苦,即使吃了饭,有些患者也需要打胰岛素来进行补充体内胰岛素,控制血糖,饱受着身体的痛苦,另外还加上各种药物、常吃缺糖的食品,导致身体非常不理想,体重越来越轻。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供一种调节血糖的面条及其制备的方法,制备出的面条口味好,还可以调节降低糖尿病人的血糖含量,当。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的,提供一种调节血糖的面条,所述面条包括如下质量份数的组分:
菊芋3~10份,茅草根1~4份,菊苣4~10份,桑叶1~5份,牛蒡6~10份,南瓜1~2份,大蒜1~2份,鸡腿菇1~5份,青钱柳2~6份,地瓜叶1~2份,山药2~6份,胡萝卜粉1~2份,豆粉6~12份,麸子5~9份,食用胶2~5份,苦荞粉35~40份。
作为优选,所述的调节血糖的面条包括如下质量份数的组分:
菊芋6份,茅草根2份,菊苣7份,桑叶3份,牛蒡8.5份,南瓜1份,大蒜1.5份,鸡腿菇3份,青钱柳4份,地瓜叶1份,山药4份,胡萝卜粉1.5份,豆粉9.5份,麸子7.5份,食用胶3.5份,苦荞粉37份。
本发明公开面条成分中,各组分均具有其独特的营养和作用,多个组分相互协作,共同对使用此面条的人产生作用。
菊芋:可医用,其块茎性味甘平,无毒,利水去湿,可防治糖尿病。菊芋块茎耐储存,富含氨基酸、糖、维生素等,每100克块茎中含水分79.8克,粗蛋白0.1克,脂肪0.1克,碳水化合物16.6克,粗纤维0.6克,灰分2.8克,钙49毫克,磷119毫克,铁8.4毫克,维生素B 10.13毫克,维生素B 20.06毫克,尼克酸0.6毫克,维生素C 6毫克,并含丰富的菊糖、多缩戊糖、淀粉等物质。菊糖活性物质,对胰岛素分泌具有双向调节效果,能显著改善胰岛素分泌失调而引发的各种糖尿病。
茅草根:含多量蔗糖、葡萄糖,少量果糖、木糖及柠檬酸、草酸、苹果酸等,又含21份的淀粉。作用:凉血,止血,清热,利尿。 治热病烦渴,吐血,衄血,肺热喘急,胃热哕逆,淋病,小便不利,水肿,黄疸。
菊苣:是一种营养丰富的野生植物,它含有多种对人体有益的营养成分,蛋白质、脂肪、膳食纤维和氨基酸都是菊苣中最重要的存在,另外钙、维生素和胡萝卜素的含量也很高,人们食用后可满足身体器官对多种营养的需要。菊苣可以入药,它味苦、咸,性质寒凉,清热解毒和利尿消肿是它的重要功效,平时可以用于人类黄疸和温热以及肾炎水肿等不良疾病的治疗。清热消暑也是菊芋的重要功效,人们食用后可以消除人体内的积热,对夏天的中暑有很好的预防和消除作用,另外对因中暑或者体内热毒积存引起的食欲不振和消化不良也有很好的调理作用。
桑叶:干桑叶中含粗蛋白25份~45份,碳水化合物20~25份,粗脂肪5份,以及丰富的钾、钙和维生素C等,还有铜、锌、硼、锰等多种微量元素。桑叶中含有蜕皮固酮、羽扁豆酮以及靶香甙、桑甙等多种氨基酸、维生素、绦原酸、叶酸、延胡索酸、内消璇肌酸、植物雌激素等人体所需物质,具有抗应激、抗衰老、增强肌体耐力、调节肾上腺素功能等效果。
牛蒡:具有治疗糖尿病、高血压、高血脂、抗癌等作用。可降血糖、降血压、血脂、治疗失眠,提高人体免疫力等功效。牛蒡全植物含有抗菌成分,其中叶含抗菌成分最多,主要抗金黄色葡萄球菌。牛蒡子水提取物能显著而持久地降低大鼠的血糖,能增高碳水化合物耐受量。
鸡腿菇:每100克鸡腿菇干品中,含有蛋白质25.4克(其含量是大米的3倍,小麦的2倍,猪肉的2.5倍,牛肉的1.2倍,鱼的0.5倍,牛奶的8倍),脂肪3.3克,总糖58.8克,纤维7.3克,热量346千卡;还含有钾1661.93毫克,钠34.01毫克,钙106.7毫克,镁191.47毫克,磷634.17毫克等常量元素和铁1376微克,铜45.37微克,锌92.2微克,锰29.221微克,钼0.67微克,钴0.67微克等微量元素。鸡腿菇含有20种氨基酸,总量17.2份。人体必需氨基酸8种全部具备,占总量的34.83份;其它氨基酸12种,占总量的65.17份。鸡腿菇性平,味甘滑,具有清神益智,益脾胃,助消化,增加食欲等功效。鸡腿菇还含有抗癌活性物质和治疗糖尿病的有效成分,长期食用,对降低血糖浓度,治疗糖尿病有较好疗效,特别对治疗痔疮效果明显。
研究、实验表明:菊芋、菊苣、牛蒡、鸡腿菇等食品中,含有不同成分的活性物质,它对人体中的胰岛素分泌有重要硬性。对于胰岛素分泌失调而发生的糖尿病均具有显著的调节、保健作用。
南瓜:南瓜内含有维生素和果胶,果胶有很好的吸附性,能粘结和消除体内细菌毒素和其他有害物质,如重金属中的铅、汞和放射性元素,能起到解毒作用。南瓜所含果胶还可以保护胃胶道粘膜,免受粗糙食品刺激,促进溃疡愈合,适宜于胃病者。南瓜所含成分能促进胆汁分泌,加强胃肠蠕动,帮助食物消化。南瓜含有丰富的钴,钴能活跃人体的新陈代谢,促进造血功能,并参与人体内维生素B12的合成,是人体胰岛细胞所必需的微量元素,对防治糖尿病、降低血糖有特殊的疗效。南瓜富含锌,有益皮肤和指甲健康,其中抗氧化剂β胡萝卜素具有护眼、护心和抗癌功效。另外,南瓜籽是有益大脑健康的欧米伽-6等重要脂肪酸的极好食物源。南瓜中含有丰富的锌,参与人体内核酸蛋白质的合成,是肾上腺皮质激素的固有成分,为人体生长发育的重要物质。
大蒜:生食大蒜有提高正常人葡萄糖耐量的作用,同时还可促进胰岛素的分泌及增加组织细胞对葡萄糖的利用程度,从而降低血糖水平。
青钱柳:叶中富含的水提物和醇提物(皂苷、黄酮),均可以保护血管通透性,扩张管状动脉和改善血液循环,能够有效的调节人体糖代谢,激活胰岛器官功能,从而起到降血糖的作用。青钱柳还具有恢复病变胰岛细胞的结构和功能,增加外围组织的胰岛素受体,从而达到降压的作用。青钱柳叶中含有的皂苷、三萜、黄酮、多糖等有效成分,具有很强的降血脂作用。特别是微量元素硒能够有效改善脂质代谢,对人体内血清总胆固醇的升高具有明显的抑制作用。青钱柳中晒和维生素E相结合是一种重要的体内自由基洁除剂。研究表明,有机锗有抗脂质氧化的作用,类黄酮物质可调节机体的生理功能,起到防衰老的作用。
红薯叶(地瓜叶):具有增强免疫功能,提高机体抗病能力,促进新陈代谢,延缓衰老降血糖、通便利尿、升血小板、止血、预防动脉硬化、阻止细胞癌变,催乳解毒,保护视力,预防夜盲的良好保健功能。
山药:味甘,性平;归肺、脾、肾经。补脾;养肺;固肾;益精。主脾虚泄泻;食少浮肿;肺虚咳喘;消渴;遗精;带下;肾虚尿频;外用治痈肿;瘰疬。有利于脾胃消化吸收功能,是一味平补脾胃的药食两用之品。不论脾阳亏或胃阴虚,皆可食用。临床上常与胃肠饮同用治脾胃虚弱,食少体倦,泄泻等病症。强健机体,滋肾益精的作用。大凡肾亏遗精、妇女白带多、小便频数等症,皆可服之。有降低血糖的作用。可用于治疗糖尿病,是糖尿病人的食疗佳品。有效阻止血脂在血管壁的沉淀,预防心血疾病。取得益志安神,延年益寿的功效。
胡萝卜:有益肝明目功效:胡萝卜含有大量胡萝卜素,有补肝明目的作用,可治疗夜盲症;胡萝卜有利膈宽肠功效:胡萝卜含有植物纤维,吸水性强,在肠道中体积容易膨胀,是肠道中的“充盈物质”,可加强肠道的蠕动,从而利膈宽肠,通便防癌;胡萝卜有健脾除疳功效:维生素A是骨骼正常生长发育的必需物质,有助于细胞增殖与生长,是机体生长的要素,对促进婴幼儿的生长发育具有重要意义;胡萝卜能增强免疫功能:胡萝卜素转变成维生素A,有助于增强机体的免疫功能,在预防上皮细胞癌变的过程中具有重要作用。胡萝卜中的木质素也能提高机体免疫机制,间接消灭癌细胞;胡萝卜有降糖降脂功效:胡萝卜还含有降糖物质,是糖尿病人的良好食品,其所含的某些成分,如懈皮素、山标酚能增加冠状动脉血流量,降低血脂,促进肾上腺素的合成,还有降压,强心作用,是高血压、冠心病患者的食疗佳品。
豆粉:中含有大量的蛋白质,能够对于补钙来说,起到一个非常好的效果。同时含有一些脂肪,可以补充人体脂肪的吸收。
麦麸:含有丰富的膳食纤维,是人体必需的营养元素,可提高食物中的纤维成分,可改善大便秘结情况,同时可促使脂肪及氮的排泄,对临床常见纤维缺乏性疾病的防治作用意义重大;麦麸中含有的B族维生素,在体内发挥着许多功能,而且还是食物正常代谢中不可缺少的营养成分;有助于预防结肠及直肠癌;可降低血液中雌激素的含量,可预防乳腺癌。
苦荞:苦荞麦它还有乌麦、菠麦、花荞等别名,在《本草纲目》上记载的:苦荞麦性味苦、平、寒,有益气力、利耳目、续精神、降气宽肠健胃等多种作用。在传统医学和现代医学中都验证了苦荞麦它具有降血脂、降血糖、降尿糖、预防便秘等多种功效,苦荞麦被权威专家们称为“降三高食品”和“21世纪人类的健康食品”。荞麦的营养相当均衡,特有的赖氨酸、色氨酸、蛋氨酸都是血液健康所必须的氨基酸,被称为不折不扣的完美食品。除此之外,荞麦中还含有血液循环所必需的维生素B1,促进代谢的维生素B2、胆碱、以及烟碱酸等物质。
本发明还提供一种调节血糖的面条的制备方法,所述方法包括如下步骤:
S01:将准备好的菊芋、茅草根、菊苣、桑叶、牛蒡、南瓜、大蒜、鸡腿菇、青钱柳、地瓜叶、山药、胡萝卜粉、豆粉、麸子、食用胶按上述比例混合均匀。
S02:将苦荞粉与所述步骤S01得到的产物混合均匀,得到混合料。
S03:向所述混合料中添加适量水和面粉,放入面条机制作成面条。
所述步骤S03中,向混合料中添加适量水和面粉经面条机制作成面条的过程,与现有技术中面条的制作过程相同,根据需要制备面条的量以及干湿度添加水和面粉。
本发明将菊芋、茅草根、菊苣、桑叶、牛蒡、南瓜、大蒜、鸡腿菇、青钱柳、地瓜叶、山药、胡萝卜粉、豆粉、麸子、苦荞粉混合使用,菊芋、菊苣、牛蒡、鸡腿菇等成分属于食药同源的物质,混合后具有协同作用,共同作用于食用者,茅草根本身虽然含有蔗糖、葡萄糖等糖类,但与其他成分混合后,多种物质之间相互作用,使茅草根中的糖类物质被分解,且混合后的产物与人体中糖分含量类似,不但不影响人体血糖含量,还具有调节人体血糖的功效。本发明提供的面条配方中,多种物质间相互协同、相互影响的作用使本发明的面条营养丰富的同时具有降血糖的作用。
本发明实施例提供的技术方案可以包含以下有益效果:
本发明提供一种调节血糖的面条及其制备方法,所述面条由纯优质荞麦和多种食药同源的菊芋、菊苣、牛蒡、鸡腿菇等食品加工而成,经不同的糖尿病人食用试验,效果非常显著。病人每天早饭食用本面条(可以添加蔬菜),坚持一周以上,测试食用本品前后的空腹血糖,下降0.3~0.5左右。坚持食用6个月,能够适当减量胰岛素。

本实施例提供一种调节血糖的面条,所述面条包括如下质量份数的组分:
菊芋3份,茅草根4份,菊苣4份,桑叶5份,牛蒡6份,南瓜2份,大蒜2份,鸡腿菇5份,青钱柳2份,地瓜叶2份,山药2份,胡萝卜粉2份,豆粉12份,麸子9份,食用胶5份,苦荞粉35份。
本实施例提供的面条由下述方法制备得到:
S01:将菊芋3份,茅草根4份,菊苣4份,桑叶5份,牛蒡6份,南瓜2份,大蒜2份,鸡腿菇5份,青钱柳2份,地瓜叶2份,山药2份,胡萝卜粉2份,豆粉12份,麸子9份,食用胶5份混合均匀;
S02:将苦荞粉35份与上述步骤S01中得到的混合料混合均匀,得到混合料;
S03:向所述步骤S02中得到的混合料中添加适量的饮用水和面粉,放入面条机制作出面条,然后将制作出的面条晾晒、打称、包装,得到干面条成品。
实施例2
本实施例提供一种调节血糖的面条,所述面条包括如下质量份数的组分:
菊芋10份,茅草根1份,菊苣10份,桑叶1份,牛蒡10份,南瓜1份,大蒜1份,鸡腿菇1份,青钱柳6份,地瓜叶1份,山药6份,胡萝卜粉1份,豆粉6份,麸子9份,食用胶2份,苦荞38份。
本实施例提供的面条由下述方法制备得到:
S01:菊芋10份,茅草根1份,菊苣10份,桑叶1份,牛蒡10份,南瓜1份,大蒜1份,鸡腿菇1份,青钱柳6份,地瓜叶1份,山药6份,胡萝卜粉1份,豆粉6份,麸子9份,食用胶2份混合均匀;
S02:将苦荞粉38份与上述步骤S01中得到的混合料混合均匀,得到混合料;
S03:向所述步骤S02中得到的混合料中添加适量的饮用水和面粉,放入面条机制作出面条,然后将制作出的面条晾晒、打称、包装,得到干面条成品。
实施例3
本实施例提供一种调节血糖的面条,所述面条包括如下质量份数的组分:
菊芋6份,茅草根2份,菊苣7份,桑叶3份,牛蒡8.5份,南瓜1份,大蒜1.5份,鸡腿菇3份,青钱柳4份,地瓜叶1份,山药4份,胡萝卜粉1.5份,豆粉9.5份,麸子7.5份,食用胶3.5份,苦荞37份。

S01:菊芋6份,茅草根2份,菊苣6份,桑叶3份,牛蒡8份,南瓜2份,大蒜1 份,鸡腿菇3份,青钱柳5份,地瓜叶1份,山药3份,胡萝卜粉2份,豆粉8份,麸子7份,食用胶3份混合均匀;
S02:将苦荞粉40份与上述步骤S01中得到的混合料混合均匀,得到混合料;
S03:向所述步骤S02中得到的混合料中添加适量的饮用水和面粉,放入面条机制作出面条,然后将制作出的面条晾晒、打称、包装,得到干面条成品。
将上述实施例1至实施例4得到的面条进行质量检测,检测结果如下表1所示。

上述表1中,测量的单位是一份面条,一份面条是按照市面上两斤一把计的,由上表1可知,本发明实施例制作出的面条符合面条二级品,有些项目甚至达到一级品的标准,符合食用要求。
将上述实施例1至实施例4得到的面条进行营养检测,检测结果如下表2所示。

以下结合临床资料对本发明的有益效果做进一步说明:
1、实验人员:选自具有完整资料的门诊及住院病人共200例,随机分为治疗组100例,对照组100例,治疗组年龄为50-60岁,病程0.5-9年,对照组年龄为40-68岁,病程为1.5-12年。
2、治疗方法:对照组每日早餐食用普通面条;治疗组再随机分成四组,每一组25人,每日早餐分别食用上述实施例1至实施例4的面条,治疗组和对照组煮面条的方式、方法完全相同。
所有入选病例在试验前均正常用对血糖有影响的药物1周进行观察。治疗组和对照组均以4周为一疗程。
一个疗程后,随机选取对照组一名、每个治疗组各一名,对五名患者治疗一个疗程后的各项指标进行测量,测量结果如下表3所示。

由上表3可知,本发明实施例制作的面条对糖尿病人的血糖降低具有明显效果。
在上述治疗基础上,治疗组1和治疗组2在食用实施例1和实施例2的面条的同时,可加食部分蔬菜,两个疗程后,再随机选取对照组一名、每个治疗组各一名,对五名患者治疗一个疗程后的各项指标进行测量(这五名与上述表3中的五名患者不是同一人),测量结果如下表3所示。

六个疗程后,再随机选取对照组一名、每个治疗组各一名,对五名患者治疗一个疗程后的各项指标进行测量(这五名与上述表3和表4中的五名患者都不相同),测量结果如下表4所示。

由上表5可知,食用本发明实施例提供的面条六个疗程后,可大大降低糖尿病人的血糖含量,对糖尿病人有明显治疗效果,食用六个疗程后,可适当减量胰岛素。
当然,上述说明也并不仅限于上述举例,本发明未经描述的技术特征可以通过或采用现有技术实现,在此不再赘述;以上实施例仅用于说明本发明的技术方案并非是对本发明的限制,参照优选的实施方式对本发明进行了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,本技术领域的普通技术人员在本发明的实质范围内所做出的变化、改型、添加或替换都不脱离本发明的宗旨,也应属于本发明的权利要求保护范围。

1.一种调节血糖的面条,其特征在于,包括如下质量份数的组分:
菊芋3~10份,茅草根1~4份,菊苣4~10份,桑叶1~5份,牛蒡6~10份,南瓜1~2份,大蒜1~2份,鸡腿菇1~5份,青钱柳2~6份,地瓜叶1~2份,山药2~6份,胡萝卜粉1~2份,豆粉6~12份,麸子5~9份,食用胶2~5份,苦荞粉35~40份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种调节血糖的面条,其特征在于,包括如下质量份数的组分:
菊芋6份,茅草根2份,菊苣7份,桑叶3份,牛蒡8.5份,南瓜1份,大蒜1.5份,鸡腿菇3份,青钱柳4份,地瓜叶1份,山药4份,胡萝卜粉1.5份,豆粉9.5份,麸子7.5份,食用胶3.5份,苦荞粉37份。
3.一种调节血糖的面条的制备方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括如下步骤:
