Claims (4)
- 나복자 10~30 중량%와, 의이인 10~30 중량%, 복령 10~30 중량%, 다엽 10~20 중량% 및 차전자피 10~30 중량%를 포함하되;
각 성분들의 비율은 총 100 중량%가 되도록 선택하여 조성되고,
상기 조성물은 미세한 분말형태로 이루어지며, 분말형태의 식재료 1000g에 10 ~ 40 중량%를 혼합하고,
나복자 10~30 중량%와, 의이인 10~30 중량%, 복령 10~30 중량%, 다엽 10~20 중량% 및 차전자피 10~30 중량%를 포함하되, 각 성분들의 비율이 총 100 중량%가 되도록 선택하여 분말형태로 제조되는 그룹 1; 및
진피 10~20 중량%와, 산사육 10~30 중량%, 옥미수 20~40 중량%, 양총피 20~40 중량% 및 맥아 10~20 중량%를 포함하되, 각 성분들의 비율이 총 100 중량%가 되도록 선택하여 액상형태로 제조되는 그룹 2를 조성하여;
식품조리시 상기 그룹 1은 분말형태의 식재료에 첨가하고, 상기 그룹 2는 육수에 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 항비만 조성물. - 삭제
