本发明技术属于生物领域的食品工程系列涉及的一种食疗保健的“山楂生姜茶饮剂”食品。
背景技术:
本发明背景技术在于综合考虑以下现有因素:一是现代人饮食偏重于肉食,导致人体油脂积聚过多而肥胖,由肥胖导致血压、血脂、胆固醇升高而造成高血压、高血脂、高胆固醇等危害心脑血管健康的重要根源,因此,消除人体积聚的油脂和胆固醇等进行减肥,是保护心脑血管健康的日常食疗保健方式;二是成年人上班工作压力很大,处在“时间就是金钱、效率就是生命”的时代背景下,快而简的饮食方式成为家常便饭,很少时间去做运动保健,责任心强的还坚持小病不离岗,大病才看医生开药治疗,因此,应用食疗冲剂消除油脂是边工作边饮食的最好保健方式;三是人体生理的新陈代谢过程产生的氧化自由基不及时清除,日积月累的也是危害人体健康的重要因素,因此,应用日常饮料方式消除氧化自由基是食疗健康最简单的方式;四是中医处方常用山楂作为治疗消食化积,行气散瘀和防治心血管疾病用药,也常用生姜作为散寒解表,温中止咳,化痰解毒用药,因此,为发挥中医的山楂和生姜特有功效,应用山楂生姜作为日常食疗的保健食物,是很有效的药物;五是民间常用茶叶作为日常饮料,具有消脂去腻、清热解毒、利尿排毒、提神醒脑、强心抗癌、减肥健美等功效,以及增强肾脏和肝脏功能、防止胆固醇增高,因此,应用茶叶作为食疗是最好的保健饮料。基于上述原因,综合研究,产生本发明“山楂生姜茶饮剂”食品,本食不但保持山楂、生姜、茶叶原有的药用功效,而且饮食方便快捷,具有食疗的保健作用。解决人体因食肉过多积滞的油腻、脂肪消化问题、新陈代谢过程产生氧化自由基的抗氧化问题、血瘀肿块的消散问题、以及防治高血压、高血脂、高胆固醇等心脑血管疾病的养生问题,辅助人体可持续健康发展。

4步骤四,将步三处理的山楂粉、生姜粉、茶叶粉原料,按质量级配比例4∶3∶3进行混合搞拌均匀,合成“山楂生姜茶饮剂”半成品,然后进行步骤五处理;
5步骤五,将步骤四处理的“山楂生姜茶饮剂”半成品材料进消毒灭菌备用,然后进行步骤六处理;
6步骤六,经步骤五处理的无菌“山楂生姜茶饮剂”半成品材料进行定量包装密封,构成袋装或罐装产品,构成食疗保健品的“山楂生姜茶饮剂”食品。
本品饮食:用开水冲服饮为茶饮,用于肉类、粉面等作拌料为调味饮、用碳酸料和水调配饮为饮料饮。
