背景技术
鸡汤营养丰富又美味,许多家庭把鸡汤当作滋补的佳品,同时家中有病人时也往往熬一锅鸡汤作为补品。但并不是所有的人都适宜喝鸡汤,因为鸡汤内所含的营养物质,是从鸡油、鸡皮、鸡肉和鸡骨内溶解出的少量水溶性的小分子蛋白质、脂肪和无机盐等。自古以来,国人就有煲汤养生的习惯,汤里所含的蛋白质仅为鸡肉的7%左右,而汤里的鸡油大都属于饱和脂肪酸。鸡的营养物质大部分为蛋白质和脂肪,吃多了会导致身体肥胖。鸡肉中欠缺钙、铁、胡萝卜素、硫胺素、核黄素、尼克酸以及各种维生素和粗纤维,长期食用易导致身体亚健康。大部分人用中药进行煲汤,虽营养全面丰富、易吸收但是由于味道难闻,导致年轻人,以致小孩不愿意喝。很难做出一道适合年轻人、小孩的可口靓汤。

本发明就是针对上述现状,而提供一种果味老鸡汤。
一种果味老鸡汤,其配料及重量比如下:老鸡750-1250克、香菇40-70克、土豆40-70克、胡萝卜30-40克、玉米40-70克、枸杞子20-30克、大枣20-30克、苹果40-70克,百合30-60克、生姜15-25克、葱15-25克、精盐25-45克、啤酒1000-2000g、水2000-3000克。
该果味老鸡汤的加工制作方法,具体如下:
步骤一、根据上述配方及比例,挑选、称取优质原料;
步骤二、将老鸡洗净,生姜切成片与老鸡一起放入啤酒浸泡3-4小时后,放入冰箱冷冻5-6小时;
步骤三、将香菇用温水泡发后切成块;
步骤四、将土豆、玉米、枸杞子、大枣洗净,葱洗净后切成段;
步骤五、将冷冻后的老鸡放入温水中,煮约10分钟,飞水时不盖盖并适时翻动;
步骤六、飞水后立即将老鸡放入冷水中冲凉后和香菇放入砂锅中,放入足量的水,大火约10-15分钟后,再放入大枣转文火炖1-1.5小时,然后放入土豆、玉米、枸杞子在煲0.5小时;
步骤七、在待煮开后,加精盐,再用大火加热3-5分钟,撒上葱花即可。
