养生粥(代餐粉)是根据人们的饮食习惯,中医养生理论,民以食为天,药补不如食补,治末病研发形成的“功能性食品”;是按人体健康状况需求,根据“一种养生粥冲泡粉专利项目”持续研发的系列产品。产品含有中药成分百分之八十左右,临床达到有功效的量,可以代替食品,奶制品,豆制品食用;可以减少药品和食品对人们造成的危害因此亟需一种三米芩豆代餐粉及其制备方法。

本发明提供了所示的一种三米芩豆代餐粉及其制备方法,
玉米:含蛋白、膳食纤维、胡萝卜素、维A、维B2维E硒铁钙赖氨酸等;有健脾益胃、防便秘、防止动脉硬化,美肤护肤,利水渗湿、保护神经传导功能。
小米:蛋白质、脂肪、糖类、钙、磷、铁、胡萝卜素、维生素、维生素、烟酸、镁、铜、锰、锌、硒、碘以及类雌激素物质。滋阴养血、清热解渴、健胃除湿、和胃安眠、防治消化不良的功效。
薏米仁:含薏米仁酯,粗蛋白,脂类、脂类中三酰甘油,二酰甘油,一酰甘油,甾醇酯,游离脂肪酸等。用于健脾补肺,清热利湿的功效;用于泄泻,湿痹,筋脉拘挛,屈伸不利,水肿,淋浊,白带等症。
茯苓:含茯苓糖、茯苓酸、蛋白质、脂肪、卵磷脂、组胺酸、胆硷、麦角甾醇和钾盐等。有渗湿利水,健脾和胃,宁心安神、茯苓酸有增强免疫力、抗肿瘤以及镇静、降血糖抑制胃酸分泌,防止肝细胞坏死的功效。
赤小豆:含蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化物、粗纤维、灰分、钙、磷、铁、硫胺素、核黄素、尼克酸等。用于利水除湿,和血排脓,消肿解毒。适用于水肿,产后缺乳,泻痢,腹泻、黄疸,小便不利。
大枣:含有丰富的蛋白质、脂肪、糖份、胡萝卜素、维生素B、C、D及磷、钙、铁等,补虚益气、养血安神、健脾和胃,增强肌力、消除疲劳,是脾胃虚弱、气血不足、倦怠无力患者很好的保健品。
陈皮:含有人体所需的维生素、矿物营养、蛋白质、有机酸等,理气健脾、燥湿化痰,用于脾胃不和,寒湿阻中;脘腹胀痛,呕吐哕逆,胸膈满闷,寒痰咳嗽、小便不利,大便秘结等。
干姜:味辛,性热。归脾、胃、心、肺经。干姜的主要成分为姜醇、姜烯、没药烯等。姜的辛辣气味主要为姜辣素和姜烯酮所形成。
甘草:含甘草甜素,为甘草酸的钾、钙盐。尚含甘草甙、甘草甙元、异甘草甙,有和中缓急,润肺,解毒,调和诸药,缓解农药中毒的作用。
白扁豆:含蛋白质、脂肪、糖类、磷脂、钙、磷、铁及食物纤维、维A原、维生素B1、维生素B2、维C和氰甙、酪氨酸酶等。有健脾、和中、益气、化湿、消暑之功效;用于脾虚兼湿,湿浊下注,妇女带下过多,暑湿伤中,吐泻转筋等症状。
