Abstract

 この発明は、顆粒状経口食品の中心核である経口投与可能な植物と、その周囲に被覆された組成物とに含まれる複数の成分による効果が相乗して得られる顆粒状経口食品の製造方法及びその顆粒状経口食品を提供する。  乳酸菌Da、酵母菌Db、納豆菌Dcの3種を混合してなる発酵菌Dを、有機栽培の農産物から抽出した黒糖Ea及びステビア甘味料Ebのいずれか一方又は両方を主成分とする培養液Eで培養して、液状の組成物Fを作り出す。その組成物Fを、経口投与可能な植物の一例であるケールAを粉砕してなる微粉末Aaの周面に被覆して顆粒状経口食品Gを製造する。
