Abstract

本发明涉及的是微生物领域,具体的说是一种添加黄芪多糖-淫羊藿提取物-低聚糖的复合益生菌群培养基。所述培养基为琼脂0.1%、牛肉膏0.1%、酵母浸粉0.25%、蔗糖3.5%、消泡剂0.15%、蛋白胨0.1%和2-5%的营养素,余量为蒸馏水;所述营养素为黄芪多糖、淫羊藿提取物和低聚糖。本发明根据不同的动物及其生长阶段的差异确定益生菌群基础培养基;添加2~5%的黄芪多糖、淫羊藿提取物和低聚壳聚糖发挥协同作用,不仅可发挥三种活性物质的综合作用,也能同时发挥微生态制剂的作用特点,可大幅提高培养产物的功能性效果。并能保持复合益生菌群的稳定繁殖、菌种组成及比例,并且对在添加的培养基中复合益生菌的功能型代谢产物不发生变化。

技术领域
本发明涉及的是微生物领域,具体的说是一种添加黄芪多糖-淫羊藿提取物-低聚糖的复合益生菌群培养基。
背景技术
低聚壳聚糖是由甲壳素和壳聚糖经脱乙酰和蛋白质基得到的一类多糖,有名壳寡糖,有很高的生物活性,具有增强免疫力、抗菌、抗肿瘤、调节肠道菌群、促进药物吸收等诸多功能。黄芪多糖和淫羊藿提取物则是具有较高生理活性的植物提取物。大量的相关试验,已经将三种物质的功能性及其在动物生产中的应用效果进行了充分的论证。但使用单一种类的物质往往在适用范围和作用效果等方面存在弊端,发挥三者的协同作用将有助于提高产品应用效果的稳定性,而目前对此几乎没有相关研究报道。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种添加黄芪多糖-淫羊藿提取物-低聚糖的复合益生菌群培养基。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种添加黄芪多糖-淫羊藿提取物-低聚糖的复合益生菌群培养基:所述培养基为琼脂0.1%、牛肉膏0.1%、酵母浸粉0.25%、蔗糖3.5%、消泡剂0.15%、蛋白胨0.1%和2-5%的营养素,余量为蒸馏水;所述营养素为黄芪多糖、淫羊藿提取物和低聚糖。
所述黄芪多糖、淫羊藿提取物和低聚糖的比例为1-2∶1-2∶1-2。所述培养基可供产朊假丝酵母、粪肠球菌、嗜酸乳杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌生长。
本发明所具有的优点:本发明根据不同的动物及其生长阶段的差异确定益生菌群基础培养基;添加2-5%的黄芪多糖、淫羊藿提取物和低聚壳聚糖发挥协同作用,不仅可发挥三种活性物质的综合作用,也能同时发挥微生态制剂的作用特点,可大幅提高培养产物的功能性效果。并能保持复合益生菌群的稳定繁殖、菌种组成及比例,并且对在添加的培养基中复合益生菌的功能型代谢产物不发生变化。
具体实施方式
实施例1
所述培养基为琼脂0.1%、牛肉膏0.1%、酵母浸粉0.25%、蔗糖3.5%、消泡剂0.15%、蛋白胨0.1%和2%的营养素,余量为蒸馏水;所述营养素为黄芪多糖、淫羊藿提取物和低聚糖。
所述黄芪多糖、淫羊藿提取物和低聚糖的比例为1∶1∶1。所述淫羊藿提取物来自山东曲阜圣旺植物有限公司。
所述低聚糖为:低聚壳聚糖,来自江门量子高科生物技术有限公司。
所述黄芪多糖为植物黄芪的提取物,来自山东曲阜圣旺植物有限公司
所述培养基可供产朊假丝酵母、粪肠球菌、嗜酸乳杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌生长。
将上述培养基中培养产朊假丝酵母、粪肠球菌、嗜酸乳杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌,产朊假丝酵母、粪肠球菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌以等比例混合,同时以未加淫羊藿提取物和低聚壳聚糖培养基为对照,测定培养基上的菌种生长数量对比分析(参见比1)
表1培养效果
根据表1可以看出,试验组与对照组细菌总数、pH值、糖度指标无明显差异,同时添加2%黄芪多糖、2%淫羊藿提取物和2%的低聚壳聚糖对发酵进程无显著影响,说明复合菌可以在该培养基上正常生长。
实施例2
所述培养基为琼脂0.1%、牛肉膏0.1%、酵母浸粉0.25%、蔗糖3.5%、消泡剂0.15%、蛋白胨0.1%和3%的营养素,余量为蒸馏水;所述营养素为黄芪多糖、淫羊藿提取物和低聚糖。
所述黄芪多糖、淫羊藿提取物和低聚糖的比例为1∶2∶1。
实施例3
所述培养基为琼脂0.1%、牛肉膏0.1%、酵母浸粉0.25%、蔗糖3.5%、消泡剂0.15%、蛋白胨0.1%和4%的营养素,余量为蒸馏水;所述营养素为黄芪多糖、淫羊藿提取物和低聚糖。
所述黄芪多糖、淫羊藿提取物和低聚糖的比例为1∶2∶2。

1.一种添加黄芪多糖-淫羊藿提取物-低聚糖的复合益生菌群培养基,其特征在于:所述培养基为琼脂0.1%、牛肉膏0.1%、酵母浸粉0.25%、蔗糖3.5%、消泡剂0.15%、蛋白胨0.1%和2-5%的营养素,余量为蒸馏水;所述营养素为黄芪多糖、淫羊藿提取物和低聚糖。
2.按权利要求1所述的添加黄芪多糖-淫羊藿提取物-低聚糖的复合益生菌群培养基,其特征在于:所述黄芪多糖、淫羊藿提取物和低聚糖的比例为1-2∶1-2∶1-2。
