Description
PaMobVcCudXeYfZgOh (1)
で表される組成を有する、メタクロレインを分子状酸素により気相接触酸化してメタクリル酸を製造するための触媒の製造方法であって、
(i)少なくともモリブデン、リンおよびバナジウムを含む溶液またはスラリー(I液)を調製する工程と、
(ii)アンモニウム根を含む溶液またはスラリー(II液)を調製する工程と、
(iii)前記I液またはII液のいずれか一方の液(PR液)を槽(A槽)に装入し、該A槽に装入された該PR液の液面の全面積に対し0.01〜10%の面積を有する連続する液面域に他方の前記液(LA液)を投入してI液II液混合液を調製する工程と、
(iv)前記全触媒成分を含有する触媒前駆体を含む溶液またはスラリーを乾燥・焼成する工程
を含むことを特徴とする。
式(1)において、P、Mo、V、CuおよびOは、それぞれリン、モリブデン、バナジウム、銅および酸素を示し、Xはアンチモン、ビスマス、砒素、ゲルマニウム、ジルコニウム、テルル、銀、セレン、ケイ素、タングステンおよびホウ素からなる群より選ばれた少なくとも1種類の元素を示し、Yは鉄、亜鉛、クロム、マグネシウム、タンタル、コバルト、マンガン、バリウム、ガリウム、セリウムおよびランタンからなる群より選ばれた少なくとも1種類の元素を示し、Zはカリウム、ルビジウムおよびセシウムからなる群より選ばれた少なくとも1種類の元素を示す。a、b、c、d、e、f、gおよびhは各元素の原子比率を表し、b=12のときa=0.5〜3、c=0.01〜3、d=0.01〜2、e=0〜3、f=0〜3、g=0.01〜3であり、hは前記各成分の原子価を満足するのに必要な酸素の原子比率である。
I液は、少なくともモリブデン、リンおよびバナジウムの化合物等の原料を溶媒に溶解または懸濁させて調製する。I液は、モリブデン、リンおよびバナジウムの他に、銅、上記元素X、上記元素Y、上記元素Zの化合物およびアンモニウム根を含む化合物を含有してもよい。
II液は、アンモニウム根を含む化合物を溶媒に溶解または懸濁させて調製することができる。
本発明において、I液またはII液のいずれか一方の液(PR液)を槽(A槽)に装入し、他方の液(LA液)をA槽に投入して両液を混合する。PR液とするI液またはII液をA槽中で調製した場合には、これをそのままA槽に装入したPR液とすればよい。LA液は、A槽に装入されたPR液の液面の全面積に対し0.01〜10%の面積を有する連続する液面域、好ましくは0.05〜5%の面積を有する連続する液面域に投入することが重要である。
次いで、このようにして全ての触媒成分を含む触媒前駆体の溶液またはスラリーが得られたら、この溶液またはスラリーを乾燥して、触媒前駆体の乾燥物を得る。
次に、本発明のメタクリル酸の製造方法について説明する。
得られた分析結果に基づき、メタクロレインの転化率(MAL転化率と表すことがある)、生成したメタクリル酸の選択率(MAA選択率と表すことがある)、メタクリル酸の単流収率(MAA収率と表すことがある)を以下の式により求めた。
メタクリル酸の選択率(%)=(C/B)×100
メタクリル酸の単流収率(%)=(C/A)×100
ここで、Aは供給したメタクロレインのモル数、Bは反応したメタクロレインのモル数、Cは生成したメタクリル酸のモル数である。
この触媒を反応管に充填し、メタクロレイン5容量%、酸素10容量%、水蒸気30容量%、窒素55容量%の混合ガスを、常圧下、反応温度290℃、接触時間3.6秒で通じ反応を行った。この結果を表1に示した。
実施例1において、A槽中のPR液(I液)に、直径150mmの投入口からLA液(II液)を投入した以外は、実施例1と同様にして触媒調製および反応を行った。その結果を表1に示した。
実施例1において、A槽中のPR液(I液)に、直径2mmの投入口からLA液を投入した以外は、実施例1と同様にして触媒調製および反応を行った。その結果を表1に示した。
実施例1において、A槽中のPR液(I液)に、A槽の内壁に沿って設けたリング状の配管の10箇所の投入口(直径20mm)からLA液(II液)を10箇所の別個の液面域に投入した以外は、実施例1と同様にして触媒調製および反応を行った。その結果を表1に示した。
実施例5において、A槽中のPR液(I液)に、A槽の全液表面を中心として180°の方向に設置された2箇所の直径50mmの投入口(間隔は500mm)から2箇所の個別のほぼ円形の液面域にLA液(II液)を投入した以外は、実施例5と同様にして触媒調製および反応を行った。得られた結果を表1に示した。
Claims (3)
- 下記式(1)
PaMobVcCudXeYfZgOh (1)
で表される組成を有する、メタクロレインを分子状酸素により気相接触酸化してメタクリル酸を製造するための触媒の製造方法であって、
(i)少なくともモリブデン、リンおよびバナジウムを含む溶液またはスラリー(I液)を調製する工程と、
(ii)アンモニウム根を含む溶液またはスラリー(II液)を調製する工程と、
(iii)前記I液またはII液のいずれか一方の液(PR液)を槽(A槽)に装入し、該A槽に装入された該PR液の液面の全面積に対し0.01〜10%の面積を有する連続する液面域に他方の前記液(LA液)を投入してI液II液混合液を調製する工程と、
(iv)前記全触媒成分を含有する触媒前駆体を含む溶液またはスラリーを乾燥・焼成する工程
を含むことを特徴とするメタクリル酸製造用触媒の製造方法。
前記式(1)において、P、Mo、V、CuおよびOは、それぞれリン、モリブデン、バナジウム、銅および酸素を示し、Xはアンチモン、ビスマス、砒素、ゲルマニウム、ジルコニウム、テルル、銀、セレン、ケイ素、タングステンおよびホウ素からなる群より選ばれた少なくとも1種類の元素を示し、Yは鉄、亜鉛、クロム、マグネシウム、タンタル、コバルト、マンガン、バリウム、ガリウム、セリウムおよびランタンからなる群より選ばれた少なくとも1種類の元素を示し、Zはカリウム、ルビジウムおよびセシウムからなる群より選ばれた少なくとも1種類の元素を示す。また式(1)において、a、b、c、d、e、f、gおよびhは各元素の原子比率を表し、b=12のときa=0.5〜3、c=0.01〜3、d=0.01〜2、e=0〜3、f=0〜3、g=0.01〜3であり、hは前記各成分の原子価を満足するのに必要な酸素の原子比率である。 - 前記A槽に装入されたPR液を攪拌動力0.01〜3.5kW/m3で攪拌しながら、前記LA液を投入することを特徴とする請求項1記載のメタクリル酸製造用触媒の製造方法。
- 前記LA液の投入が、前記A槽に装入されたPR液の液面から0.05〜2mの高さから行われることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のメタクリル酸製造用触媒の製造方法。
