投与量設定ダイヤルに解放自在に連結した内側シリンダであり、投与量設定中に前記投与量設定ダイヤルと前記内側シリンダとの相対回転を阻止するが、投与量分給送中には許すようにした内側シリンダと、
投与量設定中には近位端に向かってプランジャロッドが移動するのを阻止するが、投与量分給送中にはプランジャロッドが遠位端に向かって移動するのを許すプランジャロッド・ホルダ
とを含み、

Claims (11)
- 非円形の横断面を有し、中空であるプランジャロッド(26)と、
プランジャロッド(26)が回転できないようにし、かつ駆動機構の近位端に向か ってプランジャロッド(26)が移動するのを阻止するプランジャロッド・ホルダ (27)と、
このプランジャロッド(26)と係合する親ネジと、
投与量設定中に、近位端に向かって回転しながら移動する、ネジ構造(35)を有する投与量設定ダイヤル(22)と、
前記投与量設定ダイヤル(22)と親ネジ(25)との間に配置されている内側シリンダ(23)と、
親ネジ(25)と内側シリンダ(23)は、回転可能にロックされていて、内側シリンダ(23)に対して遠位端と近位端に向かって親ネジ(25)が軸方向運動を許すようになっていること、および
フリーロック(24)は、内側シリンダ(23)内に配置され、フリー・ロック(24)の外側表面が内側シリンダ(23)の内側表面と螺合して係合し、及びフリーロック(23)の内側表面が親ネジ(25)と螺合して係合していること
