Description

Claims (7)
- 金属構造体の損傷部分の取り替えによる、鉄道車両の金属構造体のメンテナンス方法であって、前記金属構造体は、当該金属構造体の付近あるいはその上に位置する少なくとも1つの易燃性要素と、少なくとも1つの中空体と、取り替えるべき損傷部分と、を備えており、前記方法は、
腐食防止剤と難燃剤または断熱材を支持する発泡フォームを前記中空体に注入する工程であって、当該発泡フォームは、前記取り替えるべき損傷部位の難燃性の断熱障壁となる、工程と、
前記易燃性要素を事前に除去することなく、前記損傷部分を取り替える工程であって、前記損傷部分が焼き切られ、前記金属構造体に溶接される別の部分に取り替えられる、工程と、
を有するメンテナンス方法。 - 前記腐食防止剤と前記難燃剤または断熱材を支持する第2の成分(A)を膨張させるための第1の成分(B)の混合物を注入して防食発泡フォームを作る、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記発泡フォーム(A)が接着顔料を含む、請求項1および2のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記発泡フォーム(A)が防音材を支持する、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記発泡フォーム(A)が不透水性の弾性剤を支持する、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記発泡フォーム(A)が充てん物を含む、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記充てん物がヘンプである、請求項6記載の方法。
