Description
図2と図3は、内視鏡用処置具の全体構成を示す平面図と側面断面図であり、例えば四フッ化エチレン樹脂等のような電気絶縁性の合成樹脂製の可撓性チューブからなるシース1は、図示されていない内視鏡の処置具挿通チャンネルに挿脱自在なように、直径が2mm程度で長さが1〜2m程度に形成されている。

Claims (4)
- 内視鏡の処置具挿通チャンネルに挿脱されるシース内に挿通配置された操作ワイヤを軸線方向に進退操作することにより、上記操作ワイヤの先端に連結された先端処置部材が上記シースの先端部分から突没するように構成されると共に、上記先端処置部材に向かって送水するための送液路が上記シース内に設けられた内視鏡用処置具において、
上記操作ワイヤが軸線方向に進退自在に挿通配置されたワイヤ挿通孔と上記送液路とが上記シース内に最先端部付近を除いて隔壁で分離された状態に並列に形成されると共に、上記先端処置部材が、上記シースの最先端部付近において上記操作ワイヤの先端に対し側方に偏位した状態に連結されて上記送液路の先端開口の前方位置に配置され、上記先端処置部材の基部を上記シースの軸線と平行な方向に移動自在に案内するためのスリットが、上記シースの先端部分に形成されていることを特徴とする内視鏡用処置具。 - 上記シースの先端部分のうち上記送液路が形成されている側の半部が削除されている請求項1記載の内視鏡用処置具。
- 上記操作ワイヤと上記先端処置部材との連結部に前方に向いたストッパ面が形成されると共に、上記ストッパ面が前方に移動した時に当接するストッパ壁が上記ストッパ面に対し傾斜して上記シースの先端部分に設けられていて、上記操作ワイヤが基端側から前方に向かって押し込まれて上記ストッパ面が上記ストッパ壁に押し当てられることにより、上記シースの先端部分から突出する上記先端処置部材の向きが上記ストッパ面に対する上記ストッパ壁の傾斜方向に対応して変化する請求項1又は2記載の内視鏡用処置具。
- 上記操作ワイヤが挿通配置されている上記シースの内部空間の少なくとも先端付近の断面形状が、上記先端処置部材の向きの変化方向に細長い形状に形成されている請求項3記載の内視鏡用処置具。
