Abstract
【解決手段】高周波電極2が側面に設けられた先端チューブ1Aと手元側チューブ1Bとを回転自在に差し込み接続して、手元側チューブ1B内に送水された水を噴出させるための送水噴出口4A,4B,6を先端チューブ1Aの側面に設けると共に、先端チューブ1Aと手元側チューブ1Bとの接続部からの漏水を防止するためのシール環5を先端チューブ1Aと手元側チューブ1Bのうちの外径が細い方のチューブの外面に取り付けて、操作ワイヤ3を手元側から牽引操作すると、シール環5が先端チューブ1Aと手元側チューブ1Bとの接続部に食い込んでその部分からの漏水が防止されるようにした。

Description
図2は内視鏡用高周波切開具の先端部分を示しており、例えば四フッ化エチレン樹脂チューブ等からなる電気絶縁性の可撓性シース1の先端付近の側面部に高周波電極2が外面に露出して配置され、可撓性シース1内に挿通配置された導電性の操作ワイヤ3が高周波電極2に電気的及び機械的に接続されている。

Claims (5)
- 電気絶縁性の可撓性シースが、先端部付近の先端チューブとそれより手元側部分の手元側チューブの一方の端部を他方の端部内に緩く差し込んで軸線周りに回転自在に接続して構成され、上記先端チューブの側面に露出して設けられた高周波電極に導電性の操作ワイヤが接続されてその操作ワイヤが上記先端チューブ内から上記手元側チューブ内にわたって挿通配置され、上記操作ワイヤを介して上記高周波電極に高周波電流が通電されて、上記操作ワイヤを上記手元側チューブの基端側から軸線周りに回転操作することにより、上記先端チューブが上記手元側チューブに対して軸線周りに回転して上記高周波電極の向きが変わるように構成された内視鏡用高周波切開具において、
上記手元側チューブ内に送水するための注水口を上記手元側チューブの基端側に設けて、上記手元側チューブ内に送水された水を噴出させるための送水噴出口を上記先端チューブの側面に設けると共に、上記先端チューブと上記手元側チューブとの接続部からの漏水を防止するためのシール環を上記先端チューブと上記手元側チューブのうちの外径が細い方のチューブの外面に取り付けて、
上記操作ワイヤを手元側から牽引操作すると、上記シール環が上記先端チューブと上記手元側チューブとの接続部に食い込んでその部分からの漏水が防止され、上記操作ワイヤを手元側から押し込み操作すると、上記先端チューブと上記手元側チューブとの接続部から上記シール環が離れ、上記シール環の軸線周りの回転動作に追従して上記先端チューブが回転して上記高周波電極の向きを変えることができる状態になる、ようにしたことを特徴とする内視鏡用高周波切開具。 - 上記シール環が弾力性のある熱収縮チューブにより形成されて、上記先端チューブと上記手元側チューブのうちの外径が細い方のチューブの外面に収縮固定されている請求項1記載の内視鏡用高周波切開具。
- 上記高周波電極が、上記先端チューブの側面部に長手方向に間隔をあけて形成された一対の透孔に通されて上記一対の透孔の間で上記先端チューブの外面に露出する導電性の線状の電極である請求項1又は2記載の内視鏡用高周波切開具。
- 上記送水噴出口が、上記線状の電極が通された一対の透孔の少なくとも一方により兼用されている請求項3記載の内視鏡用高周波切開具。
- 上記送水噴出口が、上記線状の電極が通された一対の透孔とは別に上記先端チューブの側面に開口形成されている請求項3記載の内視鏡用高周波切開具。
