Abstract
【解決手段】可撓性シース2の内部における流体通路18から噴射通路16を経て噴射される流体の供給流路には2種類の流体を供給できるものであり、可撓性シース2が連結されている接続パイプ3には、第1,第2の流体注入口20,21が設けられ、第1の流体注入口20には液体供給手段22の送液ポンプ25からの配管26のカップリング部26aが、第2の流体注入口12には、ガス供給手段23のガス供給制御装置29からの配管30のカップリング部30aが着脱可能に接続される。

Claims (5)
- 内視鏡の処置具挿通チャンネルを介して体腔内に挿入される高周波処置具であって、
前記処置具挿通チャンネル内に挿通可能な可撓性シースと、
前記可撓性シースの内部に挿通させた可撓性コードと、
前記可撓性コードの先端に連結されて、前記可撓性シースの先端から出没操作可能なロッド状の電極部材と、
前記可撓性シース内で前記可撓性コードを押し引き操作するために設けられ、接続部材を介して前記可撓性シースに連結した操作部材と、
前記可撓性コードを介して前記電極部材に高周波電流を流すために、前記操作部材に設けられ、高周波電源と接続可能な接点部と、
前記連結部材または前記操作部材に設けられ、前記可撓性シースの内部を流体通路として、この可撓性シースの先端から流体を噴射するための第1,第2の流体注入口と
から構成したことを特徴とする高周波処置具。 - 前記電極部材の前記可撓性シースの先端からの突出長さを規制するために、前記電極部材を挿通させる挿通孔を形成した電気絶縁性部材からなるストッパ部材が装着され、前記可撓性コードと前記電極部材との接続部またはその近傍に設けられ、前記ストッパ部材の基端部と接離可能な規制部材を設ける構成としたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の高周波処置具。
- 前記ストッパ部材の前記挿通孔と、この挿通孔に挿通させた前記電極部材との間に円環状の隙間からなる噴射通路が形成され、また前記規制部材が前記ストッパ部に当接したときに、前記流体通路と前記噴射通路とを連通させる隙間を設ける構成としたことを特徴とする請求項2記載の高周波処置具。
- 前記第1,第2の流体注入口は前記接続部材に設けられ、この接続部材内面側には、前記可撓性シース内の流体通路を前記第1の流体注入口または前記第2の流体注入口に選択的に連通させるための流路選択部材を有する構成としたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の高周波処置具。
- 前記第1,第2の流体注入口の一方には液体供給手段が着脱可能に接続され、他方にはガス供給手段が着脱可能に接続される構成としたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれかに記載の高周波処置具。
