Claims (3)
- 内視鏡の処置具挿通チャンネルを介して体腔内に挿入される高周波処置具であって、
前記処置具挿通チャンネル内に挿通可能な可撓性シースと、
この可撓性シースの内部に設けられ、可撓性コードの先端に高周波電流が印加される直線状の電極部材を備えた処置具本体と、
前記可撓性シース内に耐熱性の接着剤を用いて固着され、前記電極部材を挿通させる挿通孔を軸線方向に貫通するように穿設したストッパ部材と、
前記電極部材の前記先端基準面からの最突出長を規制するために、前記ストッパ部材の基端部と接離可能な規制部材とを備え、
前記ストッパ部材は電気絶縁性を有し、しかも耐熱性を有する硬質部材から構成され、このストッパ部材の外周部には基端側が大径となる段差が形成され、この段差から基端部に向けて縮径するように傾斜部を有するものであり、前記可撓性シースに挿入させて、先端位置をこの可撓性シースの先端部と一致する位置に配置して固定することによって、これらストッパ部材と可撓性シースとの先端面で形成された体腔内壁に押し当て可能な先端基準面とする
構成としたことを特徴とする高周波処置具。 - 前記可撓性コードの基端部には、前記可撓性シース内で前記処置具本体を押し引き操作することにより前記電極部材を前記先端基準面から突出させる状態と、前記挿通孔の内部に引き込む状態との間に往復移動させる操作手段が接続され、この操作手段には、前記可撓性シースの内部を通って前記先端基準面に設けた流体流路から液体を噴射させる液体供給手段を備える構成としたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の高周波処置具。
- 前記ストッパ部材はセラミックで形成したことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2記載の高周波処置具。
