Claims (3)
- 内視鏡の処置具挿通チャンネル内に挿通可能な可撓性シースと、この可撓性シースの内部に設けられ、可撓性コードの先端に高周波電流が印加される高周波ナイフを設けた処置具本体とから構成した高周波処置具において、
前記可撓性シース内には、電気絶縁性を有し、軸線方向に貫通する貫通孔を設けた硬質筒体が、その先端面をこの可撓性シースの先端面とほぼ一致させるようにして挿入した状態で固定されており、
前記高周波ナイフは、前記硬質筒体内に遊嵌状に挿通可能な棒状電極と、この棒状電極の基端側に円周方向に所定間隔毎に設けられ、外面が前記硬質筒体の内周面に摺接する複数の羽根部と、この羽根部の基端部に形成され、前記硬質筒体の孔径より外周側に突出するストッパ面とを備え、
前記ストッパ面が前記硬質筒体の端面に当接したときに、相隣接する羽根部間に前記可撓性シースの内外を連通させる連通路が形成される
構成としたことを特徴とする高周波処置具。 - 前記硬質筒体はセラミック材からなり、また前記高周波ナイフは金属材で形成され、前記羽根部は前記棒状電極に対して120°間隔で3箇所または90°間隔で4箇所設ける構成としたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の高周波処置具。
- 前記硬質筒体の前後の両端面はその軸線と直交する面を有し、前記可撓性シース内には、この硬質筒体の基端側の位置に、前記高周波ナイフの先端を前記硬質筒体の貫通孔に導くためのテーパ面を形成した呼び込み部材を装着する構成としたことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2記載の高周波処置具。
