Claims (3)
- 内視鏡の処置具挿通チャンネル内に挿通可能な可撓性シースと、この可撓性シースの内部に設けられ、可撓性コードの先端に高周波電流が印加される針状の電極からなる高周波ナイフを設けた処置具本体とから構成した高周波処置具において、
前記可撓性シース内には、前端面がこの可撓性シースの先端面と概略同一平面をなすようにして電気絶縁性を有する硬質筒体が挿入固定されており、
前記硬質筒体には貫通孔が設けられ、前記高周波ナイフは、前記貫通孔に対して遊嵌状態で挿通されて、前記硬質筒体よりも前記可撓性シースの長手方向基端側に引き込み可能なものであって、その後端部を外周側から内周縁に向けて内向きに傾斜するテーパ面形状となし、
前記高周波ナイフの軸線方向の所定位置に前端面が傾斜部となった複数のストッパ突起が放射状に設けられており、これら各ストッパ突起の前端面の傾斜部は前記硬質筒体のテーパ面に面接触可能なものであり、かつ前記ストッパ突起間には、前記可撓性シースの内部から液体を供給する接続口に通じ、前記貫通孔の内側に開口する連通路が形成され、
前記高周波ナイフを前記硬質筒体から突出させて、前記ストッパ突起の傾斜部が前記硬質筒体のテーパ面に当接したときに、相隣接するストッパ突起間に前記可撓性シースの内外を連通させる連通路が形成される
構成としたことを特徴とする高周波処置具。 - 前記硬質筒体はセラミックで形成され、前記ストッパ突起は金属で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の高周波処置具。
- 前記可撓性シースの先端面と前記硬質筒体の前端面とにより円環状端壁が形成され、この円環状端壁は先端外径で形成される円の65〜90%の面積を占めるものであることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2記載の高周波処置具。
