Claims (4)
- 電気絶縁部材からなり、内視鏡の処置具挿通チャンネル内に挿通可能な可撓性シースと、この可撓性シースに装着した高周波ナイフと、前記可撓性シースの基端部に連結され、前記高周波ナイフを前記可撓性シースの先端から出没操作するための操作手段とからなる処置具本体と、前記高周波ナイフに連結したコードを介して高周波電流を印加するための高周波電源とから構成した高周波処置具において、
前記高周波ナイフの先端は球面形状となっており、
前記可撓性シースには、この可撓性シースの先端外周面に露出し、この可撓性シースの軸線方向に長く、所定幅を有する高周波通電部が設けられており、
前記高周波通電部は前記高周波電源に電気的に接離されるように
構成したことを特徴とする高周波処置具。 - 前記操作手段は、前記可撓性シースの基端部に連結した本体軸と、この本体軸に、その軸線方向に向けて摺動可能に嵌合させ、前記コードの他端を連結したスライダとから構成され、前記高周波ナイフは突出量規制手段によって前記可撓性シース先端からの最突出長さを規制する構成としたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の高周波処置具。
- 前記可撓性シースは、前記高周波通電部と、この可撓性シースの中心軸に対して反対側に設けられた他の高周波通電部とを有し、これら2箇所の高周波通電部は前記可撓性シース内に挿通した配線と接続し、この配線は前記本体軸に装着した接点に接続し、この接点は前記操作手段に接続した前記高周波電源と電気的に接離可能な構成としたことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2記載の高周波処置具。
- 前記操作手段の前記スライダを前記本体軸に沿って摺動変位させて、前記高周波ナイフを前記可撓性シースから突出させたときには、前記高周波電源と前記高周波ナイフとが電気的に接続され、前記スライダにより前記高周波ナイフを前記可撓性シース内に引き込んだときに、その引き込みストローク端位置で、前記高周波通電部が前記高周波電源と電気的に接続される構成としたことを特徴とする請求項2または請求項3記載の高周波処置具。
