Abstract
【解決手段】高周波処置具1は、接続パイプ3から可撓性シース2内に形成した流体通路13に流体の給排を行うものであり、流体供給手段20と吸引手段21とを着脱可能に接続するために、弁ケーシング31内に弁部材32を軸線方向に往復可能に設けた流体給排部材30が接続パイプ3に取り付けられ、弁ケーシング31の側面部には、給液配管24が接続される液体供給配管接続部33と、吸引配管26が接続される吸引配管接続部34が設けられて、弁部材32は流体供給配管接続部33または吸引配管接続部34を流体通路13と選択的に接続させるために、その連結部32aに操作ボタン36が連結して設けられている。

Claims (6)
- 処置具挿通チャンネル内に挿通可能な可撓性シース内に可撓性コードを挿通させ、この可撓性コードの先端には、前記可撓性シースの先端から出没可能な電極部材を連結して設け、前記可撓性シース内には、先端がこの可撓性シースの先端面に開口する流体通路を設ける構成とした高周波処置具であって、
前記流体通路の基端部には流体配管が接続可能な複数の配管接続部を設けた流体給排部材が設けられ、
前記流体給排部材には、前記各配管接続部を選択的に前記流体通路と連通させる流路切換手段を設ける
構成としたことを特徴とする高周波処置具。 - 前記複数の配管接続部は、流体供給配管接続部と吸引配管接続部とから構成し、前記流体給排部材は弁ケーシングを備え、また前記流路切換手段はこの弁ケーシングに沿って摺動して、前記流体通路をこれら液体供給配管接続部または吸引配管接続部と連通する状態に切り換え可能な切換弁部材を備える構成としたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の高周波処置具。
- 前記切換弁部材は、常時には、前記流体通路を前記流体供給配管接続部と連通する状態に保持され、手動操作によりこの流体通路を前記流体供給配管接続部から前記吸引配管接続部と連通する状態に切り換え可能なものであり、かつ前記流体通路を前記流体供給配管接続部と連通する状態に復帰させる付勢手段を備える構成としたことを特徴とする請求項2記載の高周波処置具。
- 前記切換弁部材は前記弁ケーシング内で直進動または回動させることによって、前記流体通路を前記各配管接続部に切り換える構成としたことを特徴とする請求項3記載の高周波処置具。
- 先端に前記電極部材を連結して設けた前記可撓性コードは、前記流体通路内に挿通する構成としたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれかに記載の高周波処置具。
- 前記電極部材の前記可撓性シースの先端からの突出長さを規制するために、前記電極部材を挿通させる挿通孔を形成した電気絶縁性部材からなるストッパ部材を装着し、前記可撓性コードと前記電極部材との接続部またはその近傍には前記ストッパ部材の基端部と接離可能な規制部材を設け、さらに前記ストッパ部材の前記挿通孔と、この挿通孔に挿通させた前記電極部材との間に円環状の隙間からなる流体給排路が形成されて、前記規制部材が前記ストッパ部に当接したときに、前記流体通路と前記流体給排路とを連通させる隙間を設ける構成としたことを特徴とする請求項5記載の高周波処置具。
